Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine perceived risk, perceived ease to use, perceived benefit on buying decision online. Using internet to shopping online will give customers more benefit. In this research, data were obtained using a structured questionnaireon five point Likert Scale. An analytical process (validity, reliability and regression analysis) was performed to obtain 100 questionnaire. The Findings reveal that customer perceived risk, perceived ease of use and perceived benefit have significant and postitive effect on buying decision online. Consumer choose facebook as media shopping online because safety online transaction, consumer can access facebook without any fear of losing money. Facebook is easy to access for everyone with internet. Shopping activity will be more fun if can be accessed anytime and anywhere without any obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of the pandemic on the workload and quality of work of employees who work at home (WFH), 2) To analyze the effect of the pandemic on employee performance at the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy Campus in Yogyakarta, 3) To analyze workload and work quality on employee performance at the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy in Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work quality on employee performance at the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy in Yogyakarta during the pandemic period. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The focus of this research is to find out how workload and work quality affect employee performance at the Yogyakarta Indonesian Pharmacy Academy during the pandemic. This research was conducted to improve the performance of employees at work so that they can carry out their work and activities well despite implementing a work from home (WFH) system. With the control of employee performance, controlling the workload in accordance with the ability of employees and the quality of work that will make the Indonesian Pharmacy Academy Yogyakarta campus maintain quality services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the level of organizational environment, job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. Sempurna Sejahtera. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Sempurna Sejahtera with a total sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the organizational environment does not have a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The value of tcount less than ttable is 0.139 less than 2,000 with the results of a partial statistical analysis (t test) a significance value of 0.890 greather than 0.05. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The value of tcount greather than ttable is 2,324 greather than 2,000 with the result (t test) a significance value of 0.024 less than 0.05. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention employee. The value of tcount less than ttable is -1.771 less than 2,000 with the result (t test) a significance value of 0.024 less than 0.05. Based on the test results F Fcountgreather than Ftable or 16.048greather than 2.77 and significant level of 0.000 less than0.05 and coefficient of determination (R2)obtained was 0.433, which means the Environment Organization, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction significant effect on Turnover Intention employee by 43.3% and the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Competition is very important for the success or failure of a company. Company competition to excel or achieve high performance by implementing strategies, aiming to achieve a profitable and strong position to stem competition in the industry. To determine the marketing strategy of the company Bara Teknik Yogyakarta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative type of research. Research informants in this study were employees of the Yogyakarta Bara Teknik Company as many as 6 people consisting of 2 admins and 4 technicians. In this study, the analysis was carried out by describing the marketing strategy of Bara Teknik Yogyakarta with a SWOT application analysis. The position of Bara Teknik Yogyakarta business sustainability strategy through SWOT and TOWS analysis is in quadrant I. With a strength of 1 and an opportunity of 0.5, it means that Bara Teknik Yogyakarta has strengths and opportunities but is at a low point when multiplied by a scale of 10%, the strength is at 10% and 5% chance so that it requires an alternative strategy for Bara Teknik Yogyakarta medium term SO strategy. Strategies that can be applied include the Strength Opportunities (SO) strategy by maximizing the strengths you have and paying attention to market opportunities. An alternative strategy that can be applied by Bara Teknik Yogyakarta after knowing the marketing position of its business is by utilizing information technology as a means of promotion and expanding market networks and by making marketing designs always updated and following the development of fashion opportunities to compete with competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of convenience and risk perception, both racially and simultaneously on online purchasing decisions at tokopedia.com. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey method. The population in this study were users of tokopedia.com in the Umbulharjo area of Yogyakarta City. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method, which is based on the criteria of tokopedia.com users in the Umbulharjo area of Yogyakarta City who has purchased online at tokopedia.com. A sample of 100 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The validity test of the instrument used confirmatory factor analysis, while the reliability test used Cronbach alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t value of 2.784 with a significance value of 0.006 less than 0.05 and the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.189. (2) convenience has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t value of 5.406 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.346. (3) perceived risk has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t value of 4,848 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.287. (4) Trust, Convenience and Risk Perception simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of F count of 74.526 greather than 2.70 with a significance of 0.000. (5) The magnitude of the influence of Trust, Convenience, and Risk Perception on purchasing decisions (Adjusted R Square) is 69%. The regression equation obtained is Y = 4.548 + 0.189X₁ + 0.346X₂ + 0.287X₃ + e.