Abstract

Labor is one of the important factors that should be considered by the company in order to achieve objectives. Therefore in this case the company is required to manage resources in a planned manner. The research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and employee performance, labor relations and employee motivation, as well as the relationship of emotional intelligence and motivation to work with employees performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This research is descriptive-correlation with a sample of 44 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman Rank analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the obtained t (6.572) is greater than t table (2.018). (2) there is a significant relationship between motivation and performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the obtained t (6.045) is greater than t table (2.018). (3) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. This is indicated by the acquired Fhitung (41.765) is greater than F table (3,226). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the variables are strong and be positive. But from the descriptive respondents by filling the questionnaire indicators were rated the lowest.Keywords: motivation, performance, emotional intelligence

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, TATO, research and development, inflation, and interest rate against financial distress. Interest Coverage Ratio is used to determine beginning signs of financial distress in GB company. Researchers used statistic descriptive and binary logistic regression method, the data is sampled using purposive sample judgment method. This study used data of 10 GB companies which has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on period of 2013 – 2015 and totally this study used 30 samples of 10 GB companies on period of 2013 – 2015. The results of this study found that capital structure, research and development, inflation, and interest rate effect uninfluence on financial distress. Abstract

With higher dynamics of lifr makes people want everything quick and instant. It resulted with companies now starting to do e-commerce. The purpose of this research are to find out (1) celebrity endorser influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (2) brand image influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (3) reference group influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (4) age influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (5) celebrity endorser, brand image, reference group and age influences on purchasing decision in Tokopedia. Data were analyzed using Logistic Regression. The results of this research are (1) there is no significance influence between celebrity endorser and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.588 greater than 0.05 (2) ) there is significance influence between brand image and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.003 smaller than 0.05 (3) there is significance influence between reference group and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (4) there is no significance influence between age and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.186 greater than 0.05 (5) celebrity endorser, brand image, reference group and age together affect on purchasing decision in Tokopedia of 71.2%

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Economic Order Quantity and Just In Time in determining the efficiency of raw material cost, and determine which method is best to apply to PT. Tricitra Agri Perdana when viewed from the efficiency of raw material cost. Analytical tools used in this research are the methods of EOQ and JIT. Data obtained from the interviews with staff who deals with the purchase of raw materials, and storage supplies at PT. Tricitra Agri Prime. The research results showed that PT. Tricitra Agri Prime could depress spending or expenses at the company so that the company's costs haven't really run well due to JIT methods still provide supplies of raw materials.Keywords: system economic order quantity and just in time, perbandingan EOQ dan JIT.

Abstract

Current technological developments have pushed people into the era of information globalization. Information is very important, every company apply accounting as a tool of information. Classically accounting is the process of recording, grouping, summarizing, and reporting of transactions that occur in the company. The process is part of the accounting cycle that will produce financial statements. The Financial Statement is the Information used by Management for decision making. Recording of inventory is one activity activity that distinguishes a trading company with a service company, so that inventory recording is important in a trading company. Therefore, at the time of recording the purchase or sales transactions to produce the Financial Statement, it is necessary to determine the application of inventory recording method, either perpetually or periodically is necessary at the time of making the Financial Statement of the trading company, as it affects the journal creation of the transaction, either the purchase transaction as well as merchandise sales. The research was conducted at PT Sinar Kharisma Mitra Agung, a trading company located in bekasi, providing the best quality products, serving one stop shopping or one place purchasing service for all insulation, wire mesh, faoundry and refracory materials to customers. The results of research conducted by the company need to apply perpetual recording system, so the company can know the amount of goods inventory easily, and quickly and minimize losses caused by loss of merchandise. This needs to be done so that the company can provide products with the best quality on time, in accordance with the vision and mission of the company, which always committed with reliable stock and delivery, so as to provide the best service support and able to offer competitive prices to customers..Keywords: Perpetual Listing System, Financial Report, Merchandising Company

