<![CDATA[Domestic violence is a disease in people's lives and is the responsibility of the government to handle it. The PKDRT Law was issued to deal with domestic violence issues, but in reality the PKDRT Law has not been able to resolve this problem completely. What is the cause of domestic violence in the community is apparently caused by the character of the community and this character is strongly influenced by the perception of husband and wife about the rights and obligations of husband and wife in navigating the household. The cause of domestic violence is more because they feel each party feels they have rights that must be fulfilled by the other party, while the other party may feel it is not their obligation. This happens because in understanding rights and obligations there is diversity so that it causes disagreement that can lead to disputes and violence. Religion is a guide to human life, about the rights and obligations of husband and wife already have concepts in fiqh]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the position of women climbers in the student association for Environmental and adventure activity of MAPALA Marabunta of Panca Marga University of Probolinggo. This study was conducted by using the method of descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that in mountain climbing activities made by women climbers there is no difference between male and female climbers. This is in a manner conforming to representation view. Women climbers already have the ability and skills to Mountain climbing. The women climber is also equivalent to male climbers in general. So there are no points or ways in which male and female climbers are dissimilar. What distinguishes only their will, whether they want to practice and learn, if they want to practice and learn and take the opportunity already given, it will happen what is on want that is equality.]]>

<![CDATA[The true love of the mother to her children is no doubt. The mother is always ready to grow up the children, to feed them, and to serve them from the early child until they be became teenager. However some times, the mother thought that she loves the children in every activity she does in their relationship, in fact the children do not fell that the mother loves them. This can be caused by different perception of the children and the mother to understand the language of love. In this article will be explain how important is to understand the language of love to make the same perception between the children and the mother. As a result the mother loves the children and the children feel that they are loved.]]>

<![CDATA[Studi ini meninjau terhadap persoalan penegak hukum dalam siklus Sistem peradilan Pidana khusus, dan tepatnyan dalam menangani kasus anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di Aceh setelah pemberlakuan Undang-undang Nomor 11 tahun 2012 tentang sistem peradilan pidana Anak yang aktif di tahun 2014 yang lalu. Banyak persoalan penerapan diversi yang belum jelas masa penerapan UUSPPA mulai tahu 2014 sampai tahun 2019. Oleh karena hal tersebut penulis akan mengurai menganai perseolan bagaimana upaya pemeritan dalam mengupayakan pengarusutamaan diversi di aceh melalu pendekatan konsep restorasi justice. Penelitian ini sendiri merupakan penggabungan antara penelitian Normatif dan Empiris. Penelitian ini di fokuskan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Penerapan Diversi terhadap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum di Aceh Besar dan Kota Banda Aceh mengalami kendalan-kendala yang spesifik. Yakni Kurangnya SDM pelaksana mulai dari tingkat Kepolisian sampai pada pengadilan. Kurangnya Fasilitas seperti tidak adanya rumah aman bagi anak di LPKS, kurangnya kantor BAPAS di setiap Kabupaten Kota, Tidak adanya fasilitas yang memadai di LPKA serta adanya Egosektoral antar elemen Sistem Peradilan Pidana, semua hal ini menghambat upaya Diversi bagi penanganan kasus tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak ddi Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was aims to reveal the challenges and efforts in implementing early childhood character education based on local wisdom in Aceh society This study has been conducted using qualitative approach. Its result indicates several challenges faced by Acehnese in implementing character education based on Acehnese local wisdom, including: (a) the impact of technological development; (b) changes in the physical environment such as natural disasters and natural resources; (c) contact with other communities and the culture of the community replaces local culture; (d) modernity promises ease and speed so that the tradition of local wisdom is seen as complicated and slow so that the summarization of tradition is carried out. Therefore, Aceh local wisdom is not only ritual but also contains Islamic values that have become a culture in Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[Secara khusus eksistensi peradilan pidana Adat di Aceh terjelma dari adanya Qanun Nomor 9 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembinaan Kehidupan Adat dan Adat Istiadat serta Qanun Aceh Nomor 10 tahun 2008 tentang Lembaga Adat. Secara umum Undang-undang No. 11 tahun 2012 tentang sistem peradilan anak terbaru di Indonesia sudah mulai melakukan perubahan beberapa sistem dan pola penanganan terhadap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum.Penelitian ini berusaha membahas tentang bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum pidana adat menurut Qanun Kemukiman Kuala Ba’U Kec. Kluet Utara Kabupaten Aceh Selatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak apabila si anak tersebut melakukan pelanggaran hukum, maka kebiasaannya dalam penanganan hukum adat sebelum proses persidangan dilaksanakan, pihak perangkat adat dan hukum di gampong memanggil/mendatangi orang tua si anak untuk memberitahukan/memintakan pertanggung jawaban terhadap kasus yang sedang dihadapi. Secara substantif, qanun ini belum secara khusus mengakomodir aspek perlindungan kepada anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum secara jelas.]]>

<![CDATA[This articles shows about the profile of nursing home in Central Aceh District of Aceh Province. In liteal meaning, the meaning of Joyah is a place where women staying together and they do their daily routine such as reciting Al-qur’an and gathering with other nursing home members. However, the function of nursing home in this era is different from the past. This reaseach was made by qualitative method. The data was collected by depth interview with some joyah members and the caretaker of Joyah. Now, the function is just as a nursing home how this women staying together, reciting Holy book and having exercise together and trying their health always fit by having some medical care by health center in town which come once a week. While, in the past the function of Joyah is to promote women leader by having opportunity to teach another women in that area. Eventhough another function is still exist, however the function to create Muslim women leader now is vanish.]]>

<![CDATA[The current study explores the Inong Balee beggars, widows who have been left by their husbands who passed away. Their survival of living is through begging around with their fatherless children in the city of Banda Aceh. The objectives of this study are to identify the demographic condition of Inong Balee beggars, the reasons why inong balee beg, and the educational condition of their children. The study was conducted using a case study approach which includes observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data was collected from April 2012 to August 2012 in the city of Banda Aceh. Purposive sampling was used to select the informants. The interviews and observations were conducted with 12 informants consisting of Inong Baleebeggars and their children. The findings have shown that most of the beggars are from regions in Aceh, other than Banda Aceh and began begging in Banda Aceh after the Tsunami in 2004. Furthermore, the main reason for Inong Baleeto beg is because they become widows without a main source of income and need to increase the financial status of their family. The education condition of their children is notgood; some of them still go to school but do not get a quality education, while others have dropped out of school entirely. This study examines the current status of Inong Balee beggars in terms of social, economic, and educational conditions. The government of Aceh should put a larger focus on Inong baleein order to improve their lives.]]>
