Abstract

Student learning outcomes are influenced by various factors, one of which is the use of methods in teaching. Educational institutions need to more seriously consider teaching methods in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the influence of teaching methods on the learning outcomes of Ta'limul Qur'an students at SMP Khadijah Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method with a population of 439 students from grades IX, X, and XI. The sampling technique was carried out using the Quota Purposive Random Sampling method, where 20% of the population, or 88 students, were randomly selected. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The research location is at SMP Khadijah Surabaya, and data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis, the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ha was accepted. This indicates that there is a significant influence of teaching methods on the learning outcomes of students at SMP Khadijah Surabaya, with the contribution of teaching methods being 29.6% to the learning outcomes of Ta'limul Qur'an. These findings provide important insights into the influence of teaching methods on learning outcomes, particularly in the teaching of Ta'limul Qur'an.

Abstract

The implementation of tahfidzul Qur'an is very important in developing a generation that excels in religious knowledge. This research examines the tahfidzul Qur'an program at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim in increasing students' spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence obtained from Tahfidzul Qur'an includes: 1) Foundations of Faith; 2) Discipline and Patience; 3) Wisdom and Wisdom; 4) Calmness and Inner Peace; 5) Empathy and Compassion; 6) Connection with the Creator. This research aims to: 1) Understand the concept of implementing the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim Gondang Mojokerto; 2) Knowing the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim Gondang Mojokerto; 3) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in increasing students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim Gondang Mojokerto. This research is a deductive qualitative research that analyzes, observes and describes the research results in depth. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation at MTs Al-Jihadul Chakim Gondang Mojokerto with data sources from the head of tahfidz, tahfiz teachers, PAI teachers and students. The research results show that: 1) The tahfidzul Qur'an program is implemented with three contributions: memorizing what has been memorized, repeating previous memorization, and reciting binadzor to prepare for the next memorization; 2) Implementation of the tahfidzul Qur'an program has a positive impact on students' spiritual intelligence such as patience, selfmotivation, emotional control, responsibility, and increased worship; 3) Supporting factors: effective memorization methods, teacher qualifications, student motivation and personal awareness. Inhibiting factor: students' lack of fluency in reciting the Koran, especially new students.

Abstract

Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) is a strategic program that plays a significant role in community empowerment as well as student capacity development. This study examines the role of KKN in community life based on a literature review. The results show that KKN contributes to the development of community potential in the fields of economy, education, and health through innovations brought by students, such as training for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), literacy improvement, and health education.

Abstract

This study will look at the use of Card Sort media in the (STAD) Cooperative Learning paradigm to increase student engagement in Arabic language classes at MA Darul Ulum Waru. Arabic language subjects are also religious lessons, there needs to be activeness in them because students usually feel bored. The methodology used in this study is qualitative. Class X students who have difficulty understanding Arabic language material volunteered to be research subjects. Data were collected through observation and interviews. Interviews with students and one field supervisor who teaches Arabic. Then also see the results from when learning Arabic by implementing a different learning model, namely card sort. According to the study, the use of Card Sort media combined with the STAD learning approach significantly increases students' interest, activeness, and understanding of Arabic language subject matter and enthusiasm in learning. This increase can be seen from the way students participate in group discussions. Therefore, it is recommended that MA Darul Ulum Waru use this model to increase student activeness in learning Arabic. The uniqueness of the students is very enthusiastic, the interesting thing is that even though Arabic lessons can also use the card sort model, the importance of providing knowledge.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan membantu sosialisasi dampak negatif gadget bertujuan untuk mencegah dampak negatif yang timbul akibat penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan dan mengurangi penggunaannya pada anak-anak di Desa Tambaksawah Waru Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Hasil yang dicapai dari pengabdian ini adalah anak-anak dapat meminimalisir aktivitas bermain gadget, terlihat dari anak-anak lebih memilih bermain dengan teman sebaya di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya dari pada bermain gadget. Terdapat pemanfaatan waktu sepulang sekolah, terlihat dari anak-anak lebih aktif mengikuti kegiatan madin, mengaji iqro' al-qur'an, juz amma. mengoptimalkan minat belajar anak terlihat saat mereka mengikuti bimbingan belajar bersama tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat di sore hari atau pagi hari disaat mereka libur Sekolah hari dengan fokus, tidak menggunakan smartphone untuk bermain game atau melihat konten-konten youtube dan bermain Tik-Tok.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Role Playing dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak di kelas X MA Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo, mengukur efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Role Playing mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam memahami konsep Akidah Akhlak, serta memperkuat motivasi mereka dalam belajar. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan metode ini meliputi antusiasme siswa dalam berpartisipasi, keterlibatan aktif dalam diskusi, dan adanya apresiasi dari guru. Dengan demikian, metode Role Playing dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Optimalisasi pengelolaan waktu dan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel diperlukan agar penerapan metode ini lebih maksimal.

