Abstract

Technological developments provide rapid changes, especially in the realm of business. One of them is Shoppe which is a marketplace for online buying and selling transactions. Sellers can carry out various innovations and creativity with their products in the Shoppe, so that buyers can be interested and buy these products. Word-of-mouth that is electronic (E-WOM) is a characteristic that can change consumer decisions in consumer decisions. Shopee users among students at Lancang Kuning University of Business Economics are the subject of this study. Students at Lancang Kuning University studying business and economics made up the study's population. One hundred persons made up the sample. Purposive sampling was used in this investigation. Data that is both qualitative and quantitative, along with data collecting methods like surveys and interviews, are used. Using the SPSS software, basic linear regression is the analysis technique employed. Digital word-of-mouth possesses a beneficial impact judgments about purchases and a large favorable effect on consumer satisfaction, according to the outcomes of a straightforward test of linear regression. Electronic word-of-mouth is influenced by both consumer happiness and purchase decisions made simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the effect of Reward (X1), Punishment (X2), on employee motivation (Y) at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. Based on the results of partial analysis, Reward has a positive effect on Employee Motivation at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa, this is because the t-count obtained is greater than the value of the t-table (10,270>1,673). Punishment has a positive effect on Employee Motivation at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa, this is because the t-count obtained is greater than the value of the t-table (12,123>1,673). While from the F test, it shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because the F-count is greater than the value of the F-table (72.839>3.09). Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of discipline, work environment and work culture on employee performance at Bystore Singaraja. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, model feasibility test (Goodness of Fit), hypothesis testing, using the SPSS Version 21.0 for Windows application. The results of this research show that the influence of discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bystore Singaraja with a t-count > t-table (3.734 > 1.693) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bystore Singaraja, t-count > t-table (2.210 > 1.693) with a significance level of 0.035 < 0.05. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bystore Singaraja with t-count > t-table (2.699 > 1.693) with a significance level of 0.011 < 0.05. Based on the results of statistical test calculations, it is known that the value of F-count > F-table, (22.777 > 3.29), this indicates that discipline, work environment and work culture jointly influence employee performance with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

There will be a phenomenon related to a decline in sales in 2023. The decline in sales of contemporary tea drinks in Iced Tea Powder is predicted to continue if we do not take strategies to anticipate it. Therefore, management requires a serious understanding of the factors that influence sales volume growth to continue increasing it in order to maintain and increase consumer purchasing decisions. In connection with this problem, it is necessary to investigate further the factors that influence the decision to purchase Ice Tea Powder drinks, including service quality, price and product quality. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Bedak Iced Tea. The population in this study were consumers of Iced Tea Powder. The number of population members is unknown. The number of samples that will be used in this research is 75 respondents who are consumers of Iced Tea Powder. Data analysis techniques are techniques for processing data that is collected and then interpreting the results of the analysis which will be used to answer the problems that have been formulated. The data analysis method used to solve the problem in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which will be carried out using the SPSS (Statistics Program and Service Solution) program. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is known that service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the quality of service has an influence on the increase in purchasing decisions. Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the price, the higher the purchasing decision will be. Product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the product quality, the higher the influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Investment Gallery is a means of introducing the Capital Market from an early age to the academic world. One of the private universities in Riau province which has an investment gallery is Lancang Kuning University, which is located at the Faculty of Economics and Business called the BEI FEB Investment Gallery, Lancang Kuning University. The opening of the IDX FEB Investment Gallery at Lancang Kuning University is a collaboration between the BEI Riau region and accompanied by PT Indopremier. With the existence of the Investment Gallery at FEB Unilak since 2018, based on interviews, student interest in investing is still low. The purpose of this research is to determine the low interest of FEB Unilak students in investing in the IDX FEB Unilak Investment Gallery. The results of the research show the symptoms or elements of self-interest of FEB Unilak students to invest in the BEI FEB Unilak Investment Gallery, for students who have invested in themselves they have 3 symptoms, namely the element of cognition (knowledge), the element of conation (willingness) and the element of strong feelings to invest and have hope that in the future there will be profits. Meanwhile, FEB Unilak students who have not invested in the IDX Unilak Investment Gallery have symptoms of elements of cognition (knowledge) that are still small and limited and do not yet have symptoms of elements of conation (willingness) as well as elements of feeling, and it can be concluded that FEB Unilak students' interest in investing is still low. invest in the IDX FEB Unilak Investment Gallery. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital on sales and profitability. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were cement sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2023. The sampling method in this study used a type of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used documentation techniques and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this study uses the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing (t test) and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that, 1) partially the working capital variable (X) has an effect on sales (Y1). Where the t value obtained is 6,123 with a significant value (sig) of 0,000 < 0,05 with a percentage contribution of 38,1% while the remaining 61,9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. 2) partially the working capital variable (X) has an effect on profitability (operating profit) (Y2). Where the t value obtained is 6,183 with a significant value (sig) of 0,000 < 0,05 with a percentage contribution of 38,5% while the remaining 61,5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Management Control System (personal control and cultural control) on Employee Performance at the Pekanbaru City Mental Hospital. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, F test and t test are used to analyze the data. Data was obtained through a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The independent variables in this research are personal control and cultural control. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is organizational performance. Data obtained with the help of SPSS 23 software. Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the business world in Indonesia has made this country a destination for local and foreign investors, changes in the business environment are also quite an attractive factor for investors, PT United Tractors Tbk is a construction business unit, and carries out its role as a leading heavy equipment distributor and largest in Indonesia, the aim of the research is to determine the profitability ratio, the profitability ratio is to determine the company's ability to generate profits in a certain period. The policy carried out is to assess the profitability ratio which consists of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE). from 2018-2023 This research uses a descriptive method using secondary data. Abstract

This research is supported by researchers' observations on Analisis Digital Marketing dalam meningkatkan Penjualan di Pusat Oleh-Oleh Dbfoods Padang. This digital marketing can be described by reviewing and meeting STP indicators (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), Marketing Mix. as well as assisted with SWOT Analysis. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative data. Data collection techniques are done by observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Determination of research informants using purposive sampling techniques consists of Director and Operational Manager, Production Manager, Marketing Manager and Administration Center by Dbfoods Field. Data analysis techniques performed are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of the research concluded that the Digital Marketing Strategy in helping sales in the Dbfoods Field Center is: DbFoods chooses demographic segmentation groups and consumer attitudes in digital marketing activities, target markets are young and active families using the Internet, Positioning Dbfoods is oriented to become a bridge connecting communication to the target market by describing the identity and quality of the product. Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher’s observations regarding the Marine Tourism Development Strategi at Ketaping beach, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency. Maritime Tourism Development can be described by reviewing and fulfilling the indicators (Attraction, Accessibilities, Accommodation, and Ancilary Service), and assisted by SWOT Analysis. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique was carred out using observation, interviews, and dokumentation methods. Determining the research informants using a purposive sampling technique consisted of the Head of the Nagari Village, The Ketaping Beach Community and Visitors. The results of the research found that there are several potentials, namely (1) Tourist attractions: it has beautiful natural landscapes and agro tourism areas which can be used to increase the APBD for the Ketaping Beach area. (2) Accessibility: lack of public transportation to and from Ketaping Beach. (3) Accommodation: additional core accommodation such as accommodation, health facilities and restaurants. (4) Supporting Services: periodic maintenance of toilets, prayer rooms and parking areas. Keywords:
