Abstract

The building blocks of an organization's sustainability are its human resources. The art and dynamic of managing energy for outcomes that advance an organization exist. In this instance, human resources have an impact on an organization's success. Employees play a crucial role in helping the firm achieve its objectives as resources or labor. The methodology is quantitative in nature. This is based on statistical analysis and the gathering of data using a particular population as the research instrument. The quantitative method aims to test the established hypothesis, this type of research is a case study by collecting data through giving a list of questions (questionnaires) to respondents. db) n-2 28 for two-way test is 2048. Based on the above calculation, it is obtained that t arithmetic (4.084) is greater than t table (2.048) and the value of sig (0.000) is less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between communication and employee performance. then t table at a significant level of 0.05, the number of samples (n) 30, and degrees of freedom (db) n-2 28 for two-way testing is 2,048. Based on the above calculation, it is obtained that t count (3.826) is greater than t table (2.048) and the value of sig (0.000) is less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant relationship between work facilities and the performance of employees who work in doing his job. To improve employee performance, the leadership should always provide information that can be understood by employees and evaluations are always carried out on a scale. To improve employee performance, the sub-district office should be able to provide instructions for the operation of the facility so as to make it easier for its users and the available communication facilities and equipment tailored to their needs. Abstract

BRENDA ARIM MELATI, The Effect of Occupational Health, Safety and Work Environment on the Performance of PT Tri Kemasindo Lestari Employees Human resources have the meaning that labor or employees are needed and are the things that play the most important role in making profits, goods and services for the company. Therefore, it is very important from the company to pay attention to the safety and health of the workers because it greatly affects the success of the company itself, if the company does not control the safety and health of the workers it will be fatal both in terms of company performance and in terms of the workforce. alone, On the other hand, there are also factors from the work environment that the company is not paying attention to at this time. employees themselves, therefore the company must prepare adequate working environment conditions. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the data analysis used is re with the number of samples in this study is 30 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. All data in this study were processed using SPSS 25 for Windows. Suggestion: It is expected that the company will always pay attention to the health and safety of employees, such as providing protective head hats for employees who work in the transfer of goods, holding counseling on procedures for using production equipment safely, providing medical clinics for workers who have work accidents, providing gloves or other means to protect workers. The company is expected to pay attention to the work space for workers, which must have adequate temperature, air circulation, and lighting, provide new innovations in the workspace so that it can provide comfort for workers, pay attention to environmental cleanliness for employee comfort. Abstract

Workloads, work motivations and employee performances can influence each other. The scope of discussion in these studies is the employee of PT. Indonesian Reinsurance Monument. Purposes of these studies was to determining (1) the effects of workloads on the performances of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, (2) influences of work motivations on performances of employee of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, (3) the effects of workloads and work motivation simultaneously on performances of employees of PT. Indonesian Reinsurance Monument. Quantitative method in these studies used SPSS version 25. Population of these studies was all employee of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, which has 110 Employees use saturate sample techniques, so that data processed is 86 people. Results of these studies are as follow: (1) effects of workloads on performances of PT. The Indonesian Reinsurance Monument obtained tcount (8.582) > ttable (1.988) with a significant levels of 0.00 <0.05. From these result stated that Ho was reject (Ha accept). That show that workload affect the performances of employee of PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, (2) influence of the work motivations on performances of employee of PT. The Indonesian Reinsurance Monument obtained tcount (5.743) > ttable (1.988) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. From these results it can be conclud that Ho is reject (Ha is accept). This shows thats work motivation affect the performances of employee of PT. Indonesian Reinsurance Monument. (3) effect of workloads and the work motivation simultaneously on performances of employee of PT. The Indonesian Reinsurance Monument obtained fcount (36.654) > ftable (3.11) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. From these result stated that Ho was reject (Ha accept). That indicates are workload and the work motivation simultaneously affect performances of employee of PT. Indonesian Reassurance Monument. Abstract