Abstract

Leadership is an important element in a company, because in the absence of leadership from a leader so the company will suffer at set back. Basically of every leader has a different behavior in the lead. Or offen call of leadership. Leadership which is run by a leader in infiuencing the behavior of other in accordance with his wishes was fiuenced by the nature of the leader. Leaders with the good leadership will create high motivation within each subordinate, so that with motivation will a rise morale can improve the performance of subordinates.The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of leadership and motivation with employee perfomance on PT. Cardoxindo Interbuana. This research is descriptive – korelasional with up to to 30 people/responden and data were analyzed using analysis Rank Spearman and analysis multivariat Pearson Product Moment.The results showed that (1) There is a significant relationship between the leadership employee performance PT. Cardoxindo Interbuana with Rank Spearman correlation coeffcient of 0,831 which means the relationship between the two variabels is quite strong and is positive. (2) There is a significant relationship between motivation and employee performance PT. Cardoxindo Interbuana with Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,845 so that is better the motivation that is created also increase the performance of employees, which means the relationship between the two variable is strong and positive value. (3) There is a significant relationship between the leadership and motivation of employee performance PT. Cardoxindo Interbuana with Pearson Product Moment correlation coeffcient of 0,877. The third variable which means the relationship is strong and positive. The analysis showed that leadership have a positive relationship to employee performance. The motivation was positively related to employee performance. With three variable that have a positive relation.Keywords: leadership, motivation and employees performance.

Abstract

COOPERATIVE CLINIC and SME is intended as a forum for consultation and mentoring activities for Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Tangerang City. COOPERATIVE CLINICS and SMEs are made on the proposal procedurally through consultation and submission to the local government through the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs Tangerang City. COOPERATIVE CLINICS AND SMEs in line with the Tangerang City Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) 2014-2018 where the realization through the establishment and development of empowerment sector of Cooperatives and SMEs in supporting local economic activities based on local resources. This is done as a government effort in increasing economic growth, employment, and increasing people's purchasing power by strengthening synergy among regional economic sectors. CLINIC COOPERATION and SMEs are under the control of the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs Tangerang City. CLINIC COOPERATION and SMEs at least can overcome some classic problems such as: capital access problems, management problems, product quality problems, limited access to markets, the ability of human resources and institutional cooperatives and SMEs, cooperative and SME partnership patterns with large businesses, the role and capacity of cooperatives and SMEs have not been optimal, and have not memdainya access cooperatives and SMEs to productive resources. CLINIC COOPERATION and SMEs attached and become the work program of Cooperatives and SMEs Tangerang City. To run CLINIC COOPERATIVES and SMEs, the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs can form a TEAM represented by elements of the Office, cooperative practitioners, academics and communities that meet the required criteria. Working mechanism that has been prepared can be run by TIM through Decree (SK) Head of Department of Cooperatives and UMKM. To carry out its activities the Dinas Koperasi and UMKM need to facilitate the building or work space, then the cost incurred from this activity is fully returned to the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs Tangerang City Government. Abstract

The influence of style leadership and organizational culture for employee performance in each company, the purpose of this research is to test the relationship between style leadership and organizational culture, employee performance in PT. Bank Papua brand DKI Jakarta. This study examines the influence of style leadership and organizational culture, employee performance. Samples of 30 employees. The results of this study indicate that style leadership significantly affects performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inventory management, intellectual capital, executive compensation and leverage on the performance of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with Automotive subsektor. The number of samples of this study are 14 companies in 5 periods, namely from 2011-2015. The research method used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 24 program. The result of this research stated that inventory management and leverage have no significant effect to company performance, while executive compensation and Intellectual Capital have positive and significant influence to company performance.Keywords: Inventory Management, Executive Compensation, Intellectual Capital, Leverage, Company Performance

Abstract

2008 global economic crisis has led to poor growth across all sectors in Indonesia. The crisis also had an impact on stock market conditions that exist in Indonesia, including the shares of the manufacturing sector. The stock price itself more easily influenced by external factors or changes in macroeconomic conditions. Macroeconomic factors will continue to experience growth and development as always turmoil fluctuation, well after the global crisis well so far. Therefore, this study aims to determine how large the macro-economic factors that influence the stock return of the manufacturing sector. Macroeconomic factors that will be examined is the exchange rate USD / USD, BI rate, inflation and oil prices. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSS 23. One of the requirements to perform multiple test analysis necessary to test classic assumptions. This is necessary so that the resulting regression equation is BLUE (Best, Linear, Unbiased, Estimator). In addition to assessing the goodness of fit of a model made for the t-test, F, and test the coefficient of determination. This study uses monthly data from 2006-2015. The results of this study indicate that the variable Exchange Rate / USD, oil prices negatively affect Sunia Stock Return manufacturing sector 2006-2008 period and a variable BI Rate, Oil Price Inflation influence positively and negatively affect the manufacturing sector Stock Return period 2010-2015.Keywords: global crisis in 2008, Manufacturing Sector, Exchange Rate, BI Rate, Inflation, Oil Price, Stock Return.
