Abstract

Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah merupakan salah satu penyebab tingginya AKB di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk menyelamatkan bayi BBLR dari kematian adalah PerawatanMetodeKanguru (PMK). Pelaksanaan PMK di Kabupaten Banyumas belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungandengankinerjabidandalammemberikanasuhan kepada ibu bayi BBLR tentangPMK.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden 80 bidan yang dipilih secara clustered random sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan analisis data dengan menggunakan korelasi rank spearman dan regresi logistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bidan dalam asuhan PMK masih kurang pada 41,2% responden, pengetahuan kurang 36,2%, persepsi kurang 45,0%, motivasi kurang 50,0%, sikap kurang 45,0%, supervisi kurang 47,5% dan kepemimpinan kurang 46,3%. Terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuan dengan kinerja bidan dalam asuhan PMK (r=0,37; p=0,001). Bidan dengan pengetahuan baik mempunyai kinerja asuhan PMK 5 kali lebihbaikdaripadabidandenganpengetahuankurang (Exp (B)=5,021). Persepsi, motivasi, sikap, supervisi dan kepemimpinan tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja bidan dalam asuhan PMK.Direkomendasikan kepada Dinas Kesehatan  untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kinerja bidan serta penggunaanreward dan punishment terkait kinerja bidan.

Abstract

Immunization is the most cost-effective health prevention method to suppress the incidence of vaccine-preventable disease. Immunization Program in Jember district is still not optimal with many vaccine-preventable disease cases found. Another problem found in Jember is the management of logistics vaccine that is still not optimal. Based on the activity plan report of ORI Difteri 2018, it is known that the logistics needs of some vaccines do not comply with the allocation received by Jember regency of the province. This condition This was a descriptive study using questionaire and observations data as well as the documentation study of the annual Report of Health Pharmacy Installation (IFK) year 2019. Respondent to this study were immunization officers at primary health care of Jember District. The result of cold chain management evaluation is known that the most are good enaugh. In some primary health care are still hampered insufficient means so that the maintenance of vaccine is still not optimalBased on the result that cold chain management evaluation, the knowledge officer on cold chain management is still lacking good. In the some primary health care, it is known that the equipment canstraints are unavailable. While in the conformity of temperature only one primary helath care is not recommended. And stirage activities are mostly in accordance with SOP.

Abstract

Nurses' perceptions of the implementation of handovers is various. The wrong perception of the implementation of handovers can affect the communication process that threatens patient satisfaction and safety. The head of space as a transformational leader has an important role in influencing nurses' perceptions in the implementation of handovers. The method used in this paper is study literature from several journal articles. The author analyses and synthesizes to describe the role of transformational leadership in increasing nurses' perceptions of the implementation of the handover from the literature study that has been done, the four elements of transformational leadership have a positive role in influencing factors affecting nurses' perceptions. The more positive the impact of transformational leadership on perception factors, the more will have a positive impact on nurses' perceptions. Through the application of transformational leadership, nurses' perceptions and the quality of handovers can improve. It can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive role in increasing the perception of nurses. This transformational leadership style can be used as a solution and is highly recommended for use by managers / heads of space as one solution to improve nurses' perceptions

Abstract

Negara Indonesia menempati peringkat ke 5 dunia dengan jumlah anak pendek terbanyak. Hasil Riskesdas Tahun 2018, prevalensi berat badan anak umur dibawah 5 Tahun sebesar 19,6% dan Stunting 37,2%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor utama yang menyebabkan Stunting di Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima karena berdasarkan observasi awal didapatkan data Stunting pada anak sekolah dasar di Kota Bima sebesar 40%. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner dan observasi untuk mencari faktor-faktor penyebab Stunting yaitu gizi, Personal Hygene, Keamanan Pangan, Sanitasi Lingkungan, dan penyakit infeksi sehingga dapat diidentifikasi faktor dominan yang menyebabkan Stunting pada balita di Desa Pesa Kecamatan Wawo Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian 55,9% berada pada kondisi stunting (pendek). Faktor gizi, penyakit infeksi, hygene/sanitasi, keamanan pangan atau pemberian makan berhubungan dengan kejadian balita stunting (ρ<0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor yang berhubungan  empat faktor yang secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi stunting (pendek) di Desa Pesa Kabupaten Wawo yaitu Faktor gizi, penyakit infeksi, hygene/sanitasi, keamanan pangan atau pemberian makan. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah keamanan pangan atau pemberian makan (POR=37,242). Risiko keamanan pangan atau pemberian makan yang tidak baik berisiko 37 kali pada balitanya menderita stunting bila dibandingkan dengan balita yang memiliki keamanan pangan atau pola pemberian makan baik.

