Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of curriculum management in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri. This research approach is qualitative with a case study type of research. This research was conducted in MAN 2 Makassar City, the data sources in this study were curriculum wakamad, student wakamad, two teachers, and one student. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data checking and validation using data trianggulation techniques. The results of the research obtained are 1) At the planning stage of implementing the learning curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum and class X responding to the independent curriculum, also before the new school year, a working meeting was held which was divided into 5 commissions to discuss work programs. The subject teacher makes a lesson plan that has been approved by the principal before it is implemented. 2) At the implementation stage of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Makassar City has a club and extracurricular as a forum for students to learn. Teachers enter the MGPM organization by involving teachers to compile lesson plans, prepare facilities and infrastructure for the learning process, and arrange a comfortable and pleasant learning environment. 3) At the evaluation stage, it is carried out routinely and not routinely. Evaluation of the work program is carried out in accordance with the implementation of the program and when there is a discussion that will be discussed further, a meeting will be held. For student assessment, an assessment of students' daily lives is carried out, both daily tests, practices, midterm tests, end-of-semester tests and student personality scores which are then accumulated. After that, it will be discussed at the class upgrade determination meeting. The credit system is also applied, namely students can graduate quickly with a study period of 2 years and no later than 4 years.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menentukan kepuasan kerja operator sekolah dasar di kabupaten Bone provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian analisis faktor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 672 orang Operator sekolah dengan sampel sebanyak 87 operator yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilalukan dengan menggunakan angket yang disusun berdasarkan beberapa faktor kepuasan kerja yaitu, pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, promosi, pimpinan, dan rekan kjerja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis faktor dengan jenis analisis faktor konfirmatori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terbentuk dua faktor yaitu faktor lingkungan kerja dengan indikator, pekerjaan itu sendiri, pimpinan, dan rekan kerja dan faktor kesejahteraan dengan indikator gaji dan promosi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja operator sekolah tidak selamanya dinilai dari hasil pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerjanya, tetapi tuga dipengaruhi oleh faktor kesejahteraan yaitu gaji dan promosi yang dilakukan oleh sekolah.Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Operator Sekolah

Abstract

Abstract. This study examines the culture of academic quality at the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University with the focus of the study being: (1) General description of academic quality culture; (2) The leadership strategy in developing an academic quality culture; (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of expansiatory research. Sources of data in this study were faculty leaders, department leaders, lecturers, and students. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing or data verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating techniques and sources. The results showed that (1) The cultural picture of academic quality including lecturing activities carried out had not fully referred to the semester learning plans and operational standards. For reference and literacy culture has not been supported by the availability of adequate library facilities and internet networks. Scientific activities are carried out on a scheduled basis such as national and international seminars and workshops, character development and student creativity programs; (2) Strategies and policies that have been carried out by leaders at both the department level and faculty level refer to the vision and mission. The programs implemented include training in the development of instructional media for lecturers, workshops, publication of scientific papers, and the provision of learning facilities to support the lecture process. (3) Supporting factors are the competence of existing human resources that are adequate and understand their respective duties and duties, there is support from the academic community to faculty leaders so that all policies can be implemented and implemented properly. The inhibiting factor is the presence of several lecturers who get additional assignments outside so as to hamper lectures, facilities and infrastructure that are still limited such as inadequate lecture rooms and some learning facilities such as LCDs and laboratory equipment Keywords: Academic Culture, Quality

Abstract

Abstract. The problem in this research is the application of integrated quality manajemen in order to improve student achievement at SMK TRI’S Maros. The method used in this research is naturalistic qualitative, Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Subjects in this study : prinscipals, teachers, employees and students. The validity of the data used is triangulation, interactive analysis through data collection activities. Data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that:1. The quality of services provided to student at SMK TRI’S Maros has met good service standards, in this case the facilities and infrastructure are adequate,.2. In the learning process has show the quality of good human resources and has S1 and S2 qualifications in accordance whit their expertise. 3. SMK TRI’S Maros seen from the quality of the environment is good, it is proven that the geographical location of the school is strategic because the school is on the axis between Makassar and Maros so that it is easy for students to reach. Especially for those who do not have a vehicle.4. Interms of quality, the learning process is considered good because it is supported by high teacher responsibility. This is evidenced by the realization of a conducive learning plan with the readiness of lesson plans for each subject and the teachers’s learning process using mathematics geography learning for each learning material as well as proper evaluation of learning for each.Keywords: Integrated Quality Management, Implementation leaorning, Student Achievement

