Abstract

The government is aggressively implementing the Gemari program, namely Gemar Makan Ikan, to improve community nutrition. Fish processors use this opportunity to make varied fish dishes. Processed fish products are essential to increase consumer interest in consuming processed fish. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, determine the influence of product prices on purchasing decisions for processed fish products, and determine the influence of product promotions on purchasing decisions for processed fish products at Griya Ulam-Q, Kediri Regency. The method used for objective analysis in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression using SPSS. The regression analysis results in this research show in the t-test that product quality and promotion significantly affect purchasing decisions for processed fish products at Griya Ulam-Q, Kediri Regency. Meanwhile, the price variable only significantly affects the decision to purchase processed fish products at the Griya Ulam-Q.

Abstract

Empowerment is an activity that provides materials and training to participants to make their lives more prosperous. The aim of this empowerment is to provide education to the community regarding businesses in the fisheries sector in urban areas. The method for this empowerment is by delivering material, questions and answers, as well as practice in filling out a draft business plan outline. The result of this empowerment is that participants gain knowledge about the things needed in a business plan, such as research, creating a company profile, determining business goals, preparing supporting documents, explaining business details, making a marketing plan, adapting to the target market, and making a feasibility analysis. business.

Abstract

Produk olahan makanan yang menggunakan ikan mulai banyak ditemukan. Salah satu industri perikanan yang menjual produk olahan ikan adalah Griya Ulam-Q. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis atribut-atribut kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk olahan ikan Griya Ulam Q di Kabupaten Kediri. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 100 responden dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, atribut yang termasuk dalam produk olahan ikan Griya Ulam-Q adalah kualitas, harga, kemasan, pelayanan dan ketersediaan produk, serta promosi. Skor kepuasan konsumen sebesar 73,63% yang menandakan konsumen puas terhadap produk.

Abstract

Ikatan Istri Karyawan Bank Jatim Cabang Kediri (IIKBJ Cabang Kediri & Syariah Kediri) memperingati hari tani nasional sebagai agenda rutin kegiatan pertemuan setiap bulan, sehingga berminat untuk mengadakan sebuah pelatihan penanaman sayuran dengan cara hidroponik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek secara langsung para ibu-ibu anggota IIKBJ Cabang Kediri & Syariah Kediri mengenai budidaya sayuran hidroponik. Pelatihan ini diisi oleh dosen prodi agribisnis fakultas pertanian Uniska Kediri sebagai penyampai materi dan berkolaborasi dengan purie garden yang membantu dalam praktek menanam secara hidroponik dengan wick system. Berdasarkan hasil dari pelatihan, menunjukkan bahwa beberapa anggota IIKBJ Cabang Kediri & Syariah Kediri menunjukkan minat untuk melakukan budidaya sayuran hidroponik dengan alasan lebih sehat, bersih, dan dapat dilakukan di pekarangan rumah. Harapan selanjutnya adalah, seluruh anggota IIKBJ Cabang Kediri & Syariah Kediri dapat benar-benar mempraktekkan kegiatan bididaya hidroponik ini dirumah masing-masing.

Abstract

Susu merupakan salah satu produk hasil peternakan yang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan. Perkembangan konsumsi susu di Indonesia masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen terhadap minat beli produk susu. Minat digambarkan secara deskriptif yang dilengkapi dengan analisis faktor menggunakan uji wald dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengonsumsi produk susu dalam susu full cream/cair. Kesediaan membayar dari beberapa jenis produk susu disesuaikan dengan kualitas dan ukuran produk. Faktor yang berpengaruh positif pada minat beli produk susu yaitu variabel kualitas, keamanan, dan gaya hidup. Sedangkan faktor yang berpengaruh negatif yaitu variabel harga. Semakin ekonomis harga yang ditetapkan maka minat beli dapat meningkat.

Abstract

Corn farming plays a crucial role in supporting the agricultural economy of rural communities, particularly in regions with fertile land and favorable climate conditions. Farmers need to conduct evaluations regarding the use of more efficient production factors in order to remain sustainable. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and price efficiency of corn farming in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency. The location of the research conducted in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency. This research was conducted in November 2022 – January 2023. The method in this study is calculated costs, receipts, profits, Break-Even Point (BEP), and the R/C Ratio. To evaluate price efficiency, the research conducted allocative efficiency calculations, comparing actual input use (seeds and pesticides) to efficient input levels. Observation by direct observation of corn farming in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency. The number of samples for the study was calculated usin the Slovin formula, Therefore there are total of 66 samples of corn farmers were obtained and determined using a simple random sampling method. The analysis method used for the first problem is by using the calculation of cost, receipt, profit, BEP and R/C Ratio while to answer the second problem using price efficiency calculations. The results of the feasibility analysis show that the average total profit for corn farmers in one harvest season is IDR 31,235,000/ha. So that the value of BEP Production Prices is 1.855 and Production Volume BEP is 6.730. The R/C value is 2.20 with the interpretation that corn farming in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency is profitable and feasible to cultivate. The results of the allocative efficiency analysis of corn farming show that the use of 25 kg/ha seed in one growing season is not efficient, because the efficient average use of seed is 26.8 kg/ha. While the use of pesticides 15 liters/ha in one growing season is not efficient, because the average efficient use of pesticides is 17.6 liters/ha.