Abstract

MSMEs play a strategic role in the national economy, but amid the development of the digital era and the rise of online shops, many MSMEs have not optimally utilized visual branding strategies. This study aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs through community service activities in the form of logo rebranding assistance and online shop card creation for Basreng Bojot MSMEs. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a participatory approach, encompassing assessment, implementation, and post-activity evaluation stages. The results of the activity indicate that the updated logo, which is more representative, and the addition of an online shop card containing contact information and social media links have successfully enhanced the visual appeal of the products, strengthened the brand image, and facilitated interaction with consumers. Positive feedback from consumers and increased understanding among SME operators regarding design and branding indicate that rebranding has a significant impact on business development. This activity contributes to strengthening visual branding literacy among SME operators and serves as a reference for creativity-based marketing strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi akademik siswa pada jenjang pendidikan setingkat menengah atas. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai hasil penelitian relevan yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengidentifikasi pengaruh lingkungan belajar dari aspek fisik, sosial, serta dukungan keluarga dan  fasilitas pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar yang nyaman, aman, dan mendukung mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, konsentrasi, serta partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dukungan orang tua dan  ketersediaan sarana belajar juga berkontribusi positif terhadap pencapaian akademik. Meskipun terdapat variasi tingkat pengaruh dalam setiap penelitian, secara umum ditemukan bahwa lingkungan belajar memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendorong prestasi akademik siswa. Upaya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif baik dirumah maupun di sekolah menjadi langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada jenjang menengah atas.

Abstract

Writing is a kind of important skills. Moreover, writing skill is one of the main objectives in learning foreign language. However, students’ skill is still lowgrade in this writing skill. The condition of this lowgrade is not caused by the difficulty of foreign language writing but it is caused of the ineffective and unsupportive teaching tools and teaching media. The purposes of this study are: 1) to train the university students in developing of writing using simple and pleased sentences and also systematic structure. 2) to assist the university students in revision, editing, and correcting the articles. 3) to improve the university students’ skill in Arabic writing skill. This study applied qualitative and quantitative research especially experimental research in writing skill during teaching learning process using al-Asalib al-Balaghiyyah media. This teaching style consists of 4 levels. They are planning, action, observation, and reflection. Research data are from lecturers’ and university students’ activities during teaching learning process of writing skill and the university students’ articles of Arabic Classes Special Program in Islamic State University of Sunan Ampel, Surabaya especially semester 2, Class E and F.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan Apel Pagi terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SMA Jati Agung Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertempat di SMA Jati Agung Sidoarjo. Sumber data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah untuk mencari/mengumpulkan data kegiatan apel pagi dan mencari karakter siswa yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas tersebut dan dapat mempengaruhi karakter siswa. Sumber data sekunder yaitu data dokumentasi, gambar kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi yang dikumpulkan peneliti yaitu aktivitas siswa di lapangan pada saat apel pagi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi temuan bagi pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan dan memajukan SMA Jati Agung Sidoarjo.
