Abstract

This research explores innovation in the management of Islamic education in higher education institutions, along with the associated challenges and prospects. Its objective is to comprehend the challenges of implementing innovation in Islamic education management and assess its prospects. The research methodology employed is a qualitative literature study. The researchers gathered and analyzed various literature sources to gain a more profound understanding. The research findings reveal challenges such as a lack of comprehension, resistance to change, resource limitations, and the conflict between tradition and modernity. Nonetheless, there exist opportunities for developing new adaptive and relevant approaches. Innovation in Islamic education management yields benefits in the form of enhanced learning quality, student skill development, operational efficiency, and increased reputation and competitiveness of higher education institutions. Collaboration and strong leadership serve as pivotal factors for successfully confronting challenges and expanding innovation prospects.

Abstract

This research analyzes the integration of Islamic values in educational leadership practices and their impact on a competitive learning environment. A qualitative method with a literature study approach was utilized. The objective was to understand how educational leaders integrate Islamic values into their leadership practices and the resulting effects on the learning environment. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic values creates a holistic learning environment, fostering students' morality, ethics, and social awareness. Educational leaders who integrate Islamic values serve as inspirational role models and strengthen the connection with students' everyday experiences. Additionally, it helps create an inclusive school culture and promotes collaboration among students. The implications of this research provide an understanding of the importance of integrating Islamic values into educational leadership.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the utilization of storytelling methods in adolescent learning, with a specific focus on enhancing engagement and learning outcomes. The research methodology employed is a literature review. In the process of data collection, the researcher meticulously gathered and analyzed diverse literature sources about the use of storytelling in adolescent education. The analyzed data sources encompassed scrutiny of scholarly journals, textbooks, and relevant research articles. Previous research findings indicate that storytelling methods can effectively enhance student engagement and deepen their understanding in the learning process. However, research specifically delving into the application of storytelling methods in adolescents remains limited. Consequently, this study aspires to provide a more profound understanding of how storytelling methods can be effectively implemented in the context of adolescent education. Through the literature review methodology, the researcher identified pertinent information, conducted a thorough analysis, and presented valuable findings. This research contributes to the development of compelling and meaningful learning strategies for adolescents. The anticipated outcome of this study is to offer valuable insights for educators and education practitioners in supporting adolescent engagement and learning outcomes through the utilization of storytelling methods

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of social media, specifically Instagram, on shaping the perceptions of the younger generation towards cultural art. Employing qualitative research methods and conducting a comprehensive literature analysis, the study explores the phenomenon termed Instagrammable Culture. The primary focus is to comprehend how this cultural shift influences the younger generation in understanding, appreciating, and promoting cultural art forms. The research also seeks to identify alterations in the aesthetics of cultural art, the commercialization it undergoes due to social media prevalence, and shifts in direct experiences associated with cultural art. The overarching goal is to provide valuable insights for researchers, art practitioners, and educators, contributing to the preservation of the integrity of cultural art. In conclusion, this research advocates for more profound and meaningful engagements with cultural art in the rapidly advancing digital era to ensure its continued relevance and significance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the role and influence of Islamic philanthropy in empowering the youth across cultures. A qualitative research method with a literature study approach is employed. The study highlights the practices of Islamic philanthropy by youth from diverse cultural backgrounds and cross-cultural perspectives in their implementation. Global experiences also play a crucial role in empowering the youth. The findings of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening education and nurturing Islamic values to encourage youth involvement in philanthropy and promote cross-cultural interaction and collaboration to enhance their understanding and engagement in larger philanthropic initiatives.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk landasan toleransi beragama di tengah keragaman masyarakat. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana pendidikan Agama Islam tidak hanya menyampaikan ajaran dasarnya sendiri, tetapi juga bagaimana menghargai dan menghormati keyakinan lain. Dengan menelaah sejarah dan prinsip dasar Islam yang menekankan toleransi dan perdamaian, artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana ajaran-ajaran ini tercermin dalam kurikulum pendidikan Agama Islam. Melalui analisis kurikulum dan metodologi pengajaran, artikel ini mengungkap bagaimana konsep toleransi diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan Islam, memberikan contoh konkret dari lembaga pendidikan yang berhasil menerapkan pendekatan ini. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan toleransi ini dan solusi potensial untuk mengatasinya. Penekanan diberikan pada pentingnya mendidik generasi muda dengan pemahaman yang luas dan inklusif tentang toleransi beragama sebagai kunci untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis. Abstract

Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dominasi metode microteaching dalam pembelajaran inovatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, kami mendalaminya untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mendorong popularitas metode ini. Hasil analisis menyoroti beberapa elemen utama yang mendukung dominasi metode microteaching. Pertama, keefektifan metode ini menjadi poin fokus utama. Kemampuan metode microteaching untuk memberikan umpan balik langsung dan terukur kepada guru dan instruktur telah membantu mereka mengasah keterampilan pengajaran mereka dengan cara yang tidak mungkin dengan metode lain. Fleksibilitas adalah faktor lain yang mendukung popularitasnya. Metode ini dapat dengan mudah diadaptasi dalam berbagai konteks pembelajaran, dari pengajaran klasikal hingga online, yang sangat relevan dalam era pendidikan yang terus berkembang. Biaya yang terjangkau menjadikan metode ini dapat diakses oleh sebagian besar guru tanpa mengkhawatirkan kendala finansial. Selain itu, kendali guru atas proses pembelajaran dalam metode ini memberikan mereka rasa tanggung jawab yang lebih besar terhadap pengembangan keterampilan mereka. Selain itu, pengurangan kecemasan dalam lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih kecil dan terkendali membantu guru merasa lebih nyaman dan kurang tertekan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjalani analisis multivariat untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, dan hasil belajar di konteks pendidikan psikologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang melibatkan tinjauan terhadap penelitian-penelitian terkait, teori-teori yang mendukung, dan studi kasus yang mengilustrasikan konsep-konsep yang dibahas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, dengan komponen-komponen seperti pengenalan emosi, pengelolaan emosi, empati, dan keterampilan sosial, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial dan kemampuan siswa untuk mengatasi tantangan emosional selama studi. Sementara itu, kecerdasan intelektual, yang mencakup kemampuan berpikir analitis, kritis, dan memecahkan masalah, memiliki dampak positif dalam pemahaman materi pelajaran dan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik dengan efektif. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya faktor-faktor lain seperti motivasi, dukungan sosial, dan gaya belajar yang dapat memediasi atau memoderasi hubungan antara kedua jenis kecerdasan ini dengan hasil belajar. Implikasi penemuan ini dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pengajaran di bidang psikologi disajikan, dengan penekanan pada pendekatan holistik untuk memaksimalkan potensi siswa dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal.

Abstract

The transformation of Islamic religious education learning methods through the conversion of classical approaches using artificial intelligence (AI) represents a significant phenomenon that has reshaped paradigms in the field of religious education. This literature review qualitatively explores profound changes in the approach to Islamic religious education brought about by the application of artificial intelligence technology. It focuses on aspects such as personalized learning, real-time monitoring of student progress, adaptation to individual learning styles, automatic feedback, and online collaboration. Qualitative analysis reveals how artificial intelligence enhances students' learning experiences. Through this transformation, the learning approach becomes more responsive and tailored to the individual needs of students, fostering a more inclusive learning environment. In the context of ethics and humanity, the literature review highlights the importance of humane guidance, ethical algorithm design, ethics training for developers and users, and privacy protection as crucial elements. This research underscores the significance of upholding ethical and humane values ​​when integrating artificial intelligence into Islamic religious education. By synthesizing findings from various literature sources, this abstract concludes that the metamorphosis of Islamic religious education learning methods through artificial intelligence plays an integral role in enhancing adaptability, responsiveness, and effectiveness in religious education. Consequently, this study provides profound insights into the positive implications and ethical challenges that need to be addressed in navigating the ever-evolving digital era.
