Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi bahwa: (1) kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik dapat dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan mind mapping (2) peserta didik memberikan respon sangat baik terhadap model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan mind mapping pada materi stoikiometri. Metode penelitian kali ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan non-equivalent group design. Populasi yaitu seluruh peserta didik MAN 3 Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 peserta didik, yaitu kelas X MIA 2 sebanyak 35 peserta didik dan 31 peserta didik di kelas X MIA 3. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes berupa soal uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan non tes berupa angket respon. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan mind mapping mampu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas eksperimen (2) peserta didik memberikan respon positif pada model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan mind mapping untuk materi stoikiometri.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills class VIII C SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin bilingual learning through inquiry-based 5E preview review. This research is a classroom action research that consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class VIII C. While the object of study is the overall chemical process and learning outcomes with the implementation of bilingual teaching inquiry-based 5E preview review to improve critical thinking skills. Instrument in the form of test and observation sheets. Analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The experiment was conducted in two cycles with six sessions by applying bilingual teaching inquiry-based 5E preview review. The results showed that the application of bilingual teaching inquiry-based 5E preview review the steps include: Engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration and evaluation can improve students' critical thinking skills. In the first cycle gained critical thinking skills class VIII C is 57.25% with low qualifications. Obtained through the second cycle students' critical thinking skills class VIII C on the second cycle of 75.25% with medium qualifications. Critical thinking skills of students increased from cycle I to cycle II of 31.44%.Keywords: critical thinking skills, inquiry-based bilingual preview review 5E

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kompetensi guru kimia SMA di Distrik Merauke dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru kimia sma dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di 3 sekolah yang telah menggunakan kurikulum 2013 di distrik merauke, berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh kompetensi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran sebesar 1,5 termasuk kategori sangat kompeten, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 1,39 termasuk dalam kategori kompeten dan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 1,67 termasuk dalam kategori sangat kompeten. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan untuk keseluruhan aspek yang diteliti rata-ratnya adalah 1,52 termasuk dalam kategori sangat kompeten. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan kompetensi pedagogik guru kimia SMA di distrik Merauke dalam mengimplementasikan kurikilum 2013 sudah sangat kompeten.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is motivated from three things, the delivery of materials science tends to be more focused on the provision of information or storytelling concepts on literature, so that students are less involved during the learning activities. This interest and motivation to learn science be reduced. Secondly, classical completeness is below standard, this is due to less pahamnya concepts that are presented. Third, students are less given the existing problems surrounding environment so that students are less concerned about the environment dirty. There are 3 formulation of the issues raised in this study, namely: how to increase the activity of students in learning, improve student learning outcomes and student response to learning on the competence to process waste. Using the model of Problem Based Learning objective of the research is to increase the activity of students, improve learning outcomes and evaluate the response of a class XI student of Accounting 2 SMKN 1 Tanjung on waste management competence. The results showed that the activity of students increased from a category quite the first cycle to the excellent category in the second cycle, the learning outcomes of students increased this can be seen from the students' understanding of the category enough the first cycle to the excellent category in the second cycle, the increased ability to solve problems from category enough in the first cycle to the excellent category in the second cycle, social skills increased from enough categories in the first cycle to be very good in the second cycle, skill performance increase of category enough the first cycle to the excellent category on the second cycle, the model learning Problem Based learning received a very positive response from the students of class XI AK 2 SMKN 1 Tanjung.Keywords: Problem Solving, Garbage, Problem Based Learning (PBL).

