Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction in purchasing fashion products through Online and Offline channels, and to analyze the differences in consumer satisfaction levels between the two channels. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected from 100 active students of the Bukit Pengharapan Christian Institute (IKBP) who had experience purchasing fashion products through both channels. Data analysis used multiple linear regression separately for Online and Offline contexts, as well as a Paired Sample T-test to compare satisfaction levels between the two channels. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in both Online and Offline purchases. Service quality also had a positive and significant effect on both Online and Offline purchases. Simultaneously, both variables explained 83.4% of the variation in satisfaction in Online purchases (R²=0.834) and 85.2% in Offline purchases (R²=0.852). However, a peered sample t-test showed no significant difference in satisfaction between the two channels (t=−1.470; sig=0.145). These findings imply that fashion businesses need to simultaneously improve product quality and service quality across both channels to enhance consumer satisfaction. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables such as price perception and brand trust across a broader and more diverse population

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on tourist satisfaction at Bukit Sekipan Tawangmangu Tourism. The sample size was 80 respondents. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale closed questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 29 was used to test the partial and simultaneous effects at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Price also had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction and was proven to be the most dominant variable based on the Standardized Beta value of 0.467. Facilities had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality, price, and facilities had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, contributing 40.2% to the variation in tourist satisfaction. These findings imply that tourism managers need to improve service quality, ensure value for money, and develop facilities sustainably to increase tourist satisfaction. Further research is recommended to add other variables such as tourist attractions, destination image, and accessibility to a wider and more diverse population.

Abstract

The food and culinary sector in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly, but most culinary MSMEs still face challenges in terms of product sustainability, food safety, and market competitiveness. This research aims to design a business model for the sterilized quail egg product "Ndok Gemak" using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, develop effective marketing and distribution strategies, and analyze the business's overall feasibility from market, technical, operational, and financial perspectives. "Ndok Gemak" consists of bacem (sweetened marinated) seasoned quail eggs processed through thermal sterilization at 121°C and 15 psi for 15–20 minutes using airtight retort pouch packaging, resulting in a ready-to-eat product without preservatives and with a shelf life of 1–2 weeks. This business has obtained legal status in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB) and a Halal Certificate to build consumer trust. The financial feasibility analysis results indicate an estimated revenue of IDR 13,000,000 per month, a net profit of IDR 2,500,000 per month, a break-even point of 500 packs per month, an annual ROI of 333%, and a payback period of four months. The targeted market segments include households, culinary entrepreneurs, and students in the Karanganyar area, with distribution channels through mobile vegetable vendors and social media. However, direct laboratory testing has not yet been conducted and is a priority step before marketing on a larger scale.
