Abstract

Students are academic people who have very important parts and functions in a higher education institution. The learning system is not only centered on hard skills but also soft skills. This is so that students have sufficient provisions to be able to win job competition and have bright professions. Academic achievement is a term to show an achievement or level of success related to a goal as a result of learning efforts that have been carried out by someone optimally. Achievement of student academic achievement can be influenced by internal and external aspects of each individual. To achieve maximum learning goals, one of the most influential aspects is the motivation to learn and also the learning environment. The following research aims to see how the influence of learning motivation and learning environment on academic achievement. The following research uses quantitative methods. The place where this research was carried out was at the Indonesian Christian University. In this study, data collection used questionnaires which were distributed to narasumberts. The sample in this study was 20 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business batch 2018 and 2019. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, partial statistical test (t test), and F test. The results of the following research are (1) Learning motivation has a positive effect on student academic achievement (GPA), (2) The learning environment has a positive effect on academic achievement (GPA), (3) Simultaneously learning motivation and learning environment have an influence on academic achievement (GPA). Abstract

Human resources are the main cause in running an association, where human resources become thinkers, movers, and planners to determine the development of the organization in a better direction. Members are less motivated in training, Members' organizational commitment is low, the authors hope UKOM UKI students can improve quality both individually and as a team according to predetermined targets. This testing mode uses a causal association mode, then it is carried out quantitatively. The causal association mode is a test that is used to measure facts to what extent is related between one variable or several variables. A causal relationship is a relationship that affects the cause. Organizational commitment and motivation have a good influence on the OCB members of the UKOM UKI football organization. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are effects and causes between commitment, motivation, to OCB, especially at UKOM UKI football. It is known that simultaneously commitment has a significant effect on OCB, tcount ˃ ttable is 6.218˃ 2.048 with a significance level of 0.05% <5% . It can be seen that overall motivation has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a t count ˃ t table which is 8.842 ˃ 2.048 with a significant level of 0% <5%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the perfomance of drivers in the UFO Community of Tebet Jakarta, to determine the effect of incentives on the perfomance of drivers in the UFO Community of Tebet Jakarta. The tipe of research used in quantitative research. This quantitative research method aims to determine the effect between the independet variable and the dependet variable. The pupulation of this study are all members of the UFO Community of Tebet Jakarta, totaling 38 drivers. The sample taken is the entire population, namely 38 drivers. The result showed that based on the partial test result, the effect of motivation on driver performance was obtained tcount (3.251) > ttable (2.028), with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05. The value of 3.251 is greater than 2.028, indicating that tcount is greater than ttable. From these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted (Hois rejected). This shows that there is a significant influence between motivation and driver performance. Based on the partial test results, the effect of incentives on driver performance is obtained tcount (4.656) > ttable (2.028) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. The value of 4.656 is greater than 2.028, indicating that tcount is greater than ttable. From these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted (Ho is rejected). This shows that there is a significant influence between incentives on driver performance. Keywords: Motivation, Incentives and Performance

Research results indicates that (1) theres as a intercourse betweens command style and employee performance, the ranks spearmans correlations coefficienti is 0.350, whichs means thats the intercourse betweens there 2 variables is weak and has a positive value a lso artificial significance 0.023 smaller than 0.005. So, based on calculations, its cans be concluded thats there are. Theres as a significants intercourse betweens the variables of participatory command styles and the performance of subordinates 2 theres is a intercourse betweens discipline be at work and employe performance. The correlations coefficient of ranks spearman as 0.453, whichs mean thats the intercourse betweens the 2 variables as quites strongs and has a positive value and the results obtained are 0.003 less thans 0.05 with Thuis the results ofc this calculation cans be concludide thats there is a significants intercourse betweens discipline be at work variables an employet performance. Abstract

Geopolitical events, such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict, have a significant impact on global commodity, financial, and capital markets. This conflict creates uncertainty that can influence investor sentiment, stock prices, trade activities, and the broader economy. The study employs a qualitative approach to examine the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on the global economy. The research findings reveal an increase in global commodity prices, financial market fluctuations, and capital market volatility, with varying effects across different sectors. Additionally, the conflict affects the Indonesian economy, particularly concerning oil imports and the exchange rate of the rupiah. With the growing geopolitical uncertainty, a better understanding of its impact becomes crucial for making informed decisions in the global market. Abstract

Compensation and motivation are very important to improve empIoyee performance. Compensation is an incentive for empIoyees to carry out an activity so that they get good resuIts, meanwhiIe, empIoyee motivation needs to be increased so that empIoyees can do their jobs weII. Therefore, this study aims to determine the reIationship of compensation to the performance of Asiquee Coffee empIoyees and to determine the reIationship of motivation to empIoyee performance at Asiquee Coffee. The sampIe in this study were 12 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative research using descriptive data processing methods of respondents. The researcher uses a saturated sampIing technique which incIudes compensation, motivation and performance variabIes. The description of the data incIudes the anaIysis of correIation test and the correIation test used is the Spearman Rank correIation test. The resuIts of this study indicate that there is a significant reIationship between compensation and performance as indicated by a significance vaIue of 0.027 (p < 0.050) and there is a significant reIationship between motivation and performance as indicated by a significance vaIue of 0.013 (p < 0.050). The author's suggestion from this research is that management shouId provide compensation in the form of additionaI incentives when empIoyees work beyond the target. In addition, management shouId give saIary in accordance with the resuIting performance. With these two conditions, empIoyees can further improve their performance. Abstract

