<![CDATA[ABSTRACTIn this era of globalization the government has focused on pesantren to advance the quality of education in Indonesia. The development of pesantren education must be carried out competitively. Pesantren education must also be able to provide a guarantee of the superiority of competent outputs. The development carried out by Islamic boarding schools is an effort to produce superior outputs and outflows.This study aims to determine the innovations created by pesantren through schools by referring to the following formulation: 1) school curriculum innovation. 2) the implications of school curriculum innovations on boarding schools, and 3) the relevance of school curriculum innovations to boarding schools.The results of the study show that: First, the curriculum innovation process is carried out through five stages, namely 1) the formulation stage by introducing the pesantren education model, 2) the stage of adjustment, the Cambridge curriculum is adjusted to the existing system, 3) the determination stage by establishing an international curriculum adoption , 4) the stage of support, namely taking action to support innovation, 5) the stage of correction, which is a form of correction of the program implemented. Second, the implications of the educational curriculum innovation in the school on the pesantren curriculum are found in the curriculum component which includes: 1) curriculum content; 2) learning media; 3) learning strategies and learning processes; and 4) evaluation; Third, school curriculum innovation is closely related, relevant, suitable and connected with the pesantren curriculum in the form of both the school curriculum and the boarding curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and compare public relations management strategies at MAN Gondanglegi and MA AN-Nur Bululawang, with a focus on enhancing community interest in these educational institutions. Employing a qualitative approach, this research scrutinizes planning, execution, and evaluation phases of public relations within both schools, alongside their impact on attracting more students. Results demonstrate that both MAN Gondanglegi and MA AN-Nur Bululawang employ a comprehensive array of strategies, including media publications, alumni networks, and community engagement activities, which have significantly increased their popularity and student enrollment. The study concludes that effective public relations management plays a crucial role in the growth and reputation of educational institutions. These findings underline the importance of strategic communication and community involvement in the educational sector, offering valuable insights for other institutions aiming to enhance their public image and attract more students. For further research, it is recommended that researchers conduct a more in-depth analysis of the long-term impact of public relations management strategies on improving the image and reputation of educational institutions at national and international levels.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out the management of coaching and development of students through extracurricular programs, which are based on the planning and implementation carried out by institutions at the MA Perguruan Mu'allimat Jombang. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The subjects in this study were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Student Affairs, Student Unit Advisors and Extracurricular Trainers. The data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity was tested by source and technique triangulation. The results of the research data obtained through reduced analysis are then presented and verified. The results of this study indicate that 1) extracurricular program development and development planning is carried out by analyzing needs, determining the types of activities and preparing programs 2) implementing extracurricular program coaching and development needs to carry out plans, implement policies, fulfill facilities and infrastructure and implement activities.]]>

<![CDATA[The study explores factors affecting Net Interest Margins (NIM) in Indonesia's Core Capital Bank Groups. Using data from Jan 2021 to Mar 2022 and the Error Correction Model, it finds negative short-term correlations between BOPO and LDR with NIM in KBMI 1 and positive long-term correlations with BI Rate. KBMI 2 exhibits negative short-term correlations between inflation and LDR with NIM. KBMI 3 shows negative short-term correlations with Covid-19, LDR, and BOPO with NIM. KBMI 4 experiences negative impacts from BOPO, Covid-19, and LDR on NIM in both short and long terms. The study emphasizes the importance of managing operational costs and credit distribution for NIM stability in the short term and highlights the significant influence of Bank Indonesia's benchmark interest rate policy on NIM in the long term, requiring careful adjustments to prevent excessive fluctuations.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Madrasah is an institution having Islamic. Therefore, the school is requested to maintain Islamic values ​​that can be realized in the activities of formal and non-formal learning. To facilitate the performance, Principals need Madrasah institutions that have innovations and new ideas to improve a Madrasah. On the basis of the above background, this research focuses on the how Principals efforts in fostering Islamic Culture in MA Surban Pacet Mojokerto. And, what is the problem and the impact of Principals in fostering Islamic Culture in MA Surban Pacet Mojokerto. This study aims to describe the efforts Principals in Fostering Islamic culture, as well as the problem and the impact of the development of Islamic culture. <![CDATA[Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang manajemen keuangan sekolah dengan fokus pada studi kasus di SMP Negeri 1 Bangil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik manajemen keuangan sekolah, terutama dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan anggaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan survei, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan data yang mendalam dan komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan di SMP Negeri 1 Bangil terbukti baik dengan adanya koordinasi yang efektif antara kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, bendahara, dan komite sekolah. Perencanaan keuangan sekolah diimplementasikan melalui Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS), yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk wali murid. Evaluasi dilakukan setiap tahun untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Diskusi dalam artikel mencakup konsep perencanaan keuangan, tiga sudut pandang penganggaran (comparative approach, PPBES, dan Fungtional Approach), serta pentingnya evaluasi pelaksanaan anggaran. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang manajemen keuangan sekolah dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya dalam mengembangkan praktik keuangan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.]]>