Abstract

Dampak era uncertainty ini membuat rumah sakit harus cepat dalam mengambil keputusan dan melakukan efisiensi diberbagai sumber pembiayaan. Saat ini, selisih biaya operasional dengan pendapatan di RSI Surabaya A. Yani hanya 15%-17%, sedangkan kebijakan direksi menginginkan selisih bisa mencapai 30%. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, efisiensi harus dilakukan diberbagai sumber pembiayaan, salah satunya di unit farmasi. Salah satu metode memperbaiki proses efisiensi pelayanan adalah manajemen lean. Tujuan penelitian adalah melakukan implementasi manaje-men lean di unit farmasi RS Islam Surabaya A. Yani. Desain peneltiian adalah studi observasional dengan pendekatan exiperimental melalui 2 tahapan. Tahap pertama dilakukan identifikasi masalah, dan tahap kedua dilakukan implementasi manajemen lean per tahap pelayanan farmasi yakni perencanaan, pengadaan dan pembelian, penyimpanan, penyiapan dan distribusi dan pengembalian. Selanjutnya menyusun hasil monitoring dan evaluasi implement-tasi manajeman lean serta mengukur secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif hasil implementasi manajeman lean per tahap pelayanan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah implementasi manajemen lean di unit farmasi RS Islam Surabaya A Yani dapat dilakukan mulai tahap perencanaan, pengadaan dan pembelian, penyimpanan, penyiapan serta distribusi dan pengem-balian. Saran yang diberikan adalah implementasi manajemen lean dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan diterapkan di unit lain serta diikuti dengan pembenahan SIMRS dalam menunjang proses efisiensi pelayanan, melakukan monitoring pelaksanaan perencanaan perbekalan, meningkatkan peran manaje-men dalam penyusunan kontrak, evaluasi kerjasama, evaluasi kepatuhan pelabelan, menghitung cost benefit peresepan elektronik, menerapkan resep elektronik, melakukan komunikasi mendalam dan terus menerus, meningkatkan peran Komite Medis dalam evaluasi dan peningkatan mutu clinical pathway serta  memberi motivasi staf dalam implementasi metode distribusi Unit Dose Dispensing

Abstract

Health financing in Indonesia has increased from 27 US $ (2003) to 115 US $ (2017) and will continue to increase as the population increases. The JKN era is also a burden where health financing managed by BPJS is always deficit every year. Hospitals as health service providers must be able to carry out operational cost efficiency as mandated by the JKN era, namely quality control and cost control. One of the cost efficiency methods is the implementation of lean management in hospital operational processes, especially the supply chain management process (procurement, inventory control, distribution planning and demand management). This study aims to evaluate the improvement process and cost efficiency after the implementation of lean management in the supply chain management process at the hospital. This study used a single holistic case study method with the unit of analysis at the Lean team level at Panti Rapih Hospital, Yogyakarta. Research subjects are employees in the team who are directly involved in the implementation of lean management. Selection of research subjects based on purposive sampling. Total sample of 7 respondents for in-depth interview process. The research instrument used an interview guide. The result of this research is that lean management which is applied in the logistic unit of the neat orphanage hospital can reduce waste such as motion, inventory, and waiting time. In addition, another benefit that can be felt by management is increasing cost efficiency. The conclusion of this study is that lean management is recommended to be applied in health services such as hospitals.