Abstract

Poultry agribusiness is a sector that has great opportunities for entrepreneurs, especially because of the increasing public need for animal protein. Fresh poultry products such as carcass meat and eggs need to be further processed to increase added value. MSMEs based on processed poultry products are increasingly developing, especially in the culinary sector which presents food innovations made from chicken such as chicken satay, crispy chicken and dimsum. This research focuses on analyzing the business feasibility of three processed chicken products in MSMEs in the Kediri area. Kediri has the potential to produce broiler chicken meat that meets local needs. The method used in this research is analysis of costs, revenues, profits, BEP (Break Even Point), and R/C Ratio. Costs consist of fixed and variable costs, with total costs calculated using the formula TC = FC + VC. Revenue is calculated based on production quantities and selling prices (TR = P × Q). Profit is obtained from the difference between revenue and total costs (π = TR - TC). BEP is used to determine the break-even point, both in terms of production price and production volume. Meanwhile, the R/C Ratio is used to measure business feasibility, with the R/C criteria > 1 indicating that the business is profitable. This research hoped that MSMEs in Kediri can understand the importance of calculating business feasibility to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their business in the chicken meat processing industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the amount of cost, acceptance, profit, profitability, and R / C Ratio from home industry crackers rambak in Sembon Village Satreyan District Kanigoro Blitar District. The result of this research shows that the total variable cost at rambak cracker agroindustry center is equal to Total variable cost Rp 1,139,783, - per day, total fixed cost Rp 4,953, - per day. So the total total cost of production is Rp 1,144,076, - per month. The breakeven point or BEP unit is 3 units. BEP Rp for RP 16,017, -. BEP revenue of Rp 16,017, - per day. Received revenue of Rp 1.650.000, - so the profit earned by employers is amounted to Rp 505,924, -. While the profitability of business is 44% which means this business is profitable. Home industry that run during this efficiency has been shown with R / C ratio of more than 1 that is equal to 1.44. Based on the criteria used, this business has been efficient because the efficiency value of more than 1. This means that every Rp 1.00 issued by the entrepreneur at the beginning of the business activities will get 1.44 times revenue from the cost incurred at the end of the business activity. This can be interpreted that home industry crackers rambak said Eligible to run. From this research it is suggested that entrepreneurs do creations by adding a sense of the product, so that the quality of the product can be increased and not less competitive with similar entrepreneurs from other regions. For the government, the Government of Blitar Regency through the Department of Industry and Trade and other related agencies should try to help develop the business crackers rambak by providing low-interest capital loans to entrepreneurs agro-industry crackers rambak.

Abstract

Serang beach is one of the beaches in Blitar Regency. Visits to Serang Beach attractions are influenced by various factors. In this study the factors studied to determine the influence of visiting interest to Serang Beach is promotional factors, economic factors, factors of infrastructure and psychological factors. Sampling in this research is by accidental sampling method, in which the researcher has the freedom to choose who the consumer is met to be sampled, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Data analysis was done by using multiple linier regression analysis method, data processing was done by SPSS Statistics 16 for Windows program. The result of the research shows that promotion factor, economic factor, facility factor and psychological factors significantly (together) have an influence on the interest of visiting Serang Beach, and psychological factor is the most dominant factor influencing the interest to visit Serang Beach tourism object.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the attributes of starfruit juice "Cemara Sari" which isconsidered important by consumers as well as to find out the level of customersatisfaction and map of crabs from starfruit juice "Cemara Sari". Research has beencarried out around star fruits agrotourism in Sukorejo Subdistrict, KarangsariSubdistrict, Blitar City, which began in February to March 2018. The research wasconducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews with the respondents. The dataobtained were tested using validity and reliability tests to determine the feasibility of thevariables. used in the questionnaire, in addition to knowing the level of customersatisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and to find out the mapquadrant attribute starfruit juice "Cemara Sari" using the Importance PeformanceAnalisys (IPA). The results showed that the variables in the questionnaire feasible to usewith r table of 0.196 and the results of the validity shows the lowest value is 0.448 andreliability (alpha) of 0.763. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) countshow a value of 69.79% and the Importance Peformance Analisys (IPA) addressQuadrant 1 in the contents of the variable smell and price, Kudran 2 in the contents ofthe taste variable, shelf life, packaging ability to protect the product and practicality ofpackaging, 3 In the contents of the texture, product color and attractiveness of thevariable, quadrant 4 is filled with the packaging color variable.
