Abstract

Di Indonesia angka pengangguran sangat tinggi, ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia. Tingkat pengangguran tidak hanya disebabkan oleh kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan saja, tetapi kualitas SDM yang kurang mumpuni juga menjadi salah satu faktor meningkatnya angka pengangguran. Pemerintah harus memiliki upaya untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan upaya yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah didalam mengatasi masalah pengangguran di Indonesia. Dengan ditingkatkannya pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia masyarakat mampu mendapatkan kesempatan untuk bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar mampu mengetahui seberapa berpengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mutu SDM terhadap angka pengangguran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatory research. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh terhadap angka pengangguran, apabila pertumbuhan ekonomi meningkat, angka pengangguran akan berkurang, sedangkan mutu SDM tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap angka pengangguran

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of a person's achievements to be able to measure an employee's performance and ability to support an organization in achieving its goals. Transformational Leadership is a variable that influences employee performance and job satisfaction is a variable that indirectly influences the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. There is attention and problems found related to Transformational Leadership and job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance at the Tirta Sanjiwani Drinking Water Company in Gianyar Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether job satisfaction plays a role in mediating the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance at the Tirta Sanjiwani Drinking Water Company in Gianyar Regency. This research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance at the Tirta Sanjiwani Drinking Water Company in Gianyar Regency. The number of samples was determined using the saturated sample method of 100 non-PNS employees at the Tirta Sanjiwani Drinking Water Company in Gianyar Regency. Data analyzed using Smart PLS includes three stages, namely outer model analysis, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Tirta Water Company Sanjiwani in Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to the employee. There is a phenomenon where some employees are deemed to have not achieved the expected performance standards. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of workplace well-being on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement at CV Wira Jaya Abadi Denpasar. The research population was 54 employees with the sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using classical assumption testing first. Overall, each hypothesis shows a positive and significant influence. Among them, workplace well being on employee engagement, employee engagement on employee performance, workplace well being on employee performance, and employee engagement play a role in mediating the influence of workplace well-being on employee performance.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a key factor in maintaining customer loyalty and business sustainability, especially in service sectors such as internet providers. This study aims to evaluate how significantly product quality, pricing, and service quality influence customer satisfaction at PT. Trika Global Media (Trikamedia), a provider of internet access services in Gianyar Regency. A quantitative research method was employed, involving 98 respondents who are active Trikamedia customers. The data were analyzed using several techniques, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that product quality, price, and service quality both individually and collectively have a significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This service program aims to provide education about investment and the dangers of illegal loans for the coastal communities of Sanur Kauh Village, Denpasar Bali. The method of implementing the service activity is socialization. The participants of the service activity consists of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) groups including mothers, fishermen groups, and farmer business groups. Assistance is also provided to the community in terms of family financial management by a team of FEB UNR Lecturers. Evaluation of activities is carried out by distributing questionnaires to all participants for socialization and assistance. The results of this community service showed that 90 percent of participants felt that information on the legality of investment and the selection of legal and logical working capital financing institutions were very useful. The enthusiasm can be seen in the activeness of the participants in asking and answering questions asked by the speakers. This socialization activity is expected to be able to become the basis for making investment decisions and solving problems for people who need working capital. In the future, it is also hoped that the community will be able to implement effective and efficient financial management practices in their daily lives.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja pada Supermarket Inti Koperasi Pasar Srinadi ditemukan penurunan terhadap pencapaian perusahaan. Produktivitas kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan pengembangan karir. Kurangnya perhatian perusahaan terhadap lingkungan kerja dalam mengatasi perbedaan suhu antar ruangan, kesejahteraan karyawan dalam memberikan rasa aman kepada pengunjung dan karyawan, dan pengembangan karir dalam memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan untuk kenaikan jabatan sehingga dapat menyebabkan penurunan produktivitas kerja sehingga berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantiatatif dan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan populasi sebanyak 43 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, uji t (t-test), dan uji F (F-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan antara lingkungan kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pada perusahaan, perusahaan perlu menjaga lingkungan kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan pengembangan karir guna menciptakan kondisi yang aman dan nyaman bagi karyawan sehingga karyawan merasa lebih dihargai dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Study group assistance was carried out to increase students' motivation studying in Adya Kids study groups during the Covid-19 pandemic. The current condition of the study area cannot be called a proper place to study, so it is necessary to renovate the building and improve infrastructure so that students can learn comfortably and increase their motivation for learning enthusiasm. The current pandemic is not expected to be a barrier for students to reach their dreams in the future. Students are invited to remain enthusiastic in understanding the material given at school. During pandemic the Covid-19, students can understand and apply the correct health protocols in carrying out learning activities. In addition, the existing old buildings need to be renovated and built-in conditions suitable for study. The results obtained in the mentoring of students' understanding of health protocols and increased interest in learning are indicated by good end-of-semester grades. In addition, the renovated building in the Adya Kids study group is also suitable and comfortable for students to study.

Abstract

Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengalaman kerja, teamwork, dan loyalitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Konveksi Dedi Collection. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana ketiga faktor tersebut berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pelatihan, kegiatan komunikasi, dan penghargaan bagi karyawan yang mencapai target. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga mendorong penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Metode. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengkomunikasikan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk numerik untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Konveksi Dedi Collection dengan populasi sebanyak 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 for Windows, dan analisis data meliputi pengujian penerimaan tradisional, analisis regresi berganda, serta pengujian signifikansi secara simultan (uji F) dan parsial (uji t). Hasil. Dari hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja, (2) Variabel teamwork berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja, (3) Variabel loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variable produktivitas kerja, (4) dan secara simultan variable pengalaman kerja, variabel teamwork dan variable loyalitas kerja signifikan terhadap variable produktivitas kerja. Implikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari variable pengalaman kerja, teamwork dan loyalitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya yaitu dengan secara berkala melakukan rotasi pekerjaan. membina komunikasi yang terjalin antar karyawan, memberikan teguran atau sanksi kepada karyawan yang tingkat absensinya melebihi peraturan yang berlaku dan memberikan insentif kepada karyawan yang mampu mencapai target.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing bisnis cocktail Arak-Keras Kabupaten Badung Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pembeli produk hard cocktail shop Bali tahun 2020, besar sampel dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin yaitu 75 responden, dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling. metode, yaitu penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, work life balance and work ethic on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Denpasar City. This study used observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods with a sampling technique, namely the proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 56 employees. Data were analyzed using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of the analysis show that organizational climate, work life balance and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. Work ethic has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Denpasar.