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi budaya kerja, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di era industri 4.0 pada OttoPay Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah pihak Branch Manager, Branch Controller, SPV dan Team Leader OttoPay Yogyakarta serta Sales. Adapun objek penelitian yaitu budaya kerja, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan era revolusi industri 4.0 di Perusahaan OttoPay Yogyakarta. Agar nilai kebenaran secara ilmiah dapat teruji serta memiliki nilai, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), observasi dan dokumentasi atas data yang ditemukan dari lapangan. Dampak positif dari kemajuan era industry 4.0 adalah efisiensi waktu kerja karyawan yang semuanya bisa dimonitor tidak harus secara langsung tetapi bisa melalui pelaporan via Handphone atau Online. Budaya kerja yang tercipta pada perusahaan yaitu dari Offline menjadi Online serta motivasi dalam bekerja dengan memberikan fasilitas pelatihan dari perusahaan yang mengarah pada aplikasi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work stress on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Pajangan. Data from the questionnaire research distributed through soft files were tested for validity using correlation and reliability using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 16 software. The results of this study indicate that together, the work motivation variable and the work stress variable with a significance value of 0.000 and the Fcount result of 9.770 which indicates that all variables have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Displays. Partially, the work motivation variable with a regression significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than a 0.05 significance confirms that there is a positive influence on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Pajangan. This is also seen from the t-count value of 4.234 which is greater than the t-table of 2.015. So it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a positive effect on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Pajangan. Then the Job Stress variable with a regression significance value of -0.282 which is greater than a significance of 0.05 confirms that there is a negative effect on teacher performance. This is also seen from the t-count value of -.282 which is smaller than the t-table of 2.015. So it can be concluded that the work stress variable has a negative effect on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Pajangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this test is to examine: (1) does price affect purchasing decisions, (2) does product quality affect purchasing decisions, (3) does brand image affect purchasing decisions, (4) does price, product quality, and brand image influences the purchasing decision of local coffee products at Tarzzan Coffee Roastery. The sample in this test is a portion of Tarzzan Coffee Roastery visitors who usually enjoy processed local coffee, only 90 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this test is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis method used for testing is multiple linear regression by applying the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The test results are sourced from multiple linear tests indicating that: (1) there is no positive effect on price on purchasing decisions for local coffee at the Tarzzan Coffee Roastery, with the partial test results the t count value is 0.270 less than t table 1.98793 and the sig value is 0.788 greather than 0, 05 . (2) there is a positive influence on product quality on purchasing decisions for local coffee at the Tarzzan Coffee Roastery, with a t-value of 17.114 greather than 1.98793 and a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05. (3) there is no positive influence on brand image on purchasing decisions for local coffee at the Tarzzan Coffee Roastery, with a t-count value of 1.775 less than 1.98793 and a sig value of 0.079 greather than 0.05. (4) there is a positive influence on price, product quality, and brand image together on purchasing decisions for local coffee at the Tarzzan Coffee Roastery, with an F count of 340.688 greather than F table of 2.711 and a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this test is to examine: (1) how does the price affect the sales volume of 3 Kg LPG gas for the Bumi Pelita Asri Base, (2) how does the distribution channel influence the sales volume of 3 Kg LPG gas for the Bumi Pelita Asri Base. The sample in this test is a customer or consumer who buys 3 Kg LPG Gas at Pangkalan Bumi Pelita Asri with a total of 73 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this test is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using Alpha Cronbach. Thedata analysis method used for testing is multiple linear regression by applying the statisticaldata processing program SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science ) for Windows Release 25.0. The test results based on multiple linear tests show that: (1) A constant value (a) of 0.599 indicates that when the independent variable (price, distribution channel) is constant (x=0), then the consumers of the 3 KG LPG Gas Base Bumi Pelita Asri those who become respondents are able to increase sales volume in the continuity of business at the company. (2) The results of multiple linear regression testing show that the price variable has a regression coefficient of 0.133 with a significance value of 0.013. This value is smaller than the probability value of 5% (0.05). Thus the first hypothesis which states that price has a positive effect on business continuity is accepted (H1 is accepted). (3) The results of multiple linear regression testing show that the distribution channel variable has a regression coefficient of 0.425 with a significance value of 0.000. This value is smaller than the probability value of 5% (0.05). Thus the second hypothesis which states that distribution channels have a positive effect on sales volume is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of MS Glow in Pacitan. This study will look at the effect of brand image and product quality partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, interviews and observations conducted from September 2022 to January 2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. By testing the hypothesis, it is known that brand image and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of MS Glow in Pacitan. Partially the product quality variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the brand image variable has no effect on purchasing decisions.
