Abstract

Angka kejadian dismenore sampai dengan saat ini masih dialami lebih dari 65% Wanita di dunia, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan durasi menstruasi dan Riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian dismenore pada remaja putri di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian survey analitik menggunakan pendekatan case control. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang dengan rincian 30 responden untuk kelompok kasus dan 30 responden untuk kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara durasi menstruasi dan Riwayat dismenore pada keluarga dengan kejadian dismenore pada remaja putri di Kota Bengkulu. Diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat bekerjasama dengan pihak Puskesmas untuk mengadakan penyuluhan tentang dismenore dan menjelaskan upaya pencegahan keluhan dismenore.

Abstract

More than 50% of women in every country experience dysmenorrhea. Thus study was to determine the relationship between age of menarche and menstrual cycle with dysmenorrhea ini female student at Bengkulu City. This study has an analytic survey research design with a case cotrol approach. The population is all female student who have menstruated at Bengkulu city with a sample of case 30 cases and 30 controls. Tes data analysis using the chi-square test. The result of the study were that most of the respondents with menarche were< 12 tahun years old and had normal menstrual cycles. There is a relationship between the age of menarche and the occurance of dysmenorrhea p value=0,020 and the menstrual cycle with the occurrence of dysmenorrhea p value = 0,026. It is hoped that UKS officers can provide an explanation of the risk factor for dysmenorrhea and efforts to prevent and manage of dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia is 73.97%, while in Bengkulu Province exclusive breastfeeding coverage is 72.44%. This figure is still far from the national target of 80%. Support from various parties is needed to achieve the target of exclusive breastfeeding. This research aims to determine the socio-cultural relationship and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding. This research has an analytical survey research design with a cross sectional approach. The population of all mothers who have babies aged 7 to 12 months with samples taken using the Lemeshow formula calculation resulted in 102 research respondents being mothers. Samples were taken using accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results of the research showed that a small number of respondents had a social culture that did not support exclusive breastfeeding, some respondents did not receive husband support in providing exclusive breastfeeding, and the majority of respondents did not exclusively breastfeed their babies. There is a socio-cultural relationship with exclusive breastfeeding p value = 0.001 and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding p value = 0.038. It is hoped that health workers will provide information and motivation for exclusive breastfeeding and accompany mothers in the breastfeeding process to increase exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Prevalence of sexual behavior in children, around 15% of women under the age of 18 gave birth globally in 2015-2020 and 90% or more of these births occurred in developing countries. The prevalence of having had sexual intercourse in Indonesia is 60% in adolescents aged 16-17 years, 20% in adolescents aged 19-20 years and 20% in adolescents aged 14-15 years. This study is to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about sexually transmitted diseases with adolescent sexual behavior. This study is an analytical survey study with a cross-sectional method. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Kota Bengkulu with a population of 190 class X female students with a sample calculated using the Slovin formula, a research sample of 105 people was obtained using a multiple technique. The data was analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results showed that some respondents had less knowledge about STDs, most had negative attitudes and a small number had high-risk sexual behavior. There is a relationship between knowledge and about sexually transmitted diseases with adolescent sexual behavior p value = 0.002 and adolescent attitudes about STIs with adolescent sexual behavior p value = 0.028. It is expected that health workers can coordinate with the Health Center and PKBI in order to design and develop programs for health education related to adolescent sexual behavior.

Abstract

The level of sexual behavior in adolescents has increased significantly, especially in several developing countries. Survey results in Bengkulu Province showed that 83.4% of teenagers held hands when dating, 34.2% hugged, 15.6% kissed, and 3.3% touched or stimulated sensitive body parts. This research aims to find out the relationship between peers and the media with adolescent sexual behavior. The design used in the research is cross sectional. Adolescent population at SMPN 20 Bengkulu City. The sample obtained was 87 teenagers taken using stratified random sampling technique. The research data was subjected to statistical tests using the SPSS program. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between peers (p = 0.000) and information media (p = 0.015) on adolescent sexual behavior at SMPN 20 Bengkulu City. It is hoped that schools can limit teenagers' exposure to risky sexual information media, namely by providing space for teenagers to do physical activities at school and collaborating with health agencies in the area to be able to carry out reproductive health assistance and counseling activities for teenagers so that teenagers can adapt to the process of change. towards adulthood.