Abstract

Premier Bintaro Hospital is equipped with High-end modalities with various types of advanced radiological examinations. There are several service centers that require continuous imaging support, such as vascular centers, Pain Centers, Spine centers and others. Integrated storage and access to patient data is needed to improve work efficiency. With the implementation of Picture Archiving And Communication System (PACS) in Radiology Unit, there are improvements in services and increased productivity when compared to previous system. This research will discuss a number of issues related to the role of PACS in Radiology services as evaluation material for services compared with the system before PACS is implemented. This research was made to determine the role of PACS in Premier Bintaro Hospital. This research is prepared with literature review, observation, and documentation. The application of PACS in Premier bintaro Hospital basically has the same workflow compared to workflows in general. Application of HL7 interface System which is equipped with DMWL makes PACS applied will integrated properly with HIS / RIS. The advantages of implementing PACS are more on data integration, storage, data editing, and presentation of data in digital form. The lack of PACS is more focused on the stability of the connection as the basis of the data transportation path needed. The challenge faced in the future is the problem of strengthening the stability of connection and education to users related.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan gizi buruk pada balita adalah pemberian MP-ASI yang tidak tepat. Upaya promosi dan edukasi tentang MP-ASI merupakan salah satu tindakan efektif untuk mencegah gizi buruk pada balita. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh media booklet dan film pendek terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik orangtua balita usia 6-24 bulan dalam pemberian MP-ASI. Metode penelitian ini adalah Eksperimental-Semu dengan Nonequivalent pretest-posttest with control group design. Populasi penelitian: orangtua balita usia 6-24 bulan (istri dan suami) di Kabupaten Kudus dengan penyesuaian kriteria inklusi. Terdapat 61 orangtua pada kelompok perlakuan (mendapatkan booklet, film pendek, dan leaflet) dan kelompok tanpa perlakuan (hanya mendapatakan leaflet). Variabel bebas: pemberian media booklet dan film pendek kepada orangtua balita usia 6-24 bulan dan variabel terikat: perilaku orangtua balita usia 6-24 bulan (pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik) dalam pemberian MP-ASI. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney. Tidak terdapat perbedaan perubahan (kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok tanpa perlakuan) pada variabel pengetahuan istri (p=0,517), pengetahuan suami (p=0,531), sikap istri (p=0,325), sikap suami (p=0,062), praktik istri (0,052), dan praktik suami (0,151) tentang pemberian MP-ASI. Nilai rerata lebih tinggi pada kelompok perlakuan. Hal ini menunjukkan jika pemberian booklet dan film pendek lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan kelompok tanpa perlakuan.

Abstract

Adolescents are particularly vulnerable to a variety of health risks, especially about sexual promblems and reproductive health problems. The government develops adolenscent health programs in Indonesia by using the Adolenscent Friendly Health Service (PKPR) at the health care level. Adolescent health programs in 2019 at Magelang city has not achieved performance targets, so that it becomes attention to optimizing the PKPR program. This research is to find out cause the implementation of the PKPR program in Magelang Tengah health center which is not optimal with influencing factors. The method of research was qualitative with descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data was through in-depth interviews with subject sellection with purposive sampling criteria. Data analysis used content analysis. Analyzed variables were communication, resources, dispositions or attitudes, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that implementation of PKPR in health center has not been optimal because have some constraints which influenced by several factors, such as the lack of communication between PKPR teams in coordinating scheduling activities, the understanding and clarity about PKPR program owned by officers was limited, the function of public service room in health center has not been optimal to provided service to adolescent, and monitoring and evaluation was limited. Therefore, it needs to communication and coordination was scheduled regularly so that has a good team management, and needs to monitoring and assessment of SNPKPR by Department of Health regularly in order to know the achievement and factors which influence the unoptimability of implementation PKPR program in the health center.

Abstract

The complexity of diversity, relationships, variety and specialization can provide more opportunities for mistakes, one of which is in the children's hospital services. Based on patient safety incident report data at Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan in January 2018 to October 2018, it is known that child care is the unit with the highest number of patient safety incidents compared to other units at 37 incidents. Implementation of patient safety by officers in children's services is the main focus that must be considered its role to prevent the occurrence of patient safety incidents. This research is a qualitative research that aims to see the extent of the implementation of patient safety in child care at Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan from the description of the role of health workers involved in child care, namely the role of the head of a child's SMF, the role of a pediatrician, and the role of a child nurse. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with 7 informants and through observation. The results showed the implementation of patient safety in children's services has not been running optimally. This is because not all health workers in child services, namely the head of the child's SMF, pediatricians and child nurses do their part in the patient safety system. The roles carried out are still focused on the standards of each profession. It is expected that routine socialization on the implementation of patient safety, the implementation of special meetings and discussions to study the patient safety system and the existence of patient safety drivers in child care designated as the person responsible for moving every officer to implement patient safety. Keywords: Implementation, Children's Services, Patient Safety
