Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of soft skills, innovative behavior and use of technology on employee performance at Arj88 Store X Elora Girlwear. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, model feasibility testing (Goodness of Fit), and hypothesis testing, research results using the SPSS Version 21.0 for Windows application. The results of this study indicate that soft skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Arj88 Store X Elora Girlwear, with a positive influence between soft skills on employee performance at work at Arj88 Store X Elora Girlwear. Innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Arj88 Store X Elora Girlwear, with a positive influence between innovative behavior and employee performance at work at Arj88 Store X Elora Girlwear. The use of technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Arj88 Store X Elora Girlwear, with a positive influence between the use of technology on employee performance at work at Arj88 Store X Elora Girlwear. Based on the results of the f-test, it is known that the value of f-count> f-table, namely 28.004> 3.16, this indicates that soft skills, innovative behavior and the use of technology jointly affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and competence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This study had 48 respondents who were total employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This research uses a Census sampling technique or Total Sampling. This research uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests (R2). The results of this research show that the work environment and competence have a significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of providing work motivation and the work environment on employee job satisfaction among hotel employees in the city of Pekanbaru (Study at the Mona Plaza Hotel and Stefani City Hotel Pekanbaru). This research is located on Jalan HR. Soebrantas No.18 Tuah Karya, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Then the location of the second research object was carried out at the Stefani City Hotel which is located on Jalan Taskurun no. 100 Wonorejo, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was 39 employees. Data analysis was carried out using statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique used is the census method or saturated sampling technique and data collection techniques in this research include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, determination test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test and prove hypothesis. The research results show that providing work motivation and the work environment have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on results research obtained an R Square value of 0.563, meaning that 56.3% of the variables providing work motivation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction for hotel employees in the city of Pekanbaru (Study at Mona Plaza Hotel and Stefani City Hotel Pekanbaru). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cultural tourism strategy of Pikama Maano Kampo in developing cultural tourism, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in Wasuemba Village using SWOT analysis. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The research location is in Wasuemba Village, Wabula District, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling. The internal supporting factors include the uniqueness of the Pikama Maano Kampo culture, traditional dances and martial arts in the Pikama Maano Kampo ceremony, the friendliness of the Wasuemba villagers towards tourists, the Happy Nice festival, and the Lahonduru tourist attraction. On the other hand, internal inhibiting factors include the lack of restaurants, homestays, and hotels, the absence of financial transaction facilities (ATMs), and insufficient promotion. External supporting factors include the support of village and district government policies in developing cultural tourism. The external inhibiting factors are the lack of public transportation to the tourist sites, the difficulty in community acceptance of different cultures from tourists, and low community participation. The quantitative SWOT analysis shows a position in Quadrant I with the axis points of (X 0.44) and (Y 0.08).

Abstract

Consumer behavior encompasses actions directly involved in acquiring, consuming, and disposing of products or services, including the processes that occur before and after these actions. Palm sugar, which is used both as a sweetener and in herbal medicine, affects consumer behavior in unique ways. This study aims to explore consumer behavior in decision-making, focusing on the attributes of palm sugar products. Conducted in Rambah Tengah Barat Village, Rambah District, the study utilizes the Fishbein model for data analysis. The findings show that consumer behavior is generally positive, with product taste being the most influential factor in decision-making.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is employees of PT Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru with a sample of 66 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution). The results of this study show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Riau Jaya Raya's endeavor. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 32 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the partial analysis, Transformational Leadership Style has a positive effect on Employee Performance, this is because the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table value (3.006>1.310). Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, this is because the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table (4.509>1.310). Meanwhile, the F test shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because the F-calculated value is greater than the F-table (12,600>3.33). Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of compensation (X) on employee engagement (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) at Pauh Piaman restaurant in Pekanbaru City. Research data obtained based on questionnaires distributed to employees at Pauh Piaman restaurant in Pekanbaru City. The method of sampling used total sampling technique of 38 respondents as the object of research. The research method used is quantitative method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that compensation had an effect on employee engagement on Pauh Piaman RM employees in Pekanbaru City, this was due to the value of the results of the Hypothesis Test based on the Path Coefficient by 0.286, then compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.756 and there was an effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.511. Then the results of the Hypothesis Test based on Total Effects, the total effect value of 0.672 shows the greater influence of compensation on employee engagement, which reflects the overall contribution of compensation to employee engagement, including indirect effects through job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at the palm oil factory of PT. Anderson Unedo in Petapahan Tapung. The population in this study were all employees known to be 94 employees. The sample in this study was determined using the proportionate stratified random technique so that the number of samples was 47 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of this study indicate that the work environment does not affect job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment does not affect employee performance, work motivation does not affect employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, while the Discipline variable must be eliminated because there is multicollinearity greater than 10

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to eximine the impact of financial technology (X1) and social media (X2) on sales volume (Y) on MSMEs using delivery services in Binawidya district, Pekanbaru city. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to 60 MSMEs. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical software package SPSS version 25. The result of the analysis indicate that, in that, financial technology has a positive effect on sales volume. This is evidenced by the t-count, which is the greater than the t-table value (3,571 > 1,296). The results indicate that social media has a positive effect on sales volume. This is evidenced by a t-count value that exceeds the table (4,737 > 1,296). Furthermore, the F test reveals that there is a simultaneous relationship betweem variable X1, X2 and Y, as evidenced by a F count value that surpasses tha F-table value (11,554 > 3,14).Keywords : Financial Technology, Social Media, Sales Volume, Delivery Services