With regard to arranging an audit of financial statements for audit processes, Auditing Standard Number 300 (Revised 2021) will be examined in this study, as well as the auditor's consideration of the audit procedures used by the auditor at the East Jakarta Public Accountant Office (KAP). This study used quantitative research methods and direct distribution of questionnaires to East Jakarta-based auditors in order to collect data. Purposive sampling with sample criteria was used to choose the sample for this investigation. 1) A minimum of one year of employment 2) being certified as a public accountant (CPA) 3) auditors who were involved in the creation of audit plans 4) auditors who are familiar with Audit Standard 300 (2021 Revision). In this study, 60 auditors who worked in five KAPs in East Jakarta participated as respondents. Data analysis techniques such as descriptive analysis, the traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing were used to evaluate this work. Results of the test and t count t table (4.954 > 1.677) with a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05, or 5%, for the variable Application of Audit Standards number 300 (Revised 2021). In light of the fact that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be said that the variable corresponding to Audit Standard Number 300 (Revised 2021) has a favorable and significant impact on audit operations. And with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 or 5%, the value of Fcount Fcount>Ftable (14.598 > 3.155) was also significant. Therefore, it can be said that Ho is rejected and accepted by Ha, indicating that the variables Auditor's Considerations (X2) and Application of audit Standards number 300 (Revised 2021) (X1) together (simultaneously) have a favorable and significant impact on audit operations. Author recommendations: 1) The following researcher broadens the study's subject and eligibility requirements for participants. 2) The next researcher combines the dependent and independent variables. 3) The following researcher includes other study techniques, like interviews. Abstract

This paper describes the importance of storytelling as an effective marketing strategy for tourism promotion. A captivating story can make a tourist destination come alive and attract visitors to learn more about it. Additionally, local wisdom and legends, part of a culture's heritage, should be preserved and used to promote tourism. Specifically, this paper explores the narratives and legends of Pusuk Buhit, a destination in the Toba Caldera UNESCO Global Geopark in Samosir, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The qualitative method is used to interpret the data collected from the field. The study highlights the importance of preserving local wisdom and legends to promote tourism and preserve cultural heritage. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Internal Communication and Work Motivation, to employee performance at Bank OCBC NISP Jakarta, Pluit Karang Utara branch. The sample was determined as many as 40 respondents consisting of tellers, customer service, marketing, operators and branch heads. Researchers used saturated sampling techniques that include internal communication variables, work motivation, and employee performance. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis of respondents, the data description includes correlation test analysis, while the correlation test used is a spearman rank correlation test. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between internal communication and employee performance which is shown with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, which is shown with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an impact between the system of internal control and audit quality. The research method used was to quantify the population of all accounting firm employees in Jakarta, and since the population cannot be known, the sampling technique of Rao Purba was used. The sampling technique in this study used a no-probability sampling technique of randomly drawing a sample of 96 per 100 respondents. The analytical technique used was simple linear regression. The results show that the internal control system has a significant positive impact on audit quality. The conclusion is that the Jakarta audit company's internal control system can improve the audit quality well and harmoniously. Therefore, accounting firms want to be able to allocate tasks efficiently so as not to create additional workload for employees. Abstract

