Abstract

This article aims to develop an instrument to assess the implementation of a Work-Based Learning internship approach, and learning innovation skills by referring to the Framework of Partnership 21 Century Skills. This research was a Research and Development (R&D). The development was carried out through four phases; Preliminary Investigation, Design, Realization, and Development. The instruments developed were tried out to students who had already carried out an internship. This study conducted 3 tests of validity, namely expert validity, content validity, and criterion validity. Then, reliability testing uses Cronbach's Alpha. The WBL variable had a reliability of 0.942 and a LIS variable of 1,000, Hence, it can be concluded that the instrument developed was declared valid and reliable to assess students' WBL and LIS activities. Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain the results of the development of Learning to Determine Qibla Direction with Computational Thinking Adaptation using Mobile-Based Applications. The researcher used mixed methods with a sequential exploratory research design that takes two stages (qualitative-quantitative). The R & D stage used 5 (five) steps of the ADDIE method, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This research was conducted at the office of the Ministry of Religion of the Thousand Islands Regency, with the result that the learning innovations carried out were appropriate and met expectations. The learning process for training participants and in practice its application was easier and more affordable. The Qibla direction training used in this mobile-based application was applied with a learning pattern that adapts computational thinking skills, which were arranged in four phases, namely: Elaboration, Determination, Calculation, and Evaluation. This learning innovation shows that it can improve participants' understanding of the concept of calculating Qibla Direction which was applied integratively between religion, science and technology as a coherent knowledge. Abstract

This article provided an anlytical description of the Muhammadiyah philanthropic movement to the Bajo community in Wakatobi. There were three important points hacked in this study, namely: (1). Why did Muhammadiyah choose the domain of education for its philatropical movement in the Bajo community? (2). what was the pattern of Muhammadiyah's educational philanthropic movement in the Bajo community? (3). what was the Bajo community's response to the Muhammadiyah-based pure Islamic education philanthropy movement? Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Analyzing data used hermeneutic phenomenology approach. The results showed that the choice of moving in the realm of education by the local Muhammadiyah community was due to the essence of the education movement as a fulcrum for determining the quality of human resources, on the other hand expensive quality education services made most Bajo children to choose to go to sea rather than go to school. The choice of educational philanthrophy by Muhammadiyah was also due to the psycho-social reality of local children who were suspected of "experiencing" an inferiority complex when they interacted with the mainland children's community. The philanthropic movement pattern implemented by the local Muhammadiyah community was based on the philanthropic social movement, namely to form awareness of the local community about the urgency of education for future life continuity by relying on a belief system or religious basis. The smart work of the Muhammadiyah community combined with the positive action approach made the pure Islamic idea could be transformed into the Bajo cultural space through education and teaching in a natural humanistic manner, without causing controversy.
