Abstract

Keberadaan konsumen dengan loyalitas tinggi sangat diperlukan dan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pada merek dapat diwujudkan melalui melalui brand image, brand trust dan brand satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, brand trust dan brand satisfaction terhadap brand loyalty pada pengguna marketplace Tokopedia di Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna Tokopedia di Ponorogo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, dan brand trust, brand satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty pengguna marketplace Tokopedia di Ponorogo.Kata Kunci : Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Satisfcation, dan Brand Loyalty

Abstract

Work and family are two important aspects that cannot be separated. both to go hand in hand and need balance. Therefore, individuals who have families and work to be able to balance family members and also as workers. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables of excessive workload, work stress, and satisfaction on work-family conflict in the health workers of Darmayu Ponorogo General Hospital. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling technique, namely using a simple random sampling technique. The data used are primary data and data collection through questionnaires distributed to research subjects as many as 104 health workers at Darmayu Ponorogo General Hospital. This study resulted in a partial test (t) as follows: excessive workload (X1) = 0.046, work stress (X2) = 0.037, and performance satisfaction (X3) = 0.034. Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1). To find out whether work skills have a significant effect on employee performance in the Home industry. Jali-jali sambit woven bag ponorogo: 2). To find out whether Reward has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Home Production of Jali-Jali Woven Bags in Ponorogo: 3). To find out whether Teamwork has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Home Industry of Jali-Jali Sambit Woven Bags, Ponorogo: 4). To find out what are work skills , Reward, and Teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees producing the Jali-Jali Sambit Home Industry of Woven Bags, Ponorogo. This research uses quantitative methods. relationships to avoid indefinite scope. The subjects used in this study as respondents were employees at the Home industry of the Jali-jali Sambit woven bag industry, Ponorogo. The results of this study indicate that work skills have a significant positive effect on employee performance, Rewards have a significant positive effect on employee performance, Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and for work skills, rewards, teamwork have a simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the optimal raw material inventory of a company if it is calculated using the EOQ method. (case study at Pt. Budi Strach & Sweetener, Tbk). The data used in this study were taken from the company's books and from interviews with the HRD personnel of Pt. Budi Strach & Sweetener, Tbk in 2021. The data used in this study are: purchase data, usage data, purchase frequency, raw material inventory data, cassava raw material ordering data, raw material storage cost data. The analysis was carried out using the EOQ formula, safety stock, reorder point, total cost, purchase frequency. The problem in this research is Pt. Budi Strach & Sweetener, Tbk in its production experience a shortage of raw materials every year because the supply of raw materials in the field is uncertain, so here the author tries to apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to minimize various aspects in the procurement of raw material supplies. The results of this study indicate that: Control of raw materials Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is considered more efficient and optimal, it is proven that there is a decrease in inventory costs of Rp. 3,219,502. Judging from the company's policy, the optimal purchase of raw materials according to company policy is 1,353,378 Kg with a purchase frequency of 24 times, while according to the policy of the EOQ Method, the purchase of raw materials is 1,813,140 Kg with a purchase frequency of 18 times a year. Total Safety Stock according to EOQ policy is 15,954 Kg. Re-Order Point (Re-Order Point) according to the policy of the EOQ Method is 376,854,444 Kg. The analysis shows that the use of the EOQ method in controlling cassava raw materials at Pt. Budi Strach & Sweetener, Tbk is considered effective and efficient

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-Trust, E-Service Quality, and E-Satisfaction on User Loyalty at Shopee. (Case Study on Shopee Customers in Ponorogo). The sample in this study was 100 people who met the criteria determined by the researcher. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and the data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires. The testing phase used includes instrument testing, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) E-Trust partially has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (2) E-Service Quality partially has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (3) E-Satisfaction partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The research sample was 72 respondents taken from the number of students in the management study program. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant effect on feature completeness on user satisfaction, no significant effect of convenience on user satisfaction, no significant effect on location on user satisfaction and there was a joint effect on feature completeness, convenience and security on user satisfaction zoom encounter . The use of zoom meetings for students of the management study program at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Complete features have an influence on user satisfaction, therefore it is recommended that company owners pay attention to features, convenience and security in the Zoom meeting application. The company's results show that there are other factors that can satisfy users besides complete features, convenience and security, therefore it is recommended that companies pay attention to user complaints related to user satisfaction with complete features, convenience and security and can make strategies to improve performance as desired. consumers as meeting zoom users

