Abstract

This study aims to examine the official script in the environment of universitas lancang kuning, making the manuscript format of the paper work aliralur script of the service as needed, this study was lifted from the existing phenomenon in the universitas lancang kuning that has no provision in making the official script, this study using the method qualitative descriptive research, which is available or builds a unity or explains the meaning behind reality. Researchers are based on the reality or ongoing events in the field. Furthermore, researchers will explore further phenomena that occur. The results show that the implementation of the official script has not been effective because the regulations on the official script of the universitas lancang kuning environment has no legal umbrella. a recommendation that would be taken into consideration in the improvement of grammar is that the university should immediately issue a policy on the legal document. In order for performance in each unit can be increased and avoided from overlapping authority. As well as candy and research about the official script can be a reference in the regulation of yellow university environment, because simply in the provisions have been described the official script of the manufacture of symbols, heads of departments, examples of making official script, stamp and format disposition sheet.

Abstract

The object of this research is the plan for the establishment of a new autonomous region of the preparation of Gunung Sahilan Darussalam from Kampar Regency.. The purpose of this research is to know the technical feasibility of expansion Gunung Sahilan Darussalam based on Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2007 About Procedure of Formation, Elimination and Merger of Region. Research methods; Using secondary data and analyzed quantitatively by determining the scores of each indicator into the eligibility requirements, consisting of 11 detailed factors into 35 indicators, then the data will be analyzed descriptively to explain the research results. The results of the study based on the assessment of indicators as mandated by Government Regulation Number 78 Year 2007. The formation of Gunung Sahilan Darussalam Regency can be said less fortunate as a new autonomous region and included in the category rejected to be done expansion. This is because the total score for the candidate of Gunung Sahilan Darussalam Regency only reaches score 334, while the entry in the category of able and recommended if the score or the value reaches at least 340. However, the total for the remaining regency (Kampar after expansion) reaches 401. This means that number Categorized able, and meaningful of Regency of parent (Kampar after expansion) recommended. Thus, if the formation of Gunung Sahilan Darussalam Regency is realized to be non-lethal of the parent Regency (Kampar after expansion), which leaves 14 (fourteen) subdistricts

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the transparency and to analyze the factors that inhibit the creation of transparency of public service to the investment service and integrated service one door of Pekanbaru City. In this study using qualitative data analysis, that is by conducting data analysis through surveys, interviews and through information obtained in the field. Based on the results of research that the transparency of information service has not been fully transparent in the provision of services to the community. Priority interest of service users has not been fully prioritized. This can be seen from the management of public service that has not been published to the public, such as the cost and service time that is still not kept on the customer, and this is caused by the lack of resources available in the field of IMB management

Abstract

Abstract

Siak Regency is one of the areas in Riau that has the potential to develop tourism in the region, precisely in Kecamatan Mempura include: natural potential, historical potential, socio-cultural potential, and the potential of agriculture and condensation. They are: Tangsi Belanda, Tomb of Sultan Buang Asmara, Kotler House and Office, Datuk Pesisir House, Dome of the Dome, Wedana Office at Lower Hilir. Abstract

This research is about Strategy of Water supply and sanitations Community Based Sanitation (Pamsimas) In Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is useful to find a solution. The problem in this research is that the pamsimas program, water service only fulfills <20% of service target facilities.that have been built not functioning optimally From 108 villages only 62 villages with well-built infrastructure and 23 partially functioning villages. Asmoko (2013) Fishbone analysis is a tool that is the only thing and the factors that cause it. This fishbone or fishbonediagram analysis shows the circumstances by looking at the effects and causes that contribute to this category with the categories of Labor, Machine, Methods, Materials, and Media. This study aims to find strategies for improvement and management that have been built. qualitative research with a Fishbond analysis approach. That will be OK to make a decision for. Based on the results of research the main cause in poor achievement of net service target of PAMSIMAS program is the weakness of human resources. Abstract

District XIII Kampar City is one of the districts in Kampar regency. The number of sub-districts in Kabupaten Kampar reaches 21 districts. District XIII Koto Kampar consists of 13 villages that have various potentials that can be developed and economic value. Like Muara Takus temple located in Muara Takus village, Salai Patin processing in Desa Mosque and Pulo Simo Waterfall in Tanjung Alai Village.All these potentials are very proud for the Government and the people of District XIII Kampar City. It's just that this has not been managed with the maximum. This is evidenced by inadequate road access to reach the site.Therefore, the role of leaders needed to overcome them. According Sinambela (2014), the role of leaders in public services is to provide motivation, create a pleasant atmosphere, coordinate and implement the policy. From the results of the research, the District Leader XIII Koto Kampar has performed its role well. Where Sub District as a Local Government Apparatus District is the spearhead of the implementation of government. Whereas the sub-district with the number of apparatus that has not been complete and supported with the existing agency. The Camat office is a government, development and community administrator supported by the agency office, the sub-district administration is led by a subdistrict head who is in charge of the government with the help of the staff of the Kecamatan Office and the existing department in the sub-district and the village administration.

Abstract

Performance Faculty of Administrative Sciences can be seen from the performance of employees. This study focuses on the performance of existing units in the Faculty of Administration in carrying out its main duties and functions in order to support the strengthening of Faculty's performance. But in reality the performance of existing units in the faculty of administration of the University of Lancang Kuning showed less satisfactory work. Indicators that are visible include unstructured unit work programs, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, limited budget support and weak leadership which are a constraint in motivating employees to do their job well. The objective of the study was to explain the performance of faculty units and their inhibiting factors. The research method uses qualitative with emphasis on the concept of performance measurement. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed that the performance of the faculty unit has not run well, this is obtained from the measurement of performance indicators that include job performance, expertise, behavior and leadership. As for the inhibiting factors of faculty unit performance is the limited support of facilities, infrastructure and funding. Besides, the reward and punishment system has not been done to the employee job resulting in the employee's motivation in working to be reduced, besides it is necessary to be given guidance and training for the work unit to understand the duty and function properly.

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a forum for the development of nonpartisan youth generation, which grows on the basis of awareness and sense of social responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the younger generation in the village / kelurahan or social community equally, which is mainly engaged in social welfare.Keberadaan organization Karang taruna kelurahan is the Lurah's partner in fostering and protecting the community in their respective neighborhoods. Therefore, the main task of the organization of youth is together with the Government and other community components to tackle various social welfare problems especially faced by the young generation, whether they are preventive, rehabilitative or potential youth development in their environment. on the organization of urban village cadars in the region Tampan district there is less running programs and activities that are social responsibility in the midst of society. Lack of organizational coaching and limited resources Taruna coral organization causes the functions of less efficient organisms implemented. The importance of the provision to the organization of youth can enhance the increase of knowledge and skills to the board to perform the main tasks and functions as an organization that provides social services to the community.

Abstract

Public services are the result of organizing organizations. Starting from all forms of activities in the arrangement, guidance, guidance, providers of facilities, services and others carried out by organizations engaged in the public sector. One public institution that organizes public services is the puskesmas while still paying attention to the principles of public service created by the institution in providing services to the community. The purpose of this study was to study the principles of service at the Simpang Baru Health Center, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The researcher uses a qualitative method that describes the implementation of the principles of public service by studying and studying the theory as a guide. Research informants are Puskesmas employees and the community as patients at Puskesmas with data collection techniques namely observation and interviews.
