<![CDATA[Abstract: Analysis of Wages of Ngaglik Salatiga Cassava Processed Industry Workers With theStolper-Samuelson Approach. This study aims to see the magnitude of the effect of increasingproduct prices on labor wages used to produce those outputs. The study was conducted on cassavaprocessing industry in Ngaglik Salatiga. The data used for the analysis are cross-section data of 53respondents (saturation sampling). Data were analyzed using multiple regression tools. The mainresult of the study shows that output prices have a positive effect on labor wages. Every one percentincrease in output prices will increase labor wages by 7.95 percent.Keywords: output price; wage; Stolper-Samuelson Theorm.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : Indentification of Factory that Affect local tax revenue.This study had a purpose to analyze local tax income in rembang regency according to factors, which affected the income for the period of 1992-2008. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This study applied a multiple regression analysis. the results obtained by the study. Show that per capita income, number of tourists and c group mining product had a positive and significant effect to the tax income. Number of industries and hotel room reservation did not have significant effect to the tax income of rembang regency. Variable of per capita income gives the dominant influence to the local tax income rembang regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Alfamart is one of the biggest retail company in Indonesia that has private label products as a corporatecompetitive strategy. The sales of Alfamart’s private label products still below the national products.Therefore, the company should develop internal and external strategies to increase customer purchaseintention toward Alfamart’s private label products.The purpose of this study was to describe the effectsof store image and service quality to customer trust and purchase intentions toward private label products.This study used 200 respondents with purposive sampling technique and analyzed by Structural EquationModeling (SEM). The results showed that the effects of store image and service quality were significantlypositive on customer trust and customer purchase intention, as well as the effect of customer trust wassignificantly positive on customer purchase intention. Research implication showed that the organizationshould manage internal and external factor to increase purchase intention.Keywords: store image, service quality, customer trust, purchase intention]]>

<![CDATA[The Effect Of Company’s Reputation, Job Description and Offered Compensation on Individual’s Intention to Apply a Job. Recruitment process is one of key HR activities that should be conducted appropriately in a company. However, the role of prospective employees in providing inputs to the company regarding the recruitment process is not clear. The aim of this research is to understand the perspectives of potential employees regarding the effect of company’s reputation, job description and offered compensation on individual’s intention to apply a job. The participants are 73 final-year undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Udayana, with the proportionate stratified random sampling as the sampling method. This research used multiple regressions as its data analysis method. This research found that all three variables influence individual to apply a certain job. <![CDATA[Abstract: Analysis of Potential Sectors in Klungkung Regency. Klungkung Regency as one of the regions in Bali Province has a considerable opportunity in developing the potential of the region it has in order to support the economic development of Klungkung Regency. This study aims to analyze the potential sectors in Klungkung Regency in terms of Gross Regional Domestic Product. The data used secondary data. This study used GRDP data from the period 20122016. The analysis technique used are Location Quotients (LQ) analysis, Growth Ratio Model (MRP) and Overlay. The results show that the potential sectors in Klungkung Regency during the 2012-2016 period are 4 sectors, namely (1) manufacturing industry sector ; (2) information and communication; (3) health services and social activities; and (4) other services. The results of the analysis which show that for these four sectors have a positive growth rate and make a large contribution in the GRDP of Klungkung Regency. The government should make several policies to improve the performance of these sectors by providing stimuli in the form of capital. With the existence of capital, in this case such as credit loans and subsidies so that later sectors that have not this potential can develop into a potential sector.]]>

<![CDATA[Information technology has become a major part of an organization. To realize good governance, one ofthem can be done by continuously making improvements in the management of regional finances andapplying the application of Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD). The successof this application can not be separated from the existence of quality human resources, informationtechnology and top management support. This research was conducted by using survey method withquestionnaire technique. The population in this study were 166 respondents, consisting of financialofficer and head of department in Denpasar City Government as much as 70 respondents with purposivesampling technique and multiple regression analysis model and moderation regression analysis. Theresult obtained is the capacity of human resources and information technology have a positive effect onthe implementation of regional financial information management system. <![CDATA[Abstrak : Peran Media Exposure Bagi Pasar Modal Indonesia. Proses pengambilan keputusan investasiyang dilakukan oleh para investor selalu memperhatikan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosialperusahaan. Pada penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dimasukkan sebagai populasidengan tahun pengamatan 2011-2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive samplingdan diperoleh 31 perusahaan dengan tiga tahun pengamatan sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak93. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara mengunduh annual report perusahaan terkategorihigh-profile dan low-profile. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitianini adalah umur perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan pada reaksi pasar dalam luas pengungkapan CSR,Media Exposure tidak berpengaruh pada reaksi pasar, Luas pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh negatifpada reaksi pasar, dan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata luas pengungkapan CSR perusahaan terkategorihigh-profile dan low-profile. <![CDATA[Box-Jenkins Models in the Framework to Forecast Bali Province Gross Domestic Product. Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) is the most widely used indikator of development. In order to make development plan of an area with effective and responsible principal, it required a valid estimate of GDP. The presence of relatifly large gap between targets and achievements of the Bali Provincial economic growth during 2008-2012, and given the importance of GDP as an indikator of regional economic performance, it is necessary to do research on the application of Box-Jenkins models in order to forecast Bali Province GDP. This study aims to create a model of the Bali Provincial GDP estimates using data from the first quarter of GDP in 2000 to fourth quarter of GDP in 2012 with constant prices of 2000, which is sourced from BPS of Bali Province. The analysis technique is applied to the Box- Jenkins models or Autoregresive Integreted Moving Average (ARIMA).The results showed that by using the data of Bali Provincial GDP first quarter of 2000 to the fourth quarter of 2012, concluded that the best model to use as a forecast model is ARIMA (2,1,0). <![CDATA[Abstract - This research was conducted to examine the effect of organizational support against the job satisfaction and work motivation against the members of Border Patrol Unit. The populations were 327. However the researcher defined to have a 60 members of the unit as a sample which only focus on the ranks of Ajente, Ajente Prinsipál, Ajente Xefe and First Sergeants. This research were uses a quantitative and quantitative approach and desriptif methods against the items were be tested and described by using the average value and the percentage score by using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.The Results of this research was shown that, the Organization Support against the job satisfaction and work motivation as well as the job satisfatin against the work motivatin of members were positive and significant effected on member’s work motivation.
