Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran animasi pada materi sistem pengisian baterai dalam mata kuliah teknik kelistrikan otomotif guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan pemahaman peserta didik di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Masalah yang diidentifikasi dalam pembelajaran konvensional mencakup keterbatasan modul dan video daring yang kurang interaktif serta ketergantungan pada koneksi internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Hasil validasi oleh ahli desain, ahli media, dan ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa media animasi yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan, dengan persentase kelayakan di atas 90%. Uji kepraktisan dan kemenarikan oleh mahasiswa menunjukkan hasil sangat praktis (92,58%) dan sangat menarik (91,42%). Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran animasi dapat menjadi solusi inovatif dalam menjelaskan materi teknis secara visual, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan memudahkan pemahaman konsep sistem pengisian baterai. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan media ini penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran teknik otomotif secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

The problem of inorganic waste in school environments requires an educational approach that not only emphasizes knowledge but also provides practical experiences that foster students’ creativity and environmental awareness. This community service program aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of inorganic waste management and provide direct experience in transforming used materials into useful creative products. The activity was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Suwawa Selatan, Bone Bolango Regency, involving 30 fourth- and fifth-grade students. The implementation method consisted of preparation, interactive socialization, demonstration, group-based recycling practice, and descriptive evaluation through participation observation, product assessment rubrics, field notes, and documentation. The results showed positive achievements in four main aspects: students’ active involvement in discussions and practice, their ability to identify organic and inorganic waste, their initial understanding of the 3R principles (reduce, reuse, recycle), and their ability to produce simple recycled products such as flower pots, pencil holders, and photo frames from used materials. The activity also promoted teamwork, responsibility in completing products, and awareness of maintaining school cleanliness. Therefore, inorganic waste management can be used as a concrete, low-cost, applicable, and easily replicable medium for environmental education to support character education and the development of elementary school students’ creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy, lingkungan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan 72 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin melalui teknik total sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda, disertai pengujian asumsi klasik untuk memastikan kelayakan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kemandirian belajar. Mahasiswa dengan efikasi diri tinggi, dukungan lingkungan belajar kondusif, serta motivasi belajar yang kuat cenderung memiliki kemampuan pengelolaan belajar yang lebih mandiri. Secara umum, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemandirian belajar tidak hanya dipengaruhi faktor personal, tetapi juga kondisi lingkungan akademik dan dorongan motivasional. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kemandirian belajar memerlukan strategi komprehensif yang mencakup aspek psikologis, pedagogis, dan institucional.

Abstract

Textbooks are one of the supporting learning processes and must be prepared according to the applicable curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum. In fact, not all books used in the learning process currently have quality content and relevant content suitability. Moreover, not all textbooks have been prepared using a scientific approach. One of the textbooks that need to be reviewed is the Mechanics and Machine Elements for Class X on Vocational High Schools. There is a need for a study related to the suitability of the contents of the books according to KI and KD and adjust to aspects of the appropriateness of content, language, presentation, and graphics of textbooks. The preparation of the book must also be adjusted to the scientific approach in accordance with the 2013’s curriculum.
