Abstract

RINGKASAN Untuk meningkatkan keuntungan, orang mungkin berpikir untuk menaikkan harga penjualan atau menaikkan biaya kuliah semesteran. Namun, dengan perguruan tinggi swasta yang kompetitif, hal ini tidak mungkin. Dengan munculnya lebih banyak perguruan tinggi swasta, persaingan akan meningkat. Persaingan kadang-kadang dimulai dengan perang harga, yang berarti bahwa perguruan tinggi swasta menawarkan biaya kuliah semesteran yang rendah tanpa mempertimbangkan biaya operasional yang diperlukan untuk menjadikan seseorang sarjana dalam bidang ilmu yang mereka tawarkan. Jika perguruan tinggi bersaing untuk menawarkan biaya kuliah yang murah, maka perguruan tinggi tersebut harus mempertimbangkan untuk menetapkan biaya kuliah yang rendah, berapa jumlah mahasiswa setiap tahunnya harus diterima sehingga perguruan tinggi memiliki sisa usaha operasionalnya atau laba. Oleh sebab itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian yang berjudul analisis break event point dalam perencanaan laba suatu studi pada beberapa fakultas di universitas Lancang kuning Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan titik impas pada empat fakultas di Universitas Lancang Kuning berada di atas titik impas sebanyak dua fakultas, dan dua fakultas berada di bawah titik impas. Artinya dua fakultas yang berada di bawah titik impas harus Menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan jumlah pendapatan yang diperoleh dari mahasiwa baru agar dapat memperoleh laba. Abstract

The Village Credit Institution (LPD) is one of the financial institutions in Bali. The Covid-19 pandemic caused a decline in profits in 2020. Based on this, it is very important to pay attention to the health level of LPDs, where LPDs are institutions that concern the security of public funds. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the health level of Village Credit Institutions in Pakraman Penasan Village, Banjarangkan District, Klungkung Regency during the 2019-2021 period which is reviewed using the CAMEL method (Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings and Liquidity). This type of research is qualitative research sourced from primary data and secondary data using interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research uses a data validity test using triangulation. The data analysis technique used is LPD financial report analysis using the CAMEL method in accordance with Bali Governor Regulation No. 44 of 2017. The research results show that the Pakraman Penasan Village LPD is in a healthy condition in 2020 and 2021 with a combined score in 2020 of 89.50, in 2021 of 90.00%. Meanwhile, 202 was in healthy condition with a combined score of 89.00%. From the results of this research, it can be recommended that the LPD of Pakraman Adat Kloncing Village pay attention to its distribution of funds.

Abstract

Increasing employee performance will bring progress for the company to be able to survive in an unstable competitive business environment. Therefore, efforts to improve employee performance are the most serious management challenges because success in achieving company goals and survival depends on the quality of performance of the human resources within it. This research aims to determine the influence of compensation, workload and organizational communication on employee performance at PT. PLN North Bali.This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) North Bali Area, Jl. Udayana No. 27 Singaraja, Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia because problems were found related to the decline in employee performance, apart from that there were problems with organizational justice and low employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were 98 employees of PT PLN North Bali. The sample in this study was taken from the target population, namely 98 people.Based on the research results, it is known that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational communication has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of good governance, internal control, and leadership style on financial performance, with organizational commitment acting as a moderator. The study will be conducted in Kampar Regency. This study uses a quantitative methodology, using a questionnaire as the main means of data collection. Data are measured on a Likert scale. Data are analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, using an alternative approach known as Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the use of the Smart-PLS 4.1.0.6 application. The findings of this study indicate that Good Governance has a substantial impact on Financial Performance, Internal Control has a substantial impact on Financial Performance, Leadership Style has no impact on Financial Performance, Organizational Commitment can moderate the relationship between Good Governance and Financial Performance, Organizational Commitment can moderate the relationship. Organizational Commitment has the ability to modify the relationship between Leadership Style and Financial Performance, in the context of Internal Control and Financial Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial interest, motivation and creativity on the business success of business actors in Pegadungan Village. This research aims to (1) To determine the influence of interest in entrepreneurship on business actors in Pegadungan Village, (2) To determine the influence of motivation on business actors in Pegadungan Village and (3) To determine the influence of creativity on business actors in Pegadungan Village. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. The sample used in this research was 121 people or all business actors in Pegadungan Village. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) Interest in Entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on Business Success. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on business success. (3) Creativity has a positive and significant effect on business success

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, competence, and work environment on employee performance at the Secretariat of DPRD Kabupaten Malang. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 75 randomly selected employees from a total population of 95 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the contribution of each variable to employee performance. The results showed that competence did not have a significant effect, while work discipline and the work environment had a significant positive impact on employee performance. The work environment was found to be the most dominant factor influencing performance, followed by work discipline. These findings highlight the importance of improving work discipline, developing competence, and creating a conducive work environment to enhance employee performance in government organizations. The practical implications of this study suggest that management should focus on policies and programs that strengthen discipline, enhance competence, and improve the work environment to achieve optimalperformance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and technological sophistication on the performance of micro and small-medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Sukasada District. The study employs a quantitative approach with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The analytical technique utilized in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that entrepreneurial characteristics significantly affect the performance of MSMEs in the Sukasada District, demonstrating a direct and strong relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics and MSME performance. This is supported by hypothesis testing using the T-Test, where the obtained t-value is greater than the critical t-value, thus accepting the hypothesis. Technological sophistication also influences the performance of MSMEs in the Sukasada District, showing a direct and strong relationship between technological sophistication and MSME performance. This is likewise supported by hypothesis testing using the T-Test, where the obtained t-value is greater than the critical t-value, resulting in the acceptance of the hypothesis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT East Infinita Indonesia cabang Duri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan PT East Indonesia cabang Duri dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS (Stastistic Product And Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT East Infinita Indonesia cabang Duri. Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan pemberdayaan yang melibatkan kaum perempuan dengan membentuk Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) guna mendukung kesetaraan gender dan memfasilitasi kaum perempuan agar lebih produktif. Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kota Magelang, menggunakan strategi urban farming untuk memberdayakan KWT agar memanfaatkan potensi lahan pekarangan untuk mencapai ketahanan pangan. Terdapat beberapa isu mendesak yang dialami oleh KWT Manunggal diantaranya, rendahnya kualitas bibit tanaman sayur, produk Nata Aloe Vera yang tidak berkembang, dan kecilnya presentase hasil panen ikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isu, analisis USG, dan fishbone, dengan tujuan untuk memahami tantangan yang terjadi di KWT Manunggal dan menyoroti keunggulan kompetitif. Temuan ini akan digunakan untuk mengembangkan strategi guna memajukan keberhasilan mereka melalui analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan metode analisis mix SWOT, yaitu S-O, W-O, S-T, W-T, ditemukan hasil bahwa, KWT Manunggal dapat berkembang dengan memanfaatkan peluang, kekuatan, dan kelemahan dari produk Nata Aloe Vera.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial learning and the implementation of e-commerce on the business performance of MSMEs in Penarukan Village. The population in this research is all small business actors in Penarukan Village, totaling 74 small business actors. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin formula so that the sample of respondents in this study was adjusted to 30, this was done to make data processing easier and for better test results. The data analysis method used to solve the problem in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which will be carried out using the SPSS (Statistics Program and Service Solution) program. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that entrepreneurial learning has a positive effect on business performance and the implementation of e-commerce has a positive effect on business performance.
