Diseases or disorders in pregnancy can cause death, especially for pregnant women and babies. This will also affect the infant mortality rate. Diseases that attack a woman's womb cannot be considered trivial and require the intervention of an expert, while an expert for this disease is still rare and certainly requires no small cost. In creating experts (human experts), it takes a relatively long time and costs are not small. One alternative effort to overcome this need is to create a web-based intelligent system. In this study, an expert system will be developed that can be used as a means to carry out early diagnosis of pregnancy diseases. The application of the system is equipped with a certainty factor calculation method that aims to show the level of confidence in the diagnostic results. From the symptoms experienced there is a 20% certainty level and for toxoplasma there are 80% that the patient has gestational anemia.

Eyes are one part of the body that has an important role in human life. Eyes are often also affected by a disease that causes patients to go blind. Sometimes patients often experience early symptoms of unknown disease as if these symptoms are normal. This is due to lack of information about eye diseases so that patients do not understand the initial symptoms they experience are symptoms of one of the eye diseases that often occur if left untreated for a long time, eye disease will get worse. The diagnostic process requires an expert and experienced expert in order to produce the right diagnosis. However, the limited time that an expert has sometimes becomes an obstacle for patients who will consult to solve a problem to get the best solution. So for that patients need information about the disease, the researchers created a web-based system and contained expert knowledge so that they could answer what eye diseases they experienced. make a diagnosis in order to easily treat the disease. The application designed is a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help sufferers to diagnose the symptoms and types of eye diseases. The application of an expert system in making this decision by analyzing data using the Certainty Factor method to generate true and false values on the new and old knowledge bases and comparing them with the weight values in each frame so that the percentage of the disease type is obtained. From the results of the diagnostic process using this application, the system provides a choice of symptoms that must be answered by the patient based on the symptoms experienced by the patient, namely blurred vision such as foggy, seeing circles around light, and often changing the size of the glasses which results in cataract disease by 100% with a total value cf (Certainty) =26

SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai is a school located in Tanjungbalai City. Every year, the Principal holds a Teacher Performance Assessment to improve quality education. However, Teacher Performance Assessment is still done manually. The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system for teacher performance assessment to assist the process in determining the quality of performance with the weighted product method. The teacher performance appraisal process is applied in the form of a web application and using the SDLC model, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and management. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations and literature studies. And system testing is done using blackbox, based on blackbox testing, all functionality can run as expected. The value obtained is in the form of ranking the performance results with the best quality using a decision support system with a computerized weighted product method. The result of this study is to produce a decision support system that can produce information on teacher performance appraisal decisions in determining quality with a weighted product at SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai. The decision support system made is able to provide convenience in the assessment process and can be used as needed.

