Abstract

This study attempts to described in detail and clear about planting value character inlearning education Pancasila and Citizenship covered planning, the implementationof the, assesment, obstacles faced and a solution that attempts at constraints. The kindof research qualitative with the design case study. The research phase in MadrasahAliyah Muhammadiyah Klaten. Technique data collection with the methods interview,observation and study the contents of doecumentation, with informants students,teachers, head madrasah, deputy head of madrasah affairs curriculum , and theother related. Technique data analysis model interactive (display at the interactivemodel of analysis), validity data using a method of triangulation source. Theresults of research is planting the values of the character in the learning educationPancasila and Citizenship in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Klaten that havebeen carried out with an implement the theory of learning involving planning oflearning, the implementation of interactive learning, evaluation which includes theaspect of the attitude (affective), the aspect of knowledge (cognitive), and aspectskill (psichomotoryc). Also some berriers faced in the planting the values of goodcharacter from students in the form of the nature of character of students that lazybum, the influence of students as well as from a teacher in the form of limitationsin designing lesson plans, make use of technology and the source or a mediumthat variatif as well as the curriculum. A solution which is being undertaken to theresistance of the student with the approach in the form of psichologis, assistance,the guidance and his exemplary, include students in axtracurricular activities andorganization of Muhammadiyah, gifts (reward) and punishment. While solution forteachers by involving in training 2013 Curriculum, MGMP and well as counsellingit.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the skills of teachers in preliminary activities, (2) theskills of teachers in the core activities, and (3) the skills of teachers in closing activitiesin learning mathematics in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Gatak Sukoharja. Thistype of research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach.Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Thevalidity of the research uses data source triangulation and triangulation techniquesor data collection methods. Data analysis in this study is interactive. Researchersobtained three findings, namely (1) Planning the basic teaching skills of teachersin mathematics learning beginning with the readiness of the teacher in preparinglearning tools, media, and teaching materials to be used, (2) Through clear vision,mission and goals the school makes programs that prioritize basic teaching skills forteachers and prospective teachers later, (3) Basic skills of teaching the whole teacherare good.

Abstract

Based on some research, mind mapping proven effective to use in the class, but the use of mind mapping still rarely used in the class during pandemic. The purpose of this article is 1) to analyze of making mind mapping; 2) to describe the using of mind mapping during this pandemic; and 3) to analyze the impact of using mind mapping in class. This article uses literature study. The validity of this data is by using some study from another research with an extension time. Data comparation is used as data analysis technique in this article. The conclusion in this article are 1) while making mind mapping, requires some laws so that benefit would achieved optimally; 2) using mind mapping with outlines and good instruction about material is a good option during pandemic; 3) using of mind mapping is proven effective to make student easier to know about the material and it will improve their critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to increase news-writing skills by applying integrated approach   and  images  utilization.The   research  is  a  type  of  action  research   which  was conducted  in  3  cycles.  The  main  activities  of  the  research  were  done  in  4  steps:  action planning, action implementation,  observation,  and reflection. The research was conducted to classVIIIA on the second term year 2013/2014 of Negeri 1 Teras Junior High School located in Boyolali. The subjects particularly were members of class VIIIA, consisting 32 students in total  with  the  same  ratio  of  girls  and  boys.  The  research  uses  field  notes,  observation guidelines,  and news-writing  trials as a method  of collecting  data. Descriptive-Qualitative method  is used to analyse the development  of writing skills. Both the process and the final results  are analysed  for this  research.  There  are three  conducted  cycles.  The result  of the research  showed  that  integrated  approach  and  imagesutilization   successfully  increase  the news-writing  skills of the students both quantitatively  and qualitatively.  Initially, merely 7 of 32 students  or approximately  21.88%  of the students  pass  the  average  level  while  the classical  learning  mastering  is 70.83%.  After the first cycle has been done, the number  of students who pass the average level increased significantly  to 26 out of 32 or 81.25% while classical  learning  mastery  increases  to  77.89%.  As  a  result,  the  succeed  criteria  of  the research  has not been achieved  yet. The mean score of the students  on first cycle is 77.89. Classical learning mastery is 85.07% therefore the succeed criteria has been passed this time. The mean score of the students  on the second  cycle is 85.07  which  increases  significantly compared to that on the first cycle.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran terhadaphasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari Adversity Qoutient (AQ) siswa. Strategipembelajaran yang dibandingkan adalah strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipeNumbered Heads Together (NHT), strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe ThinkPair Share (TPS), dan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswakelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan denganteknik sampling acak atau teknik sampling random (random sampling tecbnique).Diperoleh sampel berjumlah 95 siswa, dengan rincian 31 siswa pada kelompok eksperimen satu, 32 siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dua, dan 32 siswa kelompokkontrol. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar matematika dan angketAQ. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel taksama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut. (1) Strategipembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT memberikan hasil belajar matematika yang lebihbaik dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dan pembelajaranekspositori. Strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS memberikan hasil belajaryang lebih baik dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori pada materi bangunruang sisi datar. (2) Siswa kategori climbers mempunyai hasil belajar matematikayang lebih baik dibandingkan siswa kategori campers dan quitters. Siswa kategoricampers mempunyai hasil belajar matematika yang lebih baik dibandingkan siswakategori quitters. (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran denganAQ siswa terhadap hasil belajar. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh strategipembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar matematika tidak tergantung pada kategori AQ.