<![CDATA[Effective student management is vital for character development in educational settings. At MTs Tahfidz Al-Izzah Mojokerto, the Tahfidz program (Memorizing the Quran) significantly shapes students' academic achievements and moral foundations. This study analyses the planning and implementation of student management through the Tahfidz program. This research examines how student management, supported by the Tahfidz program, is planned and executed at MTs Tahfidz Al-Izzah Mojokerto and impacts students' character development. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Research data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation from key stakeholders, including students, teachers, and administrators at the school. The study reveals that student management planning at MTs Tahfidz Al-Izzah starts with precise goal setting aligned with the school's vision and mission. The Tahfidz program is a central component structured with specific activity schedules. Implementation includes student selection via written tests and BTQ, followed by groupings for Tahfidz activities and continuous mentoring. The program effectively fosters students' academic success and strong moral character. The research suggests that the Tahfidz program could be an effective model for student management in Islamic schools. Future research should explore the long-term impact of this program, identify factors that contribute to its success, and compare it with other character development programs to provide a broader perspective.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid growth of technology has led many young children to use mobile phones to watch videos, with TikTok emerging as a popular platform. TikTok videos, as audio-visual media, can influence children's social-emotional development. This study aims to analyze the impact of the TikTok application on the social-emotional development of children aged 5–6 years at RA Miftahul Ulum. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included three children (1 boy and 2 girls), with the TikTok application's impact as the object of study. The findings reveal both positive and negative impacts of TikTok videos on children's social-emotional development. On the positive side, TikTok can make children feel entertained, build self-confidence, and facilitate social interactions with peers. However, the negative effects include increased tendencies to imitate inappropriate behaviors seen in TikTok videos, aggressive language, and poor time management. These findings highlight the dual influence of TikTok on children and underscore the need for parental guidance to mitigate its negative effects. This study emphasizes the importance of monitoring children's exposure to digital media to ensure balanced development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the potential of the Merdeka Mengajar platform in supporting teacher professional development and the integration of technology in vocational education at SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu Mojokerto, as well as understanding teachers' perceptions and experiences in using the platform. Adopting a qualitative approach, this research investigates how the platform contributes to improving educational quality through the development of teaching skills, collaborative learning, and the use of digital resources. Findings indicate that Merdeka Mengajar facilitates access to a diverse range of learning resources, allowing teachers to enrich teaching content and adopt more interactive and innovative teaching methods, which align with the needs of the modern job market. The study also highlights challenges faced, including difficulties in integrating technology into the existing curriculum and limitations of technological infrastructure. Nonetheless, the overall perception of teachers towards this platform is positive, with many emphasizing its benefits in enhancing student engagement and enriching their learning experiences. This research underscores the importance of ongoing support and technical training for teachers to optimize the use of the platform and suggests better coordination between schools, platform managers, and teachers to overcome existing barriers. In conclusion, the Merdeka Mengajar platform offers significant opportunities to enhance the quality of vocational education through teacher professional development and technology integration. With a holistic and strategic approach, the use of this platform can be more effective, enriching students' learning experiences and preparing them with relevant skills for the future.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe how the principal's strategy, strategic planning, and strategy implementation in improving students' academic achievement at MAN 1 Mojokerto. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis with the subject of the deputy head of the curriculum, the head of administration and the teacher. The data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observations and documentation studies. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources and techniques. The data obtained were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) the principal's strategy in improving students' academic achievement is carried out by developing resources, providing scholarships to students who have achievements, giving rewards to students and teachers who take part in competitions, and developing teacher competencies according to their abilities in their fields. 2) strategic planning is carried out by compiling a strategic plan (RENSTRA), compiling a madrasah budget work plan (RKAM) and conducting a madrasah self-evaluation. 3) the implementation of the madrasa principal's strategy in improving academic achievement is carried out by compiling programs within a period of 5 years and conducting a madrasa self-evaluation every month.]]>