Abstract In these studies, the impact of tax amnesty, tax sanctions, and tax socialization on tax revenue in KPP Pratama Jakarta Jatinegara is to be ascertained. Quantitative research methodology is employed in this area of study. All KPP Pratama Jakarta Jatinegara staff and employees who are now employed in the study's populations. Samples strategy employed in these studies is known as purposeful sampling. 31 persons in total took part in the survey. For the purposes of this study, primary data is employed, with respondents' responses serving as the major source of primary data. With the use of SPSS 26, direct linear regressions was use to analyzing data. Research's findings are as follows: Tax Sanctions, with a regression coefficients of 0.938 and a t counts of 21.569, has a positive and significancy impacts on taxes revenue in KPP Pratama Jakarta Jatinegara; Tax Amnesty, with a regression coefficients of -0.141 and a t counts of 1.939, has no positive and insignificant impact on tax revenue; and Tax Socialization, with a regression coefficients of 0.938 and a t counts of 21.569. Abstract

The importance of pajak in the nation's economic development is a motivating factor for the Directorate of Jendral Pajak (DJP) to increase pajak receipts. Due to this, DJP takes a variety of initiatives to increase pajak penerima every year, such as promoting socialization of pajak as crucial to improving the nation's economy. The purposes of these studies are to determining effect of tax payer compliance, tax inspection and tax sanctions on receipt of Incoming Tax Article 25 inKPP Pratama Jakarta Kramatjati. The sample used in this research is taxpayers register in KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramatjati use a sample technique known as Purposive Sampling. Analytical methods currently use is a quantitative method. The current study utilizes primary and customer data which may be obtain from a number of sourcing, include KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramatjati, as well as data collections in the forms of questionnaire sent to tax payers who have register in KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati. The survey results based on descriptive statistics show that tax obligation compliance, tax inspection and tax sanctions of KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramatjat are good. Validity and reliability tests were also used in this study; classical standard tests were normality tests, multi collinearity tests, auto correlation tests, heteros cedasticity tests, tests, F tests and coefficient-determination tests. Hypothesis testing in these studies use multipled regressions analyst techniques. Results of testing the hypothesis partially of taxpayer compliance, tax inspection have a positive and significancy effects on receipt of incoming tax articles 25 of the corporate taxpayer, while tax sanctions do not significancy affects the income tax revenue of article 25 corporates taxpayers. The results of simultaneous testing of taxpayer compliances, tax inspection and tax sanctions have a positives and significancy effects on receipt of Incoming Tax Articles 25 Corporates Tax payers. Abstract

Purposes of these studies was to assess effect of prices, product qualities, and service qualities on purchasing decision. South Jakarta Karen's Diner fast food. To obtain data for this research study by give questionnaire to respondent who already have a criteria, have used the product, the same community as the research object. Karen's diner fast food customers are the population of these studies, number of samples that have answered the research questionnaire is 50 respondents. Price, product quality, service quality are independent variable and dependent variable in these studies is purchasing decision. The result of these studies shows that prices, product qualities, service qualities and purchasing decisions at Karen's diner are quite good. There is an effect of prices on decisions to purchase karen's diner fast food with a sig value of 0.001, there is an influences of product qualities on decision to purchase fast food karen's diner with a sig value of 0.000 and there are no effects of service qualities on decision to purchase fast food karen's diner with a significancy value of 0.731. Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate how interpersonal conflicts impact employee performance within PT Kemuning Mitra Persada Surabaya III Branch. The study utilized a survey approach, employing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The target population comprised all employees of PT Kemuning Mitra Persada Surabaya III Branch, with a sample size of 80 individuals chosen through proportional random sampling. The data gathering techniques encompassed observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data underwent analysis, including descriptive analysis, assessment of classical assumptions, and simple regression analysis using SPSS 29 software. The outcomes of the simple regression analysis revealed an equation: Y = 16.019 - 0.555 X, demonstrating a significant negative correlation between interpersonal conflict and employee performance. Essentially, this implies that heightened levels of interpersonal conflict lead to decreased employee performance. The partial hypothesis testing affirmed that interpersonal conflict has an individual, adverse, and statistically significant impact on employee performance. Consequently, it is advisable for PT Kemuning Mitra Persada Surabaya III Branch to conduct regular evaluations of conflict levels within the organization and comprehend their implications for employee performance. Continuous monitoring of conflict situations enables timely identification of emerging issues, facilitating prompt and appropriate action. keywords: interpersonal conflict, employee performance
