Abstract

Digital transformation and the implementation of hybrid work systems have changed the way organizations manage human resources. Digital Employee Experience (EX) has become a strategic factor affecting employee wellbeing (Wellbeing 2.0) and performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital EX, Wellbeing 2.0, and employee performance through a systematic literature review of scientific publications from 2015 to 2025. The findings indicate that digital EX plays a crucial role in enhancing Wellbeing 2.0 through technology convenience, positive work experiences, and digital support. Wellbeing 2.0 has been shown to act as a mediator that strengthens the impact of EX on performance. This article provides both theoretical and practical contributions for organizations in designing technology-based HR strategies to enhance employee experience and wellbeing.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the managerial and communication skills of students, particularly student council (OSIS) members and non-OSIS students at SMA Pangudi Luhur Sukaraja, East OKU. The program was initiated due to the limited practical training in leadership, public speaking, and effective communication skills, which are essential for supporting students’ academic and organizational activities. The activity was conducted on October 13, 2025, involving 138 students divided into two groups. The first group consisted of OSIS members who received training in visual presentation design and public speaking, while the second group included students from grades X, XI, and XII who participated in effective communication training. The methods applied included lectures, group discussions, and experiential learning-based practice sessions. The results indicated an improvement in students’ confidence, presentation abilities, and communication effectiveness in both formal and informal contexts. This program contributes to strengthening students’ leadership capacity and supports their active participation in school organizations and broader social interactions.
