Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing Islamic educational culture through the One Day One Juz (ODOJ) program at Ar-rohmah Boarding School Malang in increasing students' love for the Al-Qur'an. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the ODOJ program has succeeded in strengthening students' relationship with the Al-Qur'an, which is marked by an increase in the quality of reading the Al-Qur'an according to tajwid, increased reading speed, frequency of reciting the Al-Qur'an, and the desire to memorize Al-Qur'an. Koran. Apart from that, there are positive changes in the morals of the students, such as increasing politeness, honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and activeness in congregational prayers as well as academic and non-academic achievements. This research concludes that the application of Islamic educational culture through the ODOJ program at Ar-rohmah Boarding School has succeeded in creating a 'Walking Al-Qur'an' among students, where the values ​​of the Al-Qur'an are internalized in daily behavior. This research contributes to the development of cultural management of Islamic education, especially in designing and implementing programs that support the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of educational programs at SMA Negeri 2 Mojokerto and analyze its role in meeting the needs of students in order to improve academic achievement. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the preparation of educational programs at SMA Negeri 2 Mojokerto was carried out carefully and systematically at the beginning of the semester, taking into account the needs of students. Educational programs as an effort to meet the needs of students in improving academic achievement include tutoring activities, independent learning activities, project-based learning, and guidance and counseling. These programs are designed to provide comprehensive support so that students can achieve their academic potential optimally

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the curriculum development strategy of the Nahdatul Ulum Sarampu Islamic boarding school in facing the challenges of globalisation and modernisation in education. In the context of today's competitive era, Islamic boarding schools are required to be adaptive and innovative in order to produce graduates who are not only excellent in religious studies but also competitive in the professional world. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with the Islamic boarding school leadership and the Head of the Education Bureau as the main sources, supported by observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted inductively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing based on the dynamics of the process in the field. The results of the study indicate that the curriculum development strategy at the Nahdatul Ulum Sarampu Islamic Boarding School is formulated based on the institution's vision and mission, taking into account community needs and global challenges. Curriculum planning is carried out systematically through in-depth studies by the pesantren leadership to determine the direction and objectives of the education programme. The strategy is implemented through the establishment of new educational units such as Tahfidzul Qur'an, Tartil Qur'an, and the Al-Miftah method, as well as the development of external activities that foster independence and skills among students in creating employment opportunities. The contribution of this research lies in emphasising the importance of integrating traditional pesantren values with the demands of educational modernisation, thereby producing a curriculum development model that is relevant, adaptive, and remains based on Islamic principles.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penyusunan tinjaun literatur ini untuk mengetahui model latihan kelentukan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan service bolavoli dari 10 artikel yang dilakukan tinjauan literatur, untuk mengetahui model latihan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan service bolavoli dari 10 artikel yang dilakukan tinjauan literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur. Tinjauan literatur adalah metode yang sistematis, eksplisit, dan dapat direproduksi untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan menyintesis karya penelitian serta pemikiran yang telah dihasilkan oleh peneliti dan praktisi. Berdasarkan Tinjauan literatur, disimpulkan bahwa hasil latihan kelentukan dan daya ledak otot lengan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan service bolavoli.  Latihan yang terfokus pada kelentukan pergelangan tangan membantu pemain dalam mengontrol arah dan kecepatan bola, memungkinkan pengaturan arah dan penambahan efek spin bola yang membuat bola sulit diantisipasi lawan. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa latihan kelentukan dan daya ledak otot lengan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan service. Latihan kelentukan membantu meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan jangkauan gerak, yang sangat penting dalam mencapai posisi optimal saat melakukan service. Sementara itu, daya ledak otot lengan mendukung kekuatan pukulan agar lebih kuat dan akurat. Kombinasi dari kedua aspek ini memungkinkan seorang atlet untuk melakukan service dengan kecepatan dan ketepatan yang lebih baik, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan performa dalam permainan bolavoli secara keseluruhan.