Abstract

Kemandirian merupakan suatu sikap atau perilaku dan kemampuan seseorang untuk  melakukan aktifitas tanpa adanya ketergantungan dengan bantuan orang lain. Mandiri adalah sifat tidak bergantung pada orang lain untuk mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya Syarbini dan Arbain (2014: 72), Sedangkan menurut Wibowo (2013: 45) Kemandirian adalah sikap dan perilaku untuk tidak mudah tergantung pada orang tua dan orang lain dalam  menyelaikan tugas-tugas. Masing-masing individu mempunyai tingkat kemandirian belajar  yang berbeda-beda, tetapi belum ada aturan yang baku untuk menentukan hal itu. Siswa yang mempunyai kemandirian belajar dapat dilihat dari kegiatan belajarnya, dia tidak perlu disuruh untuk belajar akan tetapi kegiatan belajar dilaksanakan atas dorongan dan inisiatifdirinya sendiri.Wibowo (2013:45)menjelaskanbahwa kedisiplinan adalah tindakan yang menunjukkan perilaku tertib dan patuh pada berbagai ketentuan dan peraturan, Sedangkan menurut Syarbini dan Arbain(2014: 71) disiplin adalah ketaatan atau kepatuhan terhadap suatu aturan yang  berlaku.Kedisiplinan diartikan sebagai perilaku seseorang mengikuti pola-pola tertentu yang  telah ditetapkan atau disetujui terlebih dahulu baik persetujuan tertulis, lisan maupun berupa peraturan-peraturan atau kebiasaan.Menurut Sugihartono, Fathiyah, Harahap, Setiawati, dan Nurhayati (2015:3) menjelaskan tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua di bagi menjadi 3 kategori, yaitu: kategori tingkat social ekonomi tinggi, kategori tingkat sosial ekonomi sedang, dan kategori tingkat sosial ekonomi rendah. Kategori tingkat sosial ekonomi sedang dan rendah memiliki pengaruh pada kemandirian siswa dalam mengembangkan ilmu matematikanya. Tidak sedikit dari siswa yang memiliki orang tua dengan tingkat sosial ekonomi rendah harus ikut bekerja mencari biaya sendiri untuk membiayai pendidikannya sendiri bahkan membantu keluarga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, sedangkan yang memiliki orang tua dengan tingkat sosisal ekonomi sedang tidak begitu besar pengaruhnya pada tingkat kemandirian siswa dalam belajar, berbeda pula siswa yang memliki orang tua dengan tingkat sosial ekonomi yang tinggi karna siswa tidak perlu lagi memikirkan akan biaya dan semua kebutuhan pendidikan yang ia butuhkan, jadi ia hanya perlu untuk fokus pada pendidikan yang ia tempuh saja.Hipotesis dalam penelitian: “Terdapat kontribusi tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua dankedisiplinan belajar terhadap kemandirian”. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji kontribusi tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap kemandirian.

