Abstract

Penelitan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan teknologi dan kinerja berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui lingkungan kerja pada RSUD Prof DR M A Hanafiah SM Batusangkar. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah seluruh pegawai dan staf yang bekerja di RSUD Prof DR M A Hanafiah SM Batusangkar, sebanyak 70 Responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegwai dan staf sebagai responden atau menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan teknologi terhadap lingkungan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan kinerja berkelanjutan terhadap lingkungan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pengembangan teknologi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja memediasi pengaruh pengembangan teknologi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan Lingkungan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kinerja berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Dan Kompetensi Kerja  Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di Puskesmas Sungai Nanam Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan menyebarkan kuesioner, dengan sampel 55 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan uji persial pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Prestasi Kerja, pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja, pengaruh positif dan tidak signifik Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja, pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Kompetensi Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of short-form video content on brand engagement and purchase intention among Generation Z in South Sumatra. In today’s fast-paced digital era, short-form video content promoted through social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts has become a highly effective marketing tool. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving 245 respondents aged 18 to 24 years who are active consumers of short-form video content. Data were collected through a questionnaire measured using a 5-point Likert scale, covering variables such as short-form video content, brand engagement, and purchase intention. The results indicate that entertaining, informative, and authentic short-form videos significantly influence brand engagement, which in turn impacts consumer purchase intention. Furthermore, brand engagement was found to mediate the relationship between short-form video content and purchase intention. Dimensions of short-form video content, such as entertainment value, informative content, and authenticity, play an important role in attracting attention and enhancing consumer engagement. These findings provide practical insights for marketers to design more effective marketing strategies, especially in reaching Generation Z consumers who tend to be more selective in consuming content.

Abstract

Today's youth have received a qualified education. However, after graduating from school/college, youth still have the mindset of being a "job seeker". To change mindsets and motivate young people to become entrepreneurs, training is needed which is packaged in a community service activity conducted by a lecturer at the Putra Indonesia University "YPTK" Padang. The method for implementing Community Service activities consists of three stages of activity. The first stage of preparation includes pre-survey, team formation, preparation and submission of proposals, team and partner coordination and preparation of training tools and materials. The second stage is the screening stage, in the form of preparing speakers, ensuring complete supporting facilities and infrastructure, consumption, surprises and others. The third stage is the activity implementation stage. Providing material on the basics of becoming an entrepreneur, changing mindsets, developing youth interests and motivation to enter the world of entrepreneurship. After that, a discussion was held with the participants and it was revealed that the participants had begun to change their mindset and were eager to become entrepreneurs.
