Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and career development on employee performance at PT. Wahanatri Tata Wicaksana both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses the sampling method. The total population was 106 with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires, and the sample obtained in this study was 82 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that job training has a significant effect on employee performance. By hypothesis testing, it is obtained that tcount > t table or tcount > ttable or (14.456 > 1.989) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, the regression equation Y = 6.486 + 0.850X1, the correlation value is 0.850 This means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship and the coefficient of determination is 85.0%. Career development has a significant effect on employee work productivity. By hypothesis testing, tcount > t table or (11,321 > 1.989), thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. The regression equation Y = 141.321 + 0.710X2, the correlation value is 0.785, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 78.5%. Job training and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. By hypothesis testing, the calculated F value > F table or (115.822 > 3.108) is obtained, thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The regression equation Y = 8.418 + 0.099X1 + 0.704X2, the correlation value is 0.785, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 78.5% while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information on the influence of training and career development on job satisfaction at PT Anggana Catur Prima, North Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The total population is 202 with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, and the samples obtained in this study amounted to 135 respondents. Data analysis was done using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analyses, correlation coefficient analyses, coefficient of determination analyses, and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that training has a significant effect on job satisfaction, Career Development has a substantial impact on Job Satisfaction, and  Training and Career Development simultaneously have a considerable effect on Job Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 80%, while other factors influence the remaining 20%

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the phenomenon of the increasing number of companies in the food sector, especially bread. Competition is currently getting stronger and tighter, so the company must have a strong strategy to face this competition. One of the strong strategies, for example, is the improvement of the physical work environment infrastructure that supports employee productivity and the application of the right leadership style. This will increase employee productivity and produce output that is in accordance with the company's target. This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment on Employee Productivity at Mako Cake and Bakery Depok, both separately and simultaneously. The method used is Saturated Sample with a population of 44, where all members of the population are used as respondents. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that Transformational Leadership Style has a significant influence on Employee Productivity (tcount> ttable) with a regression equation Y = 11.025 + 0.776X1, and a correlation value of 0.779 which shows a strong relationship. Physical Work Environment also has a significant effect on Employee Productivity (tcount> ttable) with a regression equation Y = 10.863 + 0.852X2 and a correlation of 0.843 which indicates a strong relationship. Simultaneously, these two variables affect Employee Performance (F count > Ftable) with a regression equation Y = 8.547 + 0.284X1 + 0.621X2 and a correlation value of 0.860, indicating a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination of 86% indicates 14% is influenced by other factors. This means that if there is an increase in the transformational leadership style variable and the physical work environment, employee work productivity will also increase. The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee work productivity is the physical work environment variable by 84.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nucla Mitra Indoindah (Studi kasus di kantor pusat). Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 dengan Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 9,342 > 2,012 Maka Ho1 ditolak Ha1 diterima. Kompensasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 7,782 > 2,012 Maka Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima. Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel yaitu 43,174 > 3,200 dengan demikian Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Implikasi. Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan maka implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan dalam memberikan balas jasa yang sebanding, maka dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja dan meningkatkan penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, pada PT ALTRAK 1978 Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data berupa uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan hubungan yang cukup kuat. Pelatihan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat variabel lain di luar penelitian ini yang turut memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis mendukung bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Motivation and Work Experience on Employee Performance at Yayasan Rumah Pagi Bahagia. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of all employees totaling 57 individuals. The sampling technique uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis methods include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing. The t-test results show that the Motivation variable has a t-value of 6.153 > t-table 2.004 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Motivation has a partial effect on Employee Performance. The Work Experience variable has a t-value of 10.101 > t-table 2.004 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Work Experience also has a partial effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results show that the F-count is 55.781 > F-table 3.17 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Motivation and Work Experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.674, which means that Motivation and Work Experience jointly influence Employee Performance by 67.4%, while the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Delta Inti Indonesia Bogor, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan laundry khusus rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap (8) delapan informan, terdiri dari (2) dua key informan (HRD dan Supervisor) serta (6) enam informan (karyawan staff operasional). Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, peneliti ini juga menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dua arah yang terbuka, konsisten, dan konstruktif mampu meningkatkan pemahaman tugas, membangun hubungan kerja yang lebih harmonis, serta mendorong motivasi dan rasa tanggung jawab dalam bekerja. Sebaliknya, komunikasi satu arah dan kurangnya kejelasan informasi sering menimbulkan kesalahpahaman, menurunkan efektivitas kerja, serta menghambat produktivitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi perusahaan dalam memperbaiki sistem komunikasi internal melalui pelatihan komunikasi, forum diskusi rutin, dan evaluasi antarbagian. Dengan memperkuat aspek komunikasi internal, perusahaan diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang efektif, produktif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Tangerang Selatan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Tangerang Selatan yang berjumlah 60 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel . Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner berskala Likert, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari studi pustaka . Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas dan heteroskedastisitas), uji korelasi, dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 22 Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan tidak terdapat gejala heteroskedastisitas maupun multikolinearitas. Hasil uji korelasi parsial menunjukkan hubungan sedang antara rekrutmen dan kinerja karyawan (0,588), serta hubungan kuat antara pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan (0,784). Secara simultan, rekrutmen dan pelatihan memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,786 atau 78,6%. Analisis regresi linear berganda menghasilkan persamaan Y = 13,608 + 0,116X1 + 0,600X2, menunjukkan pengaruh positif dari rekrutmen dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen (Sig. 0,014) dan pelatihan (Sig. 0,001) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . Uji hipotesis simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen dan pelatihan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (F-hitung 39,487 > F-tabel 3,12; Sig. 0,001 < 0,05).

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berjudul Pelatihan Manajemen Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Peran Pemuda Di Masyarakat. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan serta tanya jawab akan arti pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas serta peran serta pemuda di masyarakat. Pemuda sangat dituntut beradaptasi dengan cepat dalam mengahadapi perubahan yang terjadi dalam masyrakat untuk dapat terus berdaptasi. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung dari bulan Maret sampai April 2021 dan terdiri dari tiga tahapan kegiatan. Tahapan pertama yaitu tahap persiapan dalam melakukan survey lokasi mitra, peserta kegiatan dan penyusunan materi. Tahap ke dua yaitu pelaksanaan yang meliputi pemberian ceramah materi Pelatihan Manajemen Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Peran Pemuda Di Masyarakat. Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi antara lain untuk mengetahui seberapa dalam pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi yang diberikan. Kesimpulan  dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para generasi muda Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Yatim Al Hanif antusias dalam menerima ilmu baru dan aktif melakukan tanya jawab mengenai bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan Manajemen Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Peran Pemuda Di Masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Career Development on employee performance at PT Bank DKI Syariah Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This study uses a Quantitative method with an Associative approach. Data were collected from 42 Respondents through a Questionnaire on Work Motivation (X1), Career Development (X2), and Employee Performance (Y). Data analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Regression, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, and Hypothesis. The results of the study show that Work Motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, with a determination coefficient value of 14.4% and a hypothesis test obtained t count > t table (2.594 > 2.023). Career Development has a significant effect on employee performance, with a determination value of 63.2% and a hypothesis test t count > t table (8.296 > 2.023). Simultaneously, Work Motivation and Career Development have a significant effect on employee performance with regression Y = = 8.648 + 0.150X1 + 0.784X2 and a coefficient of determination of 65.2% while the remaining 34.8% is caused by other factors not examined by the author, meaning that if there is an increase in the variables of Work Motivation and Career Development, employee performance will also increase. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count > F table (36.599 > 3.24). it can be concluded that Work Motivation (X1) and Career Development (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).