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program for elementary school teachers is carried out in the form of training activities to implement the independent learning curriculum for elementary school teachers. This activity aims to provide understanding for teachers, especially the independent learning curriculum in multigrade management. This training activity uses lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods. The trainees are elementary school teachers. The results of the training showed that elementary school teachers could understand and understand the material given in the activity with the average results of the excellent category before training and the superb type after training because the training material is equipped with exercises in understanding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in multigrade management so that teacher obstacles in implementing the independent learning curriculum in schools can be overcome.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran digital di SMP Negeri 1 Bantaeng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekkriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan kondisi persepsi siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 184 siswa dengan teknik slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi penggunaan media pembelajaran proyeksi tergolong dalam persepsi yang cukup baik. Persepsi penggunaan media pembelajaran fotografi berada dalam  kategori yang baik. Persepsi penggunaan media rekaman /audio berkategori yang baik dan persepsi penggunaan media audio visual juga dalam kategori yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, secara keseluruhan persepsi penggunaan media pembelajaran siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Bantaeng dalam kategori yang baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang strategi humas dalam menjalin kerja sama dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri serta faktor penghambat dan pendukung di SMK Negeri 1 Luwu Timur Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi humas SMK Negeri 1 Luwu Timur dalam menjalin kerja sama dengan DU/DI diantaranya: (1) Strategi operasional, meliputi; penandatangan MoU dan pelibatan seluruh stekholder, (2) Strategi persuasif dan edukatif, meliputi; mensosialisasikan potensi dan keunggulan sekolah, pembelajaran produktif, program pelatihan kejuruan, pemenuhan fasilitas, dan sosialisasi pra magang (3) Strategi tanggung jawab, meliputi; analisis kebutuhan masyarakat dan dunia kerja, pelayanan prima dan  pengoptimalan perancangan dan pelaksanaan program keahlian, (4) Strategi kerja sama, meliputi; Prakerin, penelusuran lulusan, kunjungan industry, dan magang guru, (5) Strategi koordinatif dan integratif, meliputi; menciptakan citra positif sekolah, komunikasi timbal balik, program keahlian unggul dan pemanfaatan media komunikasi dan informasi. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat kerja sama berasal dari dalam dan luar sekolah. Adapun saran yang diberikan; (1) memberikan job deskripsi yang jelas pada setiap pegawai agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih tugas. (2) mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai wadah mengintegrasikan layanan informasi dan relasi dengan DU/DI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Motivasi Berprestasi Guru Di SD Berbantuan Muhammadiyah Berua II Kota Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi berprestasi guru di SD Berbantuan Muhammadiyah II Berua Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini kepala sekolah sekolah telah memenuhi motivasi berprestasi guru dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan guru mulai dari kebutuhan fisiologi, kebutuhan rasa aman , kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan rasa harga diri dan kebutuhan akan aktualisasi diri guru di SD Berbantuan Muhammadiyah II Berua Makassar

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa PPG prajab UNM tahun 2023. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel independent (Kualitas Layanan Akademik) dengan dimensi bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Varibel Dependent (Kepuasan Mahasiswa) dengan dimensi pelayanan sesuai dengan harapan, kesdian mahasiswa merekomendasikan layanan, dan kesediaan mahasiswa berkunjung kembali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa PPG Prajab PGSD UNM yang berjumlah 321, penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 178. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner secara online dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan akademik cenderung sangat baik, sedangkan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik cenderung puas. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas layanan akademik terhdap kepuasan mahasiswa PPG Prajabatan Universitas Negeri Makassar tahun 2023.  Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan Akademik, Kepuasan Mahasiswa

Abstract

The aims of this study are to find out the description of library services at SMPN 13 Makassar, to find out the description of student satisfaction with library services at SMPN 13 Makassar, to find out that there is an influence between library services on student satisfaction in library services at SMPN 13 Makassar. The approach of this research is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 class IX students using accidental random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with student respondents. Instrument development through the validity of instumen experts by way of instrument trials.. Analysis using inferential analysis. The results showed thaat the description of library services tends to be in the high category, the description of student satisfaction tends to be in the high category, there is a significant influence between library services on student satisfaction at SMPN 13 Makassar.
