Abstract

The problems that arise in Facility Maintenance Management (FMM) in Indonesia, which involve aspects of management, learning, and mutual understanding in the Common Data Environment (CDE), can be overcome one way by developing a database. To compile a good database, a database design method is required that is based on existing theories and standards. This research was conducted to design a database model with the scope of the object of architectural component maintenance of buildings starting from the stages of identifying needs, designing, and testing to users. The results of the study show that the database model obtained has the category of "very feasible" overall or partially in terms of service quality and material aspects. This also proves that proven methods and design techniques in providing accurate, non-overlapping, and efficient information needed in the management of material data, equipment, contractors, types of work, schedules, and costs during the maintenance and maintenance of architectural component buildings can be met properly through a relational database approach and verification and validation testing. For the development of science, especially Computational of Building Modeling Learning Technology, the results of this research provide a contribution in the form of a Database Model for Architectural Component Maintenance that can be applied in industry and education. It is recommended that this database design model be further developed into a Building Architectural Component Maintenance Information System.

Abstract

This study discusses the assessment of liquefaction by triaxial consolidated undrained (CU) testing. The soil sample employs Rembang silica sand with a grain size distribution that lies within the zone of liquefaction. In the test, Liquefaction develops in sand when the ratio of the change in pore water pressure to its confining stress (Ru) turns approximately 1 and the deviator stress drops to approximately zero. According to the findings, loose to medium-dense sand experience liquefaction when the applied confining stress is low (<100 kPa). In sandy soils, limited liquefaction occurs at confining pressures of 200 − 400 kPa with the range of relative densities around 34.41% − 47.78%. Critical state line develops from Triaxial CU testing to predict the undrained and drained behavior of sand.

Abstract

Kedungombo reservoir is the largest reservoir in the Serang-Lusi watershed, Jratunseluna river basin, Central Java. Water level and discharge in the upstream river entering the reservoir were measured at 3 Gauging Stations (AWLR Guwo -Serang River, AWLR Jengglong - Laban River, and AWLR Girimargo - Uter River).The objective of this research is to determine the river's cross section, analyse changes in water level, calculate the equation for the rating curve, and assess the accuracy of the present equations at the observation site.The discharge curve analysis (Rating curve) was carried out using logarithmic analysis based on references from WMO, WSC and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. This rating curve will describe the relationship of water level measurement to the observed river discharge.Measurements of river flow and cross-section in 2022 were carried out to add historical data on water level fluctuations as well as previous discharge measurements. The rating curve equations for the three gauging stations that were observed sequentially were Guwo station (Q = 13.23*(H+0.6)^2.432), Jengglong station (Q = 15.536*(H+0.2)^2.505) and Girimargo station (Q = 17,128*(H+0.0)^2,203). The rating curves that have been calculated indicate low accuracy at low water level due to the presence of scour and fill at the bottom of the cross-section with correlation values and RMSE respectively: PDA Guwo (R = 0.998 and RMSE = 1.62), PDA Jengglong (R = 0.985 and RMSE = 0.44), and PDA Girimargo (R = 0.961 and RMSE = 1.00).

Abstract

Diponegoro University (Undip) has a total of 67,000 students with high mobility resulting in congestion. Then Undip made an alternative by launching the Undep campus bus. The research aims to identify academic civitas perceptions of campus buses, evaluate campus bus performance based on minimum service standards (SPM), provide improvements in performance evaluation, and make recommendations to campus. The research uses mixed analysis methods, that is qualitative descriptive analysis with dissemination of questionnaires on academic citizens using campus buses as well as using quantitative methods with dynamic data surveys. Based on questionnaire results of identification of perceptions of academic civitas approving campus bus presence, evaluation of performance on physical buses there are 10 corresponding indicators of 20 indicators, bus route evaluation there are campus facilities that are not served and shelter evaluation results there are no information boards. So we need performance improvements to match the current SPM. The result of the recommendations to Undip campus is the development of routes, the need for efficiency of fleet operations at peak hours, improvement of information boards and shelters, repair of bus fleet, and integration of SIAP application with GPS tracking system. Then the development of campus bus routes is needed because there is a demand that has not been served so that more and more academic civitas are using campus buses and need advanced research on the vehicles operating costs (VOC).

