Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of capital structure and asset structure decisions on the performance of PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk and PT. Agung Semesta Sejahtera Tbk. This research is descriptive quantitative and uses secondary data from the companies' websites, from 2019 to 2023. A panel least square approach is used to estimate the effect of capital structure and asset structure decisions on company performance. The results show that capital structure and asset structure decisions significantly influence company performance (ROA). The relationship between asset structure and equity return can vary depending on different contexts and industries, and the findings indicate that asset structure does not affect ROE. This supports the idea that while asset structure may impact return on assets, its effect on return on equity may be minimal. The results obtained will assist investors and potential investors in making financing policies that maximize performance. Similarly, the government and other policymakers review capital market performance. Companies that can effectively manage their capital and assets can not only enhance their financial and operational performance but also ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. This study contributes to the formulation of corporate financing policies and corporate finance literature, particularly in the property sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Return on Equity in case studies of textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Secondary data is used in this study. This research involved 16 companies, namely textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 research period. The sample used was 8 companies which during the 2017-2020 research period reported their financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Purposive sampling was used as the sampling method in this study. The data analysis method used was the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression, F-test and t-test. Based on the results of this study it is known that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive effect on Return on Equity while Total Asset Turnover does not have a significant effect on Return on Equity.

Abstract

The study's overarching goal was to ascertain how Universitas Prima Indonesian students' perceptions of online customer ratings, reviews, and brand ambassadors affected their propensity to use Shopee for online shopping. This study's population consists of all current Universitas Prima Indonesia students. Using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with Purposive samplings and certified Hair et al formula, a questionnaire was randomly distributed using gform to 100 respondents from Universitas Prima Indonesia for the sampling. The statistical package SPSS is used for data processing in this study, which employs dual linear regression. Universitas Prima Indonesian students' interest in purchasing from Shopee and other e-commerce platforms is positively and significantly impacted by brand ambassadors, online customer reviews, and variable online customer ratings.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Third Party Funds (DPK), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Costs, Operational Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Persero Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research uses multiple linear regression methods and uses the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this research show that simultaneously the variables Third Party Funds (DPK), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) have an effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Partially, the Third Party Funds (DPK) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variables do not have a significant effect, Operational Costs and Operational Income (BOPO) have a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Behavioral finance is a recent line of research that is attracting the attention of the investor.Behavioral finance has an important role in decision-making process of investors. Thepurpose of this study is to examine whether there are any differences in the decision ofinvestors in terms of demographic variables, such as marital status, gender, education level,and then it will be examined how the different criterias on financial behavioral factorsinclude: herding, heuristics, and behavioral factors are associated with the financialmarkets. This research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study consists of 120stock investors in Medan. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, anddocumentation studies. This research applies statistical technique of discriminant analysis,using the three groups of variables: marital status, sex, and educational level. The results ofthis study showed significant differences with an alpha of 5% on financial behavioralfactors in the decision of investors in terms of marital status groups. Meanwhile, there wasno difference in the decision of investors if in terms of other demographic variables, whichconsist of sex and level of education.Keuangan perilaku cabang keilmuan yang menarik perhatian investor. Perilaku keuanganmemiliki peran penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan investor. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah ada perbedaan dalam keputusan investor dalamhal variabel demografis, seperti status perkawinan, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dankemudian akan meneliti bagaimana kriteria yang berbeda pada faktor perilaku keuanganmeliputi: herding, heuristik, dan faktor perilaku yang terkait dengan pasar keuangan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 120 investor saham di Medan. Data dikumpulkanmelalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknikstatistik analisis diskriminan, dengan menggunakan tiga kelompok variabel: statusperkawinan, jenis kelamin, dan tingkat pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanperbedaan yang signifikan dengan alpha 5% pada faktor-faktor perilaku keuangan dalamkeputusan investor dalam hal kelompok status perkawinan. Sementara itu, tidak adaperbedaan dalam keputusan investor pada variabel demografis lainnya, yang terdiri darijenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the effect of eco-control, environmental performance, corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. In the food and beverage sub-sector, since the pandemic took place until the beginning of 2021 it has still been able to consistently provide positive growth even though it is still limited and not too high. So far, environmental responsibility has been considered an ignored burden because companies have to incur certain costs to prevent environmental damage such as research costs on raw materials, waste management costs and so on. As a result, consumers do not get product satisfaction, excessive waste disposal and environmental conservation are not considered. The poor image of the company, which often appears in the mass media, clearly does not support the smooth operation of the company and is counter-productive to efforts to increase productivity and profits. It is now increasingly recognised that companies will not be able to continue to grow, if they do not care about the situation and conditions of the social environment in which the business runs. This research uses quantitative research with the sample used is 30 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling method. The conclusion of this study is that partially eco-control has a significant positive effect on financial performance, environmental performance has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance, corporate social responsibility has a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance and eco-control, environmental performance, and corporate social responsibility together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh influencer, harga, dan pemasaran konten terhadap minat beli konsumen Skintific. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang berbelanja di Sociolla Sun Plaza Medan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa influencer, harga, dan pemasaran konten secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat beli. Analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukkan Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,231, artinya 23,1% variasi minat beli dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara 76,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Ada pun arah riset ini dilakukan agar melihat secara Uji T kemudian Uji F hubungan antara variabel liabilitas dan aset, current ratio dan return on assets. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sampel sebanyak 80 data untuk diolah. Data berasal dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Melalui temuan maka ditarik kesimpulan penelitian sebagai berikut. DAR (X1) secara terpisah signifikan terhadap ROA thitung 3,710 dan ttabel 1,685, Sementara CR (X2) dengan terpisah tidak signifikan atas ROA thitung 1,464 serta ttabel 1,685. Secara bersama-sama DAR maupun CR signifikan kepada ROA fhitung 8,540 lebih banyak dari ftabel 3,240. Artinya variabel terikat juga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel bebas sehingga variabel “rasio aset-liabilitas” mempunyai pengaruh. Pada saat yang sama, rasio lancar tidak berdampak pada hasil investasi dan dampak terkait. Variabel DAR dan CR berpengaruh terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Digital payment methods have experienced significant development, especially for small and medium businesses. The development of digital financial transformation in SMEs has become an interesting topic in recent research. Adoption of digital finance innovations can lead to long-term performance improvements in SMEs. This study aims to analyze the factors of Social Media Influencers, Company Brand Image, Promotional Benefits, Financial Technology Knowledge, Perceived Convenience Use, and Perception of Risk to interest in using digital payments in seafood processing home-based businesses in Sentang Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra. Quantitative research method with analytical descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that social media influencers and perceived risk have a negative and insignificant effect. Meanwhile, Promotional benefits, Fintech knowledge, Perceived usefulness, have a positive and significant effect. It is hoped that by understanding the factors that influence consumer choice, stakeholders can develop strategies to increase the adoption and use of digital payment systems, increase customer satisfaction, and drive economic growth.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of efficiency and security on interest in making transactions using mobile banking at PT Bank Sumut KCP Sisingamangaraja. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was all 800 customers of PT Bank Sumut KCP Sisingamangaraja in 2016-2019. The research sample used a random sampling method. The data collection method in this research is through a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Efficiency and Security together have a positive effect on Transaction Interest. Based on the t-test results, it shows that efficiency has a positive effect on transaction interest. Security has a positive and significant effect on Transaction Interest. Based on the value of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R-square), it can be seen that Efficiency and Security influence Interest in Transactions with Mobile Banking by 0.702 or 70.2%, while the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other factors outside those studied by researchers.