Abstrak: Indonesian for the Indonesian nation is the language of unity. Indonesian is also a communication tool for all Indonesian people. Therefore, Indonesian language learning is devoted to improving the ability of students to communicate using Indonesian language properly and correctly verbally or in writing. Letters are one of the written communication media used in interacting. So far, many government and private employees who are at the lower level still do not know the procedures for writing official letters that meet the standard standards. They only make a letter by copy pasting from the previous letter sample. They do not have specific knowledge and guidelines in making official letters. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis kesalahan dalam surat resmi yang dibuat oleh aparatur desa di kecamatan Talawi. The results of the analysis show that there are inconsistencies in the use of letter forms and editorial errors including the use of diction, spelling, and effective sentences. With regard to these problems, training on writing official letters with the concept of andragogy was carried out for village apparatus in the Talawi sub-district. The results of the training show an increase starting from knowledge and practice in making official letters in accordance with the standard rules for writing official letters. In addition, the activities of aims to provide training on how to write official letters, discuss the errors that often appear in letter writing. The method used in this conventional activity is material exposure, discussion, and practice.Kata kunci: training; official letter; andragogy concept; village apparatusAbstract: Bahasa Indonesia bagi bangsa Indonesia adalah bahasa persatuan. Bahasa Indonesia juga sebagai alat komunikasi bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dikhususkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik agar berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar secara lisan maupun tulis. Surat merupakan salah satu media komunikasi tertulis yang digunakan dalam berinteraksi. Selama ini, para pegawai pemerintah maupun swasta yang berada di tingkat bawah masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tata cara penulisan surat resmi yang memenuhi standar baku. Mereka hanya membuat surat secara copy paste dari contoh surat sebelumnya. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis kesalahan dalam surat resmi yang dibuat oleh aparatur desa di kecamatan Talawi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya ketidak konsistenan dalam penggunaan bentuk surat dan kesalahan redaksi surat meliputi penggunaan diksi, ejaan, dan kalimat efektif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan mulai dari pengetahuan dan praktik dalam membuat surat resmi sesuai dengan aturan standar baku penulisan surat resmi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan tentang cara menulis surat resmi, membahas kesalahan-kesalahan yang sering muncul dalam penulisan surat. Abstrak: Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran IT Sebagai Sarana Belajar Santri pada MAS PMDU Asahan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan siswa khususnya di sekolah pesantren yang dimana diketahui bersama bahwa proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung dipesantren selama ini menggunakan metode ceramah. Padahal fasilitas komputer yang berada di pesantren tersebut sudah mumpuni, sehingga sangat disayangkan apabila fasilitas tersebut kurang dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Akibatnya para santri mudah merasa bosan dengan metode ceramah yang diberikan selama proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya penggunaan media pembelajaran IT, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi santri dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran IT; Sarana Belajar Abstract: The use of IT Learning Media as a Santri Learning Facility at MAS PMDU Asahan aims to improve the quality of student education, especially in Islamic boarding schools where it is known that the learning process that takes place in Islamic boarding schools has been using the lecture method. Even though the computer facilities in the pesantren are already qualified, it is very unfortunate if these facilities are not utilized optimally. As a result, the students easily feel bored with the lecture method given during the learning process. With the use of IT learning media, it is expected to increase students' motivation in learning. Abstract:This training is one of facilitaties to the students to understand about the english tenses of structure very quickly and accurately. This devotion to the community (society) was done to the students who were studying at the Training Course Bintang Mulia Kecamatan Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara. This study used the qualitative research by explaining very shortly and by doing the exercises or simulation. In this training, the students were also given a chance or a few chances in asnwering the questions in the exercises when the training were doing. The amount of participants were 20 (twenty) persons or students who were actively studying either in the computer or English. Keywords: Tenses, Training, Devotion to society. Abstrak: Pelatihan ini merupakan sarana bagi para peserta didik atau siswa untuk memahami tenses Bahasa Inggris dengan mudah dan akurat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diperuntuk bagi siswa yang sedang belajar di LKP Bintang Mulia Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah dengan cara kualitatif dengan memberikan penjelasan singkat dan dengan melakukan simulasi atau latihan. Dalam pelatihan, para siswa juga diberi kesempatan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dalam bentuk latihan ketika proses pelatihan sedang berlangsung. Jumlah peserta adalah 20 siswa yang sedang aktif belajar baik belajar komputer ataupun Bahasa Inggris. Kata Kunci: Tenses, Pelatihan, Pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract: Farming is an outdoor activity that aims to introduce the planting process to children. Farming is an activity that is liked by young children. The output of this activity obtained from this community service is that this activity stimulates the development of the child's body, encourages children to like healthy food, improves children's fine motor development, introduces scientific concepts, namely introducing children to the world of science (botany, biology, chemistry), strengthening family relationships, teaches responsibility, makes children aware of environmental care, develops mathematical skills (for example counting seeds or measuring soil depth, identifying shapes during gardening as an introduction to geometry), teaches patience, supports children's abilities to design and organize (children will understand that each type of plant has its own way. different treatments as well as the duration of growth). Keywords: farming; motoric childhood Abstrak: Bercocok tanam merupakan aktivitas di luar ruangan yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan proses menanam kepada anak. Bercocok tanam merupakan aktivitas yang disukai oleh anak-anak usia dini. Luaran kegiatan yang diperoleh dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kegiatan ini menstimulasi perkembangan tubuh anak, mendorong anak menyukai makanan sehat, meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak, mengenalkan konsep ilmiah yaitu pengantar anak untuk mengenal dunia sains (botani, biologi, kimia), mempererat hubungan keluarga, mengjarkan tanggung jawab, menyadarkan anak memelihara lingkungan, mengembangkan keterampilan matematika(misalnya menghitung biji atau mengukur kedalaman tanah, mengidentifikasi bentuk benda selama berkebun sebagai pengantar geometri), mengajarkan kesabaran, menunjang kemampuan anak untuk merancang dan mengatur (anak akan paham bahwa tiap jenis tanaman memiliki cara perawatan serta durasi pertumbuhan yang berbeda). Family Planning is a quality family that is established by promoting, protecting and helping to realize reproductive rights as well as providing the services, arrangements and support needed to form a family with the ideal marriageable age, regulate the number of children, the distance of children and the ideal childbearing age to regulate pregnancy and foster resilience and well-being of children. The family planning program aims to increase public awareness and participation in following family planning rules, namely through limiting the age of marriage, birth spacing, increasing family resilience, increasing family welfare, in order to realize the Small Happy and Prosperous Family Norm [1]. In an effort to launch a family planning program in Tanjungbalai City. The Office of Occupational Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) will conduct counseling on the family planning program to reduce the high birth rate. However, until now there are still many family planning consultation services carried out in several areas with low birth rates, if the location of the expansion is not always on target, it is feared that the program will not achieve its objectives. So we need a system analysis to help make decisions in site selection. One technique that can be used to determine location selection is to use a decision support system (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method. For that we need a computer-based decision support system that can combine models and data to provide support to decision makers in solving problems that involve users in depth. From the above problems, the authors are interested in raising the issue and putting it into a thesis entitled "Application of the Weighted Product (WP) Algorithm for Determining Priority Locations for Family Planning Extension Program Tanjungbalai City". It is hoped that the Weighted Product method can provide convenience in determining the Priority Location of Family Planning Extension Programs to produce effective decisions and help the Department and the community

