Abstract

Parenting is the maximum effort of parents given to children to become individuals with noble character. Parenting patterns or parenting in Islam, is a complete unity that comes from the attitude of parents towards young children in how to care for, educate, guide, and foster children optimally based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The role of parents as a foundation in the household greatly influences the growth and development of children's attitudes, because the beginning of a child's life is in the hands of parents, this is as the Prophet said "Every child is born in a state of fitrah, then both parents make him a Jew, a Christian, or a Magian" (HR. Bukhori). In addition, parents also have many advantages in educating children, such as being able to care for children all the time with love, and being able to pay attention to each of their developments. This is different from education in schools which only takes half a day and is structured.In Q.S An-Nisa: 9. Talk to them (children) gently, kindly, politely, and call them with pleasant nicknames, such as my son, my darling, etc. Meanwhile, in Q.S An-Nisa: 9 with the word falyattaqullah, which means "Be fearful of Allah" has the intention of being able to equip children with aqeedah. So based on the last verse in Q.S An-Nisa: 9 which reads wal yaquuluu qaulan sadiida, which means "and let them say the correct sentences". Based on the last paragraph, the responsibility of parents in educating children is to have good morals and say the right words.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servicescape, citra merek, lokasi, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Café Black and White Coffee, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan 96 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan kuesioner dengan skala Likert, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, keempat variabel yaitu servicescape, citra merek, lokasi, dan kualitas produk, masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan, keempatnya juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi aspek fisik, persepsi merek, kemudahan akses, dan mutu produk berperan penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman yang memuaskan bagi konsumen Café Black and White Coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of regional education policies to improve the understanding of the Qur'an in public elementary schools in South Labuhanbatu Regency. This policy is based on Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2015 concerning Improving Understanding of the Holy Book. The study used a naturalistic qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The results show that the Qur'an-based education policy is implemented through several main strategies: teacher recruitment based on religious competency, intensive training, the preparation of a standard syllabus, annual work contracts, and the implementation of Qur'an learning outside of main school hours. The success of this program is supported by the synergy between the local government, the Education Office, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, schools, and the community. The analysis shows that this policy is aligned with the principles of strategic management, transformational leadership, and systems theory, despite limitations in funding and teacher capacity. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of regional education policies as a model for improving Qur'an literacy in public elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of research to know teacher preparation in planning learning Al-quran read and write, described presentation weighting read write the Al-quran, to know of methods used teacher in learning Al-quran read and write, students in learning activity know read write Al-quran and supporting factors and read write an impediment to learning the Al-quran. While, as for research: a) material input for writer to add insight and knowledge in upgrading himself as a teacher, b) evaluation in the learning process for teachers of religion for the work done so far in learning al-quran read and write, c) Its input in order improve education material at SD Citra Al-Madina Padang. For answers to problems on the use writers field Research. To collect the data research, the use writers 80 survey to students and interview to teachers and headmaster at SD Citra Al-Madina. While the data the research is headmaster, teachers and adminitration. After data collected using is data tabulation. The conclusion that learning read and write Al-quran in Citra al Madina has been held well, then cause students to slow to be able to read the koran is teachers do not able to provide an homework, learning, no notes conclusion learning and students are not repeat the class in the house.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service focuses on the Existence of Islamic Boarding School Education for the Labuhanbatu Community, where this is carried out at the Darul Husna Langpayung Modern Islamic Boarding School, South Labuhanbatu Regency so that twelfth grade students, especially those who will leave Islamic boarding schools, can understand the role and existence of Islamic boarding schools, especially in Labuhanbatu. south. The sample in this activity was all students and teachers at the Darul Husna Langpayung Islamic Boarding School. The method in this service is a qualitative descriptive approach. Where the analysis developed by describing how the existence of Islamic boarding schools in South Labuhanbatu and can provide insight, discourse and evidence for the development of Islamic boarding schools, especially in South Labuhanbatu. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it is hoped that the existence of Islamic boarding schools will continue to grow. Because a strong foundation in religion is needed for the progress of the nation, especially the South Labuhanbatu area. The shared hope is that Islamic boarding schools must continue to exist in the midst of technological progress in today's society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan metode deskritif analisis yang datanya diperoleh melalui penelitian literer. Penelitian literer sumber datanya adalah materi Kompetensi Dasar Al-Qur’an Hadis Madrasah Aliyah pada Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 2676 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kurikulum 2013, serta buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Di samping itu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan silang (cross-sectional). Untuk mengolah data penulis menggunakan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan diambil dari analisis data berupa temuan karakteristik nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan obyektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam materi Kompetensi Dasar Al-Qur’an Hadis Madrasah Aliyah pada Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 2676 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kurikulum 2013, terkandung nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural, yaitu Nilai Demokrasi, Nilai Humanisme atau Kemanusiaan (humanisme), Nilai Pluralisme, Nilai Keadilan (al-‘Adalah), Nilai Kesamaan (as-Sawiyah), Nilai Kebebasan atau kemerdekaan (al-Hurriyah), Nilai Toleransi (Tasaamuh), Nilai Silaturrahim.