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement, social support and work stress on employee turnover at the Rejo Mulyo Pacitan Tofu Factory. The population in this study were all permanent and non-permanent employees at the Rejo Mulyo Pacitan tofu factory, using total sampling as a sample. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires with negative statements to all employees of the Rejo Mulyo Pacitan tofu factory. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) Job Involvement had a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.007. 2) Social Support has a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.000. 3) Job stress has a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.004. 4) independent variables simultaneously affect Turnover Intention by 70.0% while 30.0% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The aims of the study were to determine the marketing strategy used in selling batik at Lesoeng Butik & Batik Ponorogo and to determine the important factors in the marketing strategy of batik at Lesoeng Butik & Batik Ponorogo. The research used descriptive-analytic research, specifically with qualitative analysis. The data analysis technique used in this qualitative analysis has four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and the last step is making conclusions. The results showed that the marketing strategy used by Batik Lesoeng was in addition to maximizing product quality, it also continues to find the tastes of OIM buyers (observe, imitate and modify), and use influencer services, especially exhibitions on the national and international scene. Among the five marketing strategy factors (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, and People) the most significant was the product factor. Second factor was the promotion factor or marketing communication, especially taking advantage of both national and international exhibition arenas. The third factor was the place factor that not only involving local markets, but big cities in Indonesia

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan Resto Atmosphere, Word of Mouth, dan Millenial Culture, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada restoran cepat saji di wilayah Ponorogo. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung warung gacoan Ponorogo. Rumus Rao Purba digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner secara online memakai google form. Skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur data dalam penelitian ini, dengan poin mulai dari 1 sampai 5, dan keterangan “1 = sangat tidak setuju sampai 5 = sangat setuju”. Teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda yang nantinya digunakan untuk menguji model pengukuran dan hipotesis penelitian digunakan untuk memasukkan data yang terkumpul ke dalam software SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan Ponorogo dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Resto Atmosphere, Word of Mouth, dan Budaya Milenial. Diperkirakan perusahaan makanan cepat saji akan menggunakan temuan studi ini sebagai referensi dalam mengembangkan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penjualan.

Abstract

Riset inivbertujuan buat mengenali pengaruhvmotivasi kerja, keahlian berinovasi, serta budaya kerja terhadap keberhasilan usaha pemuda Mlilir. Metode pengambilan ilustrasi yang digunakan merupakan total sampling, seluruh anggota dari riset ini digunakan selaku ilustrasi peneltian, sehingga seluruh pemuda yangvberjumlah 35 orang yang dijadikan responden. Metode analisis regresi liniervberganda serta uji hipotesis dengan tarafvsignifikan 5% ialah metode analisis data yang digunakan pada riset ini. Hasil pengujian membuktikan kalau (1) antara variabel motivasi kerja dengan keberhasilan usaha pemuda ada pengaruh yang positif serta tidak signifikan; (2) antara variabel kemampuan berinovasi dengan keberhasilan usaha pemuda ada pengaruh positif serta tidakvsignifikan; (3) antara variabel budaya kerja dengan keberhasilan usaha ada pengaruh positif serta signifikan. Perihal ini membuktikan kalau budaya kerja pengaruhi secaravpositif serta signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pemuda sebaliknya motivasi kerja serta kemampuan berinovasi pengaruhi secara positif serta tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pemuda serta variabel yang sangat dominan pengaruhi keberhasilan usaha pemuda merupakan variabel budaya kerja.
