Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: (1) The influence of incentives, career development and leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (2) The effect of incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (3) The effect of career development on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (4) The influence of leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch which totals 33 employees and at the same time is used as a respondent in this study using census techniques. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely SPSS. The results of the study stated that: (1) Incentives, career development and leadership have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch; (4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank OCBc NISP Kendari Branch

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational characteristics affect employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Metro Graphia Kendari. And which of these characteristics has the most dominant influence. To answer the problem, an empirical research model was developed using 5 research variables, individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational characteristics, job satisfaction and employee performance. Then 10 research hypotheses were formulated. This quantitative research used primary data obtained directly from 30 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT. Metro Graphia Kendari, and uses SEM-PLS analysis techniques in its data processing.  This study confirmed with the results that only individual characteristics, organizational characteristics and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, different results were shown by job characteristics that did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction that is tested as an intermediary plays a significant mediating role only on the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and explain the influence of team member performance and service quality on public satisfaction at the Konawe Selatan District Land Office. This study used a survey approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected cross-sectionally through a questionnaire. The population of this study consisted of people who received services at the Konawe Selatan District Land Office, with a sample of 70 people. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that team member performance positively and significantly influenced public satisfaction. In addition, service quality also positively and significantly influences public satisfaction. Simultaneously, team member performance and service quality significantly influenced public satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that improving team member performance and service quality, as reflected through service orientation and physical aspects, positively and significantly contributes to increasing public satisfaction. This can be seen from various factors such as requirements, procedures, completion time, costs/rates, product specifications, implementer competence, implementer behaviour, complaint handling, and available facilities and infrastructure.