The development of information technology today facilitates human work as a medium to run a business or business. Syafri's shop is a shop that serves various kinds of basic needs needed by the people in Kisaran City. The company in the food sector is still implementing manual sales. With today's tight business competition, it is necessary to create an online sales system at Syafri's Store by applying the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method which intends to know customer needs and customer desires to find out good relationships with customers. The purpose of this study is to find out what consumers are asking to stay loyal to buy products and to increase sales at Syafri Stores by implementing a Customer Relationship Management system. Meanwhile, in making this system a responsive web-based system with PHP and MYSQL programming languages as databases.

Abstract: The Government of Indonesia has established National Education Standards relating to facilties and infrastructure with the aim that every school-age child can enjoy a proper and quality education. However, in Batu Bara District, educational problems cannot be handled optimally, especially in the suurbs, there are still many school buildings in unfit for use conditions which are quite apprehensive and no longer sufficient to accommodate the increasing number of students each year. Realizing the importance of education, the Government of Batu Bara Regency has provided a budget for school renovations which are considered to be inadequate. For policy making that is oriented towards equal rights to obtain quality and relevant education, to create a computer- based system and use the Multifactor Evaluation Process method which is implemented into the Sublime Text 3 programming language, and theb MySQL database, to assist policy makers in analyzing data school- school data that is noy suitable for renovation. This system is expected to be able to provide suggestions and provide the information needed to prioritized for enovation. Keywords: decision support system; multifactor evaluation process; school renovation Abstrak: Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana dengan tujuan agar setiap anak usia sekolah dapat menikmati pendidikan yang layak dan bermutu. Namun di Kabupaten Batu Bara masalah pendidikan masih belum dapat ditangani secara optimal, terutama di daerah pinggiran masih banyak bangunan sekolah dengan kondisi yang tidak layak pakai dan cukup memprihatinkan dan tidak lagi memadai untuk menampung siswa yang bertambah setiap tahunnya. Sadar akan pentingnya pendidikan, Pemerintahan Kabupaten Batu Bara telah menyediakan anggaran untuk renovasi sekolah yang dinilai kurang layak. Untuk pengambilan kebijakan yang berorientasi pada kesamaan hak untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang bermutu dan relevan maka dibuat sistem berbasis computer dan menggunakan metode Multifactor Evaluation Process yang diimplementasikan kedalam bahasa pemrograman Sublime Text 3, dan database MySQL, untuk membantu para pemangku kebijakan dalam menganalisis data-data sekolah yang tidak layak untuk dilakukan renovasi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan usulan dan menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memprioritaskan sekolah mana yang lebih didahulukan untuk dilakukan renovasi.
