Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the level of achievement motivation among permanent employees with contract employees, in terms of the characteristics of a person who has high achievement motivation, namely: Personal responsibility, needs feedback, keinovatifan, perseverance and difficulties or moderate risk. This study was measured by using a rating scale and type of quantitative research. The study population was employees of the Indonesian Christian University (UKI) and obtained 72 samples each 36 samples of permanent employees, and 36 further samples of employee contracts. Data analysis techniques in this study is an independent test sample t-tests were used to test between two or more variants, using SPSS. This technique uses the basic decision-making if the value of t> t table then no differences were found, however, if t <t table then there is a difference. Further views of signfikansi P> 0.05 then Ho is accepted and vice versa when the value of the significance of P <0.05 then Ho is rejected. The results obtained from the research that there are differences in achievement motivation between permanent employees and contract on a significant aspect of the feedback (2-tailed) 0.038 <0.05, significant keinovatifan (2-tailed) 0.026 <0.05, significant persistence (two-tailed) 0.016 < 0.05, and significant difficulties or moderate risk (2-tailed) 0.026 <0.05. It was therefore concluded there are differences in achievement motivation between permanent employees and contract employees at UKI Cawang.Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Employee Permanent and Contract Employees

Abstract

This research aimed to knowing the influence Profitability, Firm Size and liquidity of capital structure. The population in this research are all Manufacturing company cement industry sub-sector on LQ45 listed on the BEI from 2006 to 2015 period. This type of sampling in this research using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this research is secondary published data. The results showed that the Profitability has no effect on cement industry sub sector manufacture capital structure in 2006-2015, Firm size has effect on capital structure in the 2006-2015. Manufacturing company cement industry sub-sector, while Liquidity has no effect on cement industry sub sector manufacture capital structure in 2006-2015.Keywords: Manufacturing Companies cement industry sub-sector, Return on Equity, Debt To Equity, Firm size, liquidity.

Abstract

A company certainly has a goal to develop its business, one of them by having a professional human resources and competent in the field. To achieve the company's goals, one of the things employee must do is apply the rules and regulations. In addition to building discipline, the role of a leader is also very important to give confidence to employees in carrying out their duties and pay attention to employees who complete the work exceeds the established standards. The quality of the work becomes an evaluation for the leaders and employees in the division. Abstract

This research investigates the relation between Leadership style and Motivation with Employee Performance in PT. Bina Valasindo Jakarta, one of the few competitive money changer companies in Jakarta. A sample of 60 respondents were interviewed using questionnaire with simple random sampling methods. The spearman rank correlation was used to test the three hypothesis that guided the research. The result obtained from the analysis showed that there existed relation between Leadership Style and Motivation with Employee Performance. The research reveals that leadership style and motivation given to workers in an organization has a significant influence on the workers performance. The researcher therefore suggests that the company pays more attention on the effective leadership style used and the motivation given to their employees by fullfiling their basic needs, carrier enhacement needs, giving insentive (financial or nonfinancial), bonus and other benefits.Keywords: Human Resource, Leadership, Motivation, and Performance

Abstract

The research purposed to analyze the governance, external assurance, firm-level characteristics and financial distress on the sustainability reporting. The method used in this study are multiple regression analysis using Eviews 9. The samples used in this research are 242 which is the data of 121 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2015. The results show that governance committee, sustainability report assurance provider, number of members on the audit committee and the number of members on the board of directors as firm-level characteristics have a significant positive effect on the sustainability reporting. Financial distress has a significant negative effect on the sustainability reporting. Operating cash flow has not a significant effect on the sustainability reporting, whereas log total asset has significant positive effect on the sustainability reporting. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of tax planning undertaken by PT. KBX, and to know what the right method to minimize the tax burden. The data for this study were obtained from interviews with tax accounting section and General Human Resources of PT. KBX with observations regarding the implementation of tax planning. The research proves that PT. KBX has not executed tax planning appropriately. The company uses the method of calculation of income tax Article 21 is borne by the employer (net method), so that the expense incurred income tax Article 21 shall be paid in the calculation of taxable income for corporate income tax. As a result the corporate income tax paid is greater.Keywords : Taxes, PT. KBX, Peghasilan Tax (VAT).

Abstract

The future challenge for Indonesia's defense is the lack of defense budgets while defense issues will become more complex. This literature review would like to see the challenges of Indonesia ahead and the recommendations given to deal with it. The very limited natural resources causing future conflicts will be greatly influenced by the motivation of controlling resources through military force. To face it, the increasing quantity and quality of defense equipment must be considered by following the technology of today. Human resource development in quantity and quality must also be continuously carried out, such as with the training, education and absorption of the latest defense technologies. In addition, it is time for Indonesia's defense industry to be empowered in meeting the needs of national defense.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the level of satisfaction of the household type in Griya Permata Cisoka Tangerang toward building attributes based on performance and interest. Respondent were selected using formula slovin, a population of 743 household, while respondents consisted of 88 families. Data have been collected were analyzed using performace importance and cartesian diagram. The research analyzed using 12 attributes are available on the five dimensions of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. Satisfaction research result of the household type 22 in Griya Permata Cisoka Tangerang to attribute indicates the cartesian diagram mostly in the B quadrant in which the performance of the company has been in accordance with the desire of residents have said to be very satisfied. Abstract

The objective of this research is to test influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) towards the Price to Book Value (PBV). The population become object in this research is service non financial sector firm listed on IDX during 2012-2015. By using purposive sampling method, the written got 15 firms to be the sample. This research used multiple linier regression analysis technique and using SPSS, in previously, the data were examined using classical assumption test.The analyze methode multiple linier regression analysis used hypothesis test, test F, and determinant coefficient. The result shows that ROA, NPM, and DER all of them have effects that significant towards price book value with 64,9% of R Square. Individually ROA, NPM, and DER have positive relation and significant toward PBV.Keywords : return on asset, net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and price to book value
