Abstract

For start up companies that are relatively new and require large funds for development.there are also aspects that affect companies so that they can be valued well or vice versa in international markets.thisstudy aims to examine the effect of capital,equity on firm value moderated by innovation in start up companies in the word for the 2017-2021 period.A quantitative research approach.this type of research is asymentary relations.the sample is 17 companies and 85data.smartpls data analysis.the result of the study are that capital and equity have no company value in start up companies in the world for the 2017-2021 period.capital and equity affect innovation in the world for the 2017-2021 period.innovation has no effect on company value in start up companies in the world for the 2017-2021 period. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of non-performing loans, loan to deposit ratio and interest rates on the proportion of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) loans in Indonesia. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative research method with a type of quantitative descriptive research that is explanatory research. The population of this study are government bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 3 companies. In this study, Bank BTN was not included because the financial statements from Bank BTN were not completely available. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the f test study where the probability results are 0.009145 <0.05 indicating that simultaneously Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios and Interest Rates affect the Proportion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Credit (Case Study at Government Banks) in Indonesia. The results of the t-test research where Non-Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Interest Rates have no influence on the Credit Proportion. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained an Adjusted R2 value of 0.278650, meaning that the variations in the Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Interest Rate variables are 27.86%, while the remaining 72.14% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how innovation, brand image, and hedonic factors influence consumer decisions to buy iPhone products. This study involved 69 students from Prima Indonesia University. The analysis used SMART PLS data processing, which helps assess validity and reliability and determine whether each independent variable has a positive or negative impact on the dependent variable. We anticipate that this method will deepen our understanding of the factors influencing students' decisions to purchase iPhones.

Abstract

Notwithstanding the growing popularity of Scarlett products, there is less understanding of the elements that affect online purchasing behavior. We have found critical elements like product quality, pricing, and social media marketing. This study seeks to investigate the influence of social media marketing initiatives on the acquisition of Scarlett products via e-commerce. This research examines the influence of social media content and user engagement on consumer decision-making. This study investigates the extent to which price significantly influences the purchasing behavior of Scarlett items on e-commerce platforms. This study assesses how customer perceptions about Scarlett product quality affect e-commerce purchase decisions. This quantitative study examined the management student population at Universitas Prima Indonesia who acquired Scarlett whitening goods over the Shopee e-commerce platform. We gathered study data from 100 participants via observation, interviews, and study questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Version 27 software, which included validity testing, accuracy assessment, classical assumptions, multiple regression, and hypothesis evaluation. The results demonstrate that the interplay of price, product quality, and social media promotion affects customers' decisions to buy Scarlett whitening products on e-commerce platforms. In this scenario, the determination test yields an R-Square value of 64.4%, signifying that these factors collectively exert a substantial influence on customer purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of gearing ratio on company value, with ROA as an intervening, at Gail Ltd. Quantitative approach using path analysis. The sample used in this research is the financial report of the company Gail Ltd. 2019-2022 period. Financial report data is obtained from the company website. The results of this research show that the Gearing ratio has a negative influence on ROA and Tobins' Q, and ROA has a positive influence on Tobins' Q.

Abstract

As an era advances, the role of humans is increasingly being replaced by technology. Start-up companies are clear evidence that technology has become increasingly advanced in this world. The aim of this research was to test how much influence roe, equity and der have on company value in start-up companies registered on Yahoo Finance for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Yahoo finance is a source of obtaining data used in research with data analysis using eviews 12. The amount of data used is 17 start-up companies on Yahoo Finance. Company value is important information for investors when investing in a company. Company profits are influenced by many factors that can increase which become benchmarks for investors

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana,sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pucca Learning Center, Medan berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dan nilai α = 5% dan besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan ini adalah sebesar 13% sedangkan sisanya 87% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The integration of practical experience, interdisciplinary approaches, and the cultivation of an entrepreneurial mindset are important components in the evolution of social entrepreneurship education. The aim of writing this article is to determine the improvement in the quality of training through social entrepreneurial innovation and the availability of resources as an effort to empower the community (case study of the implementation of social entrepreneurial educational innovation through natural soap making training). This activity involves several campuses and prospective entrepreneurs from the East Medan Village Women's group, held at the East Medan Village PKK park on Tuesday 14 May 2024, from 08.00 to 08.00. finished. Activities carried out begin with providing theory followed by direct practice on the spot.   The results obtained are proven educational innovation through innovative training, practical experience such as making natural soap, and a comprehensive understanding of the principles of social entrepreneurship can enrich social entrepreneurship education. By implementing this approach, educational institutions can empower students or prospective entrepreneurs to become effective agents of change in overcoming complex social and environmental challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the influence of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Asset (ROA) on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in the Metal and Similar Sub-Sector Manufacturing Industry listed on the Stock Exchange Inodenesia (BEI) for the 2017-2020 period. The type research, the data source in this research is secondary research. The population of this research was 17 companies that were included in the listed criteria, 2 companies did not publish regularly during the research period, 12 companies that experienced losses during the research period and registered companies minus the companies that experienced losses, the result was 3and multiplied by 4 years becomes 12. The data collection technique used in this research uses documentation techniques to collect secondary data from the annual financial reports of the Metals and Similar Sector for the period 2017-2020 based on the result of this research partially and simultaneously, namely the variable X Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Asset (ROA) have a significant effect on the variables Y Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The result of the coefficient of determination show that dependent variable (Y) in this study by 56%, while the other 46% are influenced by other variables or factorc from outside the research.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai sejauh mana minat masyarakat dalam memperoleh kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) di Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) KC Pematang Siantar, melalui penerapan bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari empat komponen: produk, harga, tempat, promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat masyarakat terhadap bauran pemasaran ketika mengajukan kredit kepemilikan rumah di BTN KC Pematang Siantar. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara ekstensif yang dilakukan dengan perwakilan dan nasabah bank BTN.
