Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang menganalisis suatu keberlakuan hukum dengan kajian melalui putusan pengadilan. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the fulfillment of Ecological Justice in the implementation of spatial policy in Palembang City based on the implementation of the international regime, namely SDG's point 11. The achievement of sustainable cities is a focus to see how the fulfillment of environmental justice is formed in the process of implementing regional spatial policy carried out in Palembang city. Using Kuehn's concept of Ecological Justice, look at the implementation of regional spatial policy with four aspects, namely distributive, corrective, procedural and social. An exploratory descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques used literature studies and interviews. The findings obtained include the implementation of distributive justice with various programs, however, the problem that is still the main obstacle is the need to pay attention to the city's green areas. In corrective justice, environmental policies already exist, but it is necessary to maximize law enforcement. In implementing procedural justice, policies are made that do not focus on targeting elements of community needs. The involvement of the community and NGOs in policy-making is still minimal. In terms of social justice, there is still a lot of community production land, open green areas, and protected land such as swamp land which is used as economic and residential areas which are exacerbated by regulations issued by the government which is a source of environmental damage. Through the findings above, it is hoped that policy formulation and implementation processes can be further maximized to achieve environmental justice in Palembang City.

Abstract

The laws on child protection and the national education system outline the roles and responsibilities of parents towards their children. However, the reality in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas, reveals that many parents still neglect their children's education and spiritual development, leading to high rates of school dropout and moral decline among children. The objective of community service program is to impart an understanding of Islamic spiritual parenting concepts to the target audience, enabling its application within the community. This community service initiative comprises three main agendas: pre-test, socialization or counseling sessions on family sociology and spiritual parenting, and post-test evaluations. The results of the activity demonstrated a 33% increase in participants' knowledge after engaging in spiritual parenting discussions.

Abstract

The target population of this study is the students of Indralaya Public Highschool Number 1. According to UNICEF data from 2022, 45% of 2,777 children in Indonesia have admitted to being victims of cyberbullying. Therefore, it is necessary to provide legal counseling and prevention of cyberbullying to teenagers, especially high school students. A survey conducted by the Ministry of Women and Child Protection in collaboration with Child Fund International in 2023 revealed that 49.1% of adolescents in DKI Jakarta, Central Java, Lampung, and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) admitted to being bullies, while 51% acknowledged experiences as victims of bullying. The service method entails the provision of counseling on the prevention of cyberbullying on social media among students in alignment with Law No. 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. Moreover, the question and answer method was employed to ascertain the extent of students' comprehension of the material presented. The ensuing conclusion, substantiated by the students' inquiries and responses, indicates a persisting lack of comprehension regarding the impact and prevention of cyberbullying, particularly in the context of social media misuse. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Pentagon Assets (PA), Livelihood Strategies (LS), and Sustainable Livelihood (SL) in the community of Kalampadu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research framework is based on the Sustainable Livelihood (SL) theory proposed by Scoones (1998) and further developed by DFID (1999). This study adopts an associative research design with a quantitative approach to assess the community's level of sustainable livelihood through statistical analysis. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and literature reviews. The sampling method used was probability sampling, with a sample of 188 households selected from a total population of 354, determined using Slovin’s formula. The collected data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings reveal that PA has a significant influence on LS, with a path coefficient of 11.976, while LS makes a substantial contribution to SL, with a path coefficient of 5.136. These results indicate that asset ownership strongly affects livelihood strategies, which in turn supports the achievement of sustainable livelihoods. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers to develop asset-based strategies aimed at enhancing well-being through sustainable livelihood approaches. Policies should emphasize community empowerment, the adoption of green technologies, environmentally friendly skills training, and collaboration among the government, private sector, and local communities to achieve efficient and well-monitored sustainable development.

The problem is focused on the administrative process of implementing official travel. To approach this problem, a reference to Max Ammerman's 1998 Root Causal Analysis theory is used. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that official travel can be carried out by council members as well as civil servants and non-civil servants, and the administrative process of official travel consists of three administrative processes, namely the administrative process of implementing official travel by civil servants and implementation by council members, the administrative process of accountability and the administrative process of payment or disbursement of reimbursement by the treasurer of routine expenses to the executors of official travel. This study concludes that there is one official travel administration process that is considered less effective, namely the accountability administration process, this happens because there are several official travel executors who take a long time to deposit the cost details to the finance department, or this delay is considered not to have implemented South Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Official Travel within the South Sumatra Provincial Government chapter ix article 34.