SaIes of cosmetics are currentIy considered quite high considering the current consumer needs have started to take care of themseIves so that many beauty products appear. In Iine with this, companies are encouraged to be abIe to increase ceIebrity endorsement, brand awareness and brand image to customers. This study aims to anaIyze ceIebrity endorsement, brand awareness and SomeThin's brand image on purchase decisions. This research is a quantitative research with three independent variabIes, nameIy ceIebrity endorsement, brand awareness and brand image and the dependent variabIe is purchase decision. The data coIIection technique used in this study was using an onIine questionnaire with googIe form. The sampIing technique used was purposive sampIing of 74 Somethinc consumer respondents at the Indonesian Christian University, FacuIty of Management. Data anaIysis used muItipIe Iinear regression anaIysis and hypothesis testing. The resuIts of muItipIe Iinear regression anaIysis show the equation Y = 0.186 +0.491 X1 + 0.264 X2 + 0.213 X3 + e with the coefficient of determination is 0.588. This shows that the percentage of the independent variabIe's contribution is 59% and the rest is infIuenced by other variabIes not incIuded in this study. The t-test on the ceIebrity endorsement variabIe produces a tcount vaIue of 4.840 > ttabIe 1.994 and with a significance vaIue of 0.000 < 0.050 (0.05), the brand awareness variabIe produces a t-count vaIue of 2.361 > ttabIe 1.994 and with a significance vaIue of 0.021 < 0.050 (0.05) and the variabIe brand image resuIted in tcount 2.033 > ttabIe 1.994 and with a significance vaIue of 0.046 <0.05. The F test resuIted in Fcount 35.669 > FtabIe 2.73 with a significance vaIue of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concIuded that the ceIebrity endorsement, brand awareness and brand image variabIes partiaIIy or simuItaneousIy affect the purchase decision. From the resuIts of this study, it can be concIuded that ceIebrity endorsement, brand awareness and brand image can increase purchase decisions for Somethinc consumers at the Indonesian Christian University, FacuIty of Management. Abstract

In the current era of gIobaIization, companies are required to be abIe to compete with other companies. Companies engaged in services that reIy heaviIy on the quaIity of their human resources to provide the best quaIity service. A service company depends on the quaIity of human resources to provide the best quaIity service or aIso known as empIoyee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that caIcuIates and anaIyzes the infIuence of recruitment, seIection, and work pIacement, especiaIIy at PT. AtaIian GIobaI Service. Which is an Outsourcing company engaged in services and Iocated on JaIan TB. Simatupang No. 2 East CiIandak. The sampIe used was 30 questionnaires with empIoyees as respondents, and the technique was saturated sampIing as a sampIing method. Based on the resuIts of the study, it was found that there was an infIuence between recruitment, seIection, and work pIacement, especiaIIy at PT AtaIian GIobaI Service, it is known that simuItaneousIy recruitment has a significant effect on empIoyee performance with a vaIue of Tcount (3.904)>t tabIe (2.0555) with a significant IeveI of 0,1%<5%. It is known that simuItaneous seIection has a significant effect on empIoyee performance with a vaIue of Tcount (2.427)>t tabIe (2.0555) with a significant IeveI of 0,22%<5%. It is known that simuItaneousIy work pIacement has a significant effect on empIoyee performance with a vaIue of Tcount (3.795)>ttabIe (2.0555) with a significant IeveI of 0,1%<5%. The researcher made a recommendation to PT based on the findings of the study. AtaIian GIobaI Service to continue evaIuating performance for the achievement of the company's vision and mission in particuIar and to effectiveIy and efficientIy pIace empIoyees in the appropriate positions to preserve the quaIity of the company's good name. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and job training on employee performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda. The type of research used is quantitative. The object of this research is Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Training, and Employee Performance. The population is 50 people, then the entire population will be sampled as many as 50 employees at PT Dua Eight Ayoda. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination hypothesis test, T test and F test. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study uses regression testing and model testing (Coefficient of determination R square) and SPSS 25. The results of this study are high work discipline can improve employee performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline high can improve employee performance indicated by a significant value <0.05; df = n-3 = 50-2 = 48, then Ha is accepted. High motivation can improve employee performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, so there is a significant effect between work motivation on employee performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, indicated by a significant value <0.05; df = n-3 = 50-2 = 48, then Ha is accepted. Optimal Job Training can improve Employee Performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda, then there is a significant effect between Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda indicated by a significant value <0.05; df = n-2 = 50-2 = 48, then Ha is accepted and there is a significant overall effect between Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Dua Eight Ayoda. This is indicated by a significant value <5% (0.05), and df: (n-k-1) = 50-3-1 = 46, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