Abstract

Sumber belajar memiliki banyak jenisnya salah satunya adalah sumber belajar berbentuk buku ilmiah populer. Dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia buku ilmiah memiliki arti yaitu buku ilmiah populer berarti buku ilmiah yang ditulis dengan cara yang mudah dan dipahami orang awam. Masa kini kebanyakan mahasiswa hanya memiliki pengetahuan namun kurang dalam menemukan konsep, kurang dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kurang dalam melatihkan keterampilan proses sains, dengan adanya buku ini mahasiswa akan meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan validitas buku ilmiah populer keanekaragaman famili Fabaceae di kawasan hutan pantai untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Plomp dan Nieveen yang terbatas pada fase prototyping dan evaluasi formatif oleh Tessmer. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi evaluasi diri, validasi ahli, dan uji perorangan. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga ahli untuk memeriksa validitas buku ilmiah populer dan 3 mahasiswa yang telah memprogram mata kuliah Botani Tumbuhan Tinggi. Sedangkan objek penelitian adalah buku ilmiah populer yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan buku ilmiah populer yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, berdasarkan uji perorangan buku ilmiah populer sangat baik. dan dipakai dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of computer-based media at teaching and learning by using Direct Instruction and Collaborative Learning's model (DI-CL) was conducted. This study addresses to find out student’s improvement of cognitive skill, physicomotoric skills, and respon to the DI-CL model via lesson study. This action research class that were invoved 37 students found that the category of student’s acvhiements on designing computer-based media are 25% excelent, 66,7% good, and 8,3% medium. Student’s comprehention increased from 51,36% on the first cycle to 100% on the fourth cycle. Generally, the media quality designed by students in good category. Meanwhile, design, animation, and graphic need to be increased. Students gave a positive respond to the model which implemented in this teaching and learning process. The implementation of DI-CL model improves the students learning autonomy and their capability seen from the organization of ideas, interactivity and efectivity.Key word: Direct Instruction and Collaborative Learning's model, Lesson Study, computer-based media,learning autonomy

Abstract

Abstrak: Has conducted research that aims to determine the increase (1) the activities of teachers, (2) the activity of students, (3) the results of student learning (4) the student's motivation and (5) student response to learning with learning model ARIAS air-setting model of cooperative jigsaw the material colloidal system. The study design was a classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. The subjects were students of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin with the number of 20 people. File were collected through observation, achievement test and questionnaire. File were analyzed by using descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that learning with learning model ARIAS Ber-setting type of jigsaw cooperative model can enhance the activity of teachers in the implementation of the action with a 44.33 score enough category in the first cycle to 63.7 with excellent category on the second cycle. Activities of students in the first cycle increased from a score of 44.5 with enough categories to 62 categories very well in the second cycle. The motivation of students increased by 30% in both categories. Percentage of cognitive learning outcomes of students in the classical style in the first cycle of 40% increase in the second cycle to 100% and affective learning outcomes of students in the first cycle by 76 in the medium category increased to 90 in very high. Students respond positively to the learning model ARIAS Ber-setting model of cooperative jigsaw.Keywords: learning outcome, motivation, ARIAS, Jigsaw, colloid

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to improve the teacher’ performance through self reflection is accompanied by increased motivation and students’ learning outcomes. This study uses the design of classroom action research (CAR) thru two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. The student samples were class XI IPA 4 SMAN 4 Banjarmasin with 28 students. Data collection technique used observation, recording, cognitive test and learning motivation questionnaire. Data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The findings showed that there is improvement and enhancement of teacher performance through self reflection from 64.1% in the first cycle to 77.1% in the second cycle, increasing the average score of students' motivation from 100 (enough) at the first meeting of the first cycle to 116.2 (good) in the second cycle, increasing students’ cognitive achievement of 35.71% (fail) the first cycle to 89.29% in the second cycle (good).Keywords: Problem solving models, contextual approach, study motivation, student learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract. Improving Students’ Achievement By Using Guided Inquiry Model By Helping Students’ Worksheets (LKS) At Buffer Solution Material For Students Of XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin In Academic Year 2012/2013 . A research of buffer solution material has been conducted in XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. This research is aimed to find teachers’ and students’ improvement in activities, students’ achievement (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) and response to the learning by using guided inquiry model by helping students’ worksheets (LKS) at buffer solution material. This research used classroom action research (CAR) design with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and evaluation phases, as well as analysis and reflection. The subjects were 28 students of XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. Data were collected through achievement test, observation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by percentage technique and elaborated quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the use of guided inquiry model by helping worksheets (LKS) could improve students’ achievement at buffer solution material from the first to second cycle. Teacher activity increased from 57.75 in first cycle to 62.75 in second cycle. Student activity increased from 49.75 in first cycle to 58.25 in second cycle. Students’ achievement increased from 83.18% in first cycle to 96.13% in second cycle. Students’ affective achievement increased from 38.82 in the first cycle to 40.82 in the second cycle with good category. Students’ psychomotor achievement increased from 12.71 in the first cycle with good category to 15.57 in the second cycle with a very good category. Students responded positively to guided inquiry model by helping worksheets (LKS) at buffer solution material.Keywords: guided inquiry model, buffer solution.