Abstract

The construction process of the AKASA Serpong apartment building requires heavy equipment in the form of a tower crane to facilitate the construction work process, but in its implementation, there are still errors that cause work accidents. Factors causing work accidents such as human skills, geographical conditions, and crane instrumentation are the root of the problem, where the application of SOPs is not implemented properly and correctly. The purpose of the study was to analyze and identify the dominant factors that cause and minimize the risk of work accidents using quantitative descriptive methods conducted through interviews, perceptions of respondents, and questionnaire surveys of 60 workers at the research location, the results were analyzed using the SPSS version 24 program. The results showed that the crane instrumentation factor was more dominant, having a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. As for the t count, the value is 8.235> t table (2.003) so it is very influential on the performance measurement variable of the application of SOPs that are useful for reducing the risk of work accidents.

Abstract

1),A construction service company is a company engaged in the development sector in Indonesia. Construction contractor service business in the form of planning, design, cost calculation, bidding and construction implementation until completion. After all the work is completed, it will be handed over to the project owner or owner. The field of work for construction service companies is in the form of building construction, bridge construction, factory construction, industrial development and road construction. The aim of this study was to test and analyze the evaluation of the satisfaction and quality of service users at the construction company PT. Isa Putra Construction. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive research type using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research was conducted at companies engaged in construction services, namely PT. Isa Putra Construction with a sample of 17 respondents. Based on the results of the calculations that have been done, the CSI value is 47%. This CSI value is obtained from the division between the total Weight Score (WS) value and the maximum scale used in this study, namely 5 and multiplying by 100%.Keywords: Satisfaction, Quality, Construction Services, Service User Satisfaction Construction

Abstract

One of the infrastructures that society absolutely needs is roads. With the existence of roads, land transportation activities are carried out so that economic and social mobility runs normally. Concrete is one of the materials commonly used for road pavements, where this material technology has many advantages such as being able to withstand heavy vehicle loads and lower maintenance costs. To produce quality concrete roads, the role of the manager who leads the concrete road construction project is very decisive. To produce a quality concrete road, a manager must be able to determine indicators that influence its success, so that construction activities run effectively and efficiently. This study aims to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that can be used as a measure of success in concrete road construction projects based on the perspective of construction service providers. The analytical method used in this study is the Relative Importance Index to determine performance indicators that can be used as KPIs based on their relationship to success in concrete road construction projects. The results of the analysis show that the performance indicators that can affect the success of a concrete road construction project based on the perspective of a construction service provider are cost, quality, time, productivity, and environment, each of which has a weight of 21.41%, 19.44%, 19.05%, 15.65%, 12, 86% and 11.59%.

Abstract

The CBR value is influenced by soil gradation, mineral type, density and soil shear parameters. CBR testing is carried out on subgrade soil, but the undrained shear strength of the soil can also be used as a soil design parameter. Field shear strength tests that can be used to determine soil shear strength are DCP and Vane Shear. In contrast to DCP testing, shear strength testing is relatively quick and easy to determine soil properties to determine design parameters. Therefore, testing is needed to determine the correlation between the soil shear strength value and the CBR value to obtain a new equation that can be applied in the field. In this research, the CBR value was obtained through the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer test (DCP) and the soil shear strength of the vane shear test. DCP and Vane Shear testing was carried out at 10 test points in the Semarang area, Central Java. Laboratory testing is also carried out to validate soil types. The correlation obtained between the CBR value and the soil shear strength reached R = 0.8312. Based on this test, it can be concluded that the CBR value and soil shear strength value increase as the depth of the soil tested increases.
