Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap pendapatan agen BRILink Kantor Cabang Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, adapun sumber datanya diperoleh melalui data primer dan sekunder, serta metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee organizational commitment at BPJS Employment Panam Pekanbaru Branch. This study uses organizational culture and motivation as independent variables, and employee organizational commitment as dependent variables. This study uses a quantitative method. The research sample was 53 respondents, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study show that the organizational culture and motivation at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Panam Pekanbaru are categorized as strong/good, and the organizational commitment of employees is categorized as quite good. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational culture has an influence on employee organizational commitment. Providing motivation has an influence on the commitment of the employee organization. Simultaneously, organizational culture and motivation affect the organizational commitment of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Panam Pekanbaru. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash turnover and receivables turnover on profitability in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The population in this study were all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, namely 46 companies. From the criteria, the companies that met the requirements in this study were 13 transportation companies so that the total sample during the 2020-2022 period was 39 samples. The data collection technique used in this study was the documentation technique which was carried out in the form of annual report data from transportation companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that partially cash turnover did not affect profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022, while receivables turnover affected profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. 3. Simultaneously, cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover affect profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020 - 2022.

Abstract

Motor vehicle tax payments are made at the Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) through the Revenue Management Technical Implementation Unit (UPT). This Revenue Management UPT was previously known as SAMSAT (One-Stop Single Administration System). The problems are long queues, lack of outreach about services and slow systems or device glitches. According to Ripley & Franklin in Aslinda (2022), the success of policy implementation is influenced by the level of compliance, the size of the routine and the desired impact. These three factors influence the policies made in public services, especially for the implementation of Samsat Drive Thru. The research was conducted at the Pekanbaru Revenue Management UPT Office, Regional Revenue Agency, Riau Province, Jl Gajah Mada, Simpang Empat District, Pekanbaru District, Pekanbaru City. The sources in this research are: State Civil Apparatus and the community. The sources and types of data in this research are primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively. As a result, the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency, especially the Revenue Management Technical Implementation Unit (UPT), has implemented the Drive Thru Samsat well. Existing problems are overcome by means such as increasing capacity in the form of increasing the number of counters or officers to speed up the service process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Break Even Point (BEP) in supporting the success of the marketing mix in UMKM Gilingan Bakso Marelan. BEP is one of the financial analysis tools used to determine the minimum amount of sales that must be achieved so that income is balanced with costs, without experiencing losses or profits. In the context of UMKM, understanding BEP can be an important strategy to support decision making in the marketing mix, which includes products, prices, promotions, and distribution. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data obtained from observations, interviews, and related UMKM financial documents. The results of the study indicate that accurate BEP calculations help UMKM Gilingan Bakso Marelan in determining competitive selling prices, designing effective promotional strategies, and optimizing resource allocation for product distribution. Thus, BEP is an important financial indicator to support marketing mix management and increase business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga dan keberadaan anggota wanita di dewan direksi terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019-2021. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data panel unbalance, penelitian ini menganalisis 1.287 perusahaan menggunakan regresi linier. Variabel yang diukur meliputi kepemilikan keluarga dan persentase wanita di dewan direksi dengan kinerja keuangan diukur melalui Return on Assets (ROA), sedangkan variabel kontrol yaitu usia perusahaan (firm age), dan ukuran perusahaan (firm size). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan keluarga cenderung memiliki kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik, yang mungkin dikaitkan dengan pengelolaan yang berorientasi jangka panjang dan kebijakan pengambilan risiko yang konservatif. Selain itu, keberadaan anggota wanita di dewan direksi berhubungan positif dengan peningkatan ROA, menegaskan bahwa keragaman gender di dewan tidak hanya mendukung kesetaraan tetapi juga meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dan kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai dinamika tata kelola perusahaan di Indonesia, menyarankan perlunya kebijakan yang mendukung inklusi gender dan mempertahankan orientasi strategis jangka panjang dalam kepemilikan keluarga

Abstract

Leadership that promotes ethics and integrity is the key to success in running an organization, especially in the midst of various modern challenges such as globalization and technological change. In Indonesia, the values of Pancasila are a relevant moral guide for creating dignified and effective leadership. This article discusses the application of Pancasila in leadership, focusing on how principles such as Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Deliberation, and Social Justice can shape a leadership style that is responsible, fair, and in favor of the common good.Through analysis of various sources such as literature, organizational reports, and case studies, this research shows that Pancasila values have an important role in strengthening organizational trust, resolving conflicts fairly, and creating inclusive decision-making processes. For example, the Second Precept encourages leaders to respect human rights, while the Fourth Precept supports a collective approach in every decision taken.However, implementing these values is not without obstacles. Some of the challenges faced include a hierarchical organizational culture, lack of education on Pancasila values, and the influence of global norms that sometimes do not fit the local context. To overcome this, a strategy is needed that includes comprehensive education of Pancasila values, the establishment of a transparent work culture, and regulations that support the application of local norms in management.By making Pancasila the basis of leadership, organizations in Indonesia are not only able to better face global challenges, but also strengthen the nation's cultural values in daily leadership practices.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial di era teknologi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam kehidupan remaja, khususnya remaja perempuan. Media sosial tidak hanya menjadi sarana komunikasi dan ekspresi diri, tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan tekanan sosial akibat standar kecantikan, gaya hidup, dan validasi sosial yang terus-menerus diekspos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap tingkat tekanan sosial yang dialami oleh remaja perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan responden dari kalangan remaja perempuan di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linear untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, terutama dimensi neurotisme dan ekstroversi, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat tekanan sosial yang dialami remaja perempuan dalam menggunakan media sosial. Individu dengan tingkat neurotisme tinggi lebih rentan terhadap kecemasan sosial dan perbandingan sosial negatif, sedangkan individu ekstrovert cenderung lebih adaptif dalam menghadapi dinamika sosial di media digital. Selain itu, intensitas penggunaan media sosial juga berkontribusi terhadap tekanan sosial, terutama pada platform yang menonjolkan citra tubuh dan gaya hidup ideal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor kepribadian dan pola interaksi di media sosial memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kesejahteraan psikologis remaja perempuan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami bagaimana media sosial dan faktor kepribadian mempengaruhi tekanan sosial pada remaja perempuan, serta implikasinya bagi kesehatan mental mereka. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pendidik, orang tua, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif untuk membantu remaja menghadapi tekanan sosial di era digital.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the magnitude and significance of the training, work experience, and promotions on employee performance at Mining sector companies in Pekanbaru. The population of this research is company employees with a sample of 50 people taken with a saturated sampling technique, the analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS v20. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant impact on employee performance. Work experience has a significant impact on employee performance. Promotion has a significant impact on employee performance. To improve the performance of employees of Mining Sector companie in Pekanbaru should be able to review the training program and be able to pay more attention to the promotion of appropriate positions in the field and education so that employees are more loyal to Mining sector companies in Pekanbaru and can improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence the quality of financial report presentation of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) in elementary schools in Laweyan Sub-district. The focus of this research includes human resource competencies, accounting information systems, and internal control. By using a survey-based quantitative method through questionnaires, the results showed that HR competencies and internal control have a significant influence on the quality of financial statements, while the accounting information system did not show the same influence. These findings highlight the importance of improving HR competencies as well as strengthening internal control systems to achieve better transparency and accountability in BOS Fund financial reports.