Abstract

The level of student satisfaction with the educational process has a very important role in supporting the sustainability of an institution. This study aims to describe the level of satisfaction of SPs students. UHAMKA who has graduated in the academic year 2018/2019 on the organization of education that took place at the Graduate School. This research was conducted using survey methods. The instrument used to measure the level of student satisfaction is a number of structured questions related to leadership, learning, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the impact of studies at UHAMKA on career development. The results showed that the level of student satisfaction at the UHAMKA Graduate School was very satisfying. Quantitatively the average student satisfaction was 88.03. The results of this study can be used as a basis for evaluating and developing follow-up efforts for leaders in the UHAMKA graduate school environment.

Abstract

Educational institution such as schools rely heavily on the performance of their teachers in implementing educational practices. Therefore, it is very important for educational institution in managing the teachers’ performance. Factors that are thought to affect performance include organizational justice, motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice, work motivation, and job satisfaction on perceptions of the performance of 64 teachers in XYZ junior dan senior high school. The research data obtained were analyzed using a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method. The research instrument, a questionnaire to measure the impact of four variabels. The results of this study showed that organizational justice, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on the performance of XYZ Middle and High School teachers. Job satisfaction variabels succeeded in mediating the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, but on the other hand, job satisfaction did not succeed in mediating the effect of organizational justice on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unoptimally performance of teachers in a planning service program has so far not optimal. The research objective is to improve the performance of teachers in the planning service program in region Delanggu Klaten Working Group by 30 teachers. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and assignment of teachers in planning services program Analysis of data using a critical and comparative analysis. Indicators of success using the criteria limit minimal is 80, and the class completeness 100%. Research procedure uses cycles. From the results of research and discussion know that obtained summary data is the initial condition, Cycle I, II performance counseling teachers in planning services program, the initial conditions by an average of 75 and the first cycle an average of 80 and the second cycle by an average of 90 . from this data, it seems clear that an increase in the average value of the initial conditions to the first cycle of five digits (6.7%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 10 digits (12.5%), from pre cycle to the second cycle an increase of 15 digits (20%). The highest value of the initial stages of the condition by 84 and 90 as well as the first cycle of the second cycle of 98 It is clear that from the stage of initial conditions for the first cycle occurred from the initial conditions to the first cycle of six digits (7.1%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 8 digits (8.9%), and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 14 digits (16.7%). The lowest value obtained for the early stages of the condition of the first cycle of 67 and 72 and the second cycle of 87. thus, can be affirmed that the initial conditions of the stage to the first cycle an increase of 5 digits (7.5%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 15 digits (22.4%), and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 20 digits (29.9%). Percentage of performance criteria counseling teachers in preparing plan preparation program obtained from the initial conditions of 28% and the first cycle was obtained by 68% and the second cycle at 100%. It seems clear that the initial conditions of the stage to the first cycle an increase of 40%, from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 32%, and from the initial conditions to the second cycle an increase of 72%. Thus, teachers performance in counseling services from the initial conditions to the second cycle brought a significant rise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki empat tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) perencanaanpendidikan karakter pada kegiatan prakerin kelas XI. (2) perencanaan pendidikankarakter pada kegiatan prakerin kelas XI. (3) penilaian pendidikan karakter padakegiatan prakerin kelas XI, dan (4) pengembangan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan prakerin kelas XI di SMK N 1 Gondang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan prakerin dilakukan dengan mengadakan perjanjian kerjasama dengan DU/ DI, seleksi penempatan siswa di tempat DU/ DI disesuaikan dengan bidang keahlian siswa, dan berdasarkan nilai tes di tempat prakerin dan nilai raport. Sekolah memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan moral kepada siswa selama dua kali pertemuan di sekolah bersama-sama dengan siswa lainnya dan di kost atau mess yang lokasinya dekat dengan DU/ DI. (2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan prakerin dilakukan melalui penyerahan siswa prakerin ke DU/ DI dengan mengingatkan kembali siswa bertindak sopan santun, ramah, jujur, berperilaku baik, menjaga nama baik sekolah dan keluarga. Siswa mengisi buku jurnal. Guru pembimbing melakukan monitoring sebanyak 4 kali untuk mengetahui perkembangan siswanya di tempat DU/ DI. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan prakerin terdapat permasalahan adanya siswa yang membolos, datang terlambat, berpacaran, dan penampilan tidak rapi. (3) Penilaian pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan prakerin dilakukan melalui penilaian siswa yang mencakup penilaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Indikator penilaian sikap ini adalah jujur, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan santun. (4) Pengembangan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan prakerin yaitu tanggung jawab, jujur, disiplin, dan kerja keras.