Abstract

Kehidupan keagamaan di sekolah tak ubahnya sebagai sebuah Laboratorium pluralisme. Begitu pula halnya SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Kanan Labuhanbatu Selatan, adalah sebuah lembaga pendidikan menengah yang merangkul berbagai macam peserta didik dengan berbagai macam latar belakang agama maupun etnis. Perbedaan latar belakang agama dan etnis Jika disikapi, disadari serta diterima dengan ketulusan hati, maka akan melahirkan sebuah masyarakat sekolah yang harmonis. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Realitas pluralitas agama, Upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Internalisasi nilai- nilai pluralitas Agama, Implementasi internalisasi nilai- nilai pluralitas Agama pada perilaku Siswa, Dan Implikasi Internalisasi nilai-nilai pluralitas agama pada prilaku siswa, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi:wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskripsi, reduksi, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, pelaksanaan pendidikan agama SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Kanan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan terdiri dari pendidikan formal (sekolah) dan pendidikan Non Formal, Kurikulum yang digunakan adalah KTSP. Kedua, Upaya yang dilakukan guru (PAI) dalam mengaktualisasikan nilainilai pluralitas Agama di antaranya dengan: 1) Melakukan pengembangan materi pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan cara mengembangkan silabus, 2) memberi kepahaman kepada siswa akan arti pluralitas agama secara mendalam melalui pelajaran agama Islam yang didasarkan pada Al-Qur'an dan Hadits, 3) melakukan bimbingan-bimbingan keagamaan di luar Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) di kelas, dan 4) mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai Pluralisme Agama kepada siswa dengan cara menjadi suri teladan yang baik. Ketiga Implementasi Pluralitas 1) Pembelajaran melalui pemberian materi, 2) Kegiatan Intra sekolah 3) Kegiatan Ekstra Sekolah 4) Menanamkan Hakikat Manusia sebagai Sifat Dasar 5) Akselerasi Informasi dan Komunikasi 6) Menyamakan Persepsi dan Membuat Kesepakatan 7) Dialog 8) Bersikap Adil keempat Implikasi Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Pluralitas Terhadap Prilaku Siswa 1) Mendukung perayaan keagamaan yang melibatkan siswa yang berbeda Agama sebagai panitia dalam hal kegiatan-keagamaan dan non keagamaan. 2) Selalu melakukan komunikasi dengan siswa tanpa membedakan agama ataupun ras dan suku bangsa 3) Guru sebagai teladan memberikan contoh yang baik 4) Guru agama selalu merespon positif inisiatif siswa dalam hal perayaan keagamaan tertentu yang melibatkan siswa yang berbeda agama 5) Pembinaan dialog antarumat beragama dalam kegiatan bersama di luar kelas.

Abstract

Covid-19 telah memberikan pelajaran penting bagi perusahaan-perusahaan terkaita hubungannya dengan pengelolaan SDM-nya, banyak perusahaan awalnya kewalahan menghadapi guncangan covid-19 terutama dalam memperhatikan keterampilan kerja dan kompensasi hingga hubungannya terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kemajuan perusahaan bergantung pada produktivitas kerja yang dihasilkan karyawannya melalui keterampilan kerja dan kompensasi yang diterimanya. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keterampilan kerja karyawan dimasa covid-19 masih memiliki  hubungan yang kuat dengan produktivitas kerja, sedangkan kompensasi tidak memiliki hubungan yang baik dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Perencanaan tenaga pendidik Untuk merencanakan tenaga pendidik yang harus dilakukan atau dibuat yaitu mengidentifikasi atau menganalisis terlebih dahulu bentuk pekerjaan, tugas, dan jabatan yang sangat urgent dibutuhkan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam recruitment dan penempatan posisi. Setelah merencanakan kebutuhan tenaga pendidik baik secara kuantitas dan kualitas barulah melakukan recruitment untuk mendapatkan calon-calon tenaga pendidik. Pengawasan tenaga pendidik di Sekolah di MTS.s Darul Falah Langgapayung Pengawasan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga pendidik bukan semata-mata untuk mencari kesalahan ataupun kesenjangan dari pelakasanaan dari rencana yang ada pada diri guru didalam waktu belajar mengajar atau diluar kelas pada saat menyusun Rencana Program Pembelajaran (RPP), Silabus, serta instrumen pendukung lainnya yang digunakan dalam mendukung pembelajaran di kelas. Pengawasan yang dilakukan terhadap guru terutama pada tenaga pendidik yang melibatkan beberapa pihak, diantaranya Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan Dinas Pendidikan. Mereka dilibatkan untuk membantu para tenaga pendidik dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang di alami oleh tenaga pendidik, baik didalam kelas maupun di luar kelas.

Abstract

The role and responsibilities of parents for preschool age children in an Islamic perspective are very important and very important in the development and formation of children's character and education because at this time it is very vital (golden age) for children's growth and development. , both in terms of physical growth, brain growth, and spiritual growth because at this time children will usually imitate what their parents do, whether their actions are good or bad. Therefore, parents must pay more attention to their children and educate them on good and positive things so that they become children who are beneficial to society, devoted to their homeland and nation. The research method in this journal was carried out by studying literature by analyzing theoretical data about the role of parents in children's Islamic education from an early age using various sources to form a comprehensive idea about how important the role of parents is in the formation of children. children's Islamic education is implemented. Since early stage. Every parent wants to educate their child well and successfully. They hope that their children will have the personality, faith and devotion to Allah AZZA WA JA'ALA. Children with noble character are filial to their parents and are beneficial to themselves, their family, society, homeland, state and religion. Efforts to educate children must start as early as possible so that children grow and develop into intelligent children. One of the earliest and most basic efforts is to pray to Allah AZZA WA JA'ALA, asking that the child who will be entrusted to us in the future will be a wise and devout child, and asking for guidance so that we will be given the ability to care for, care for and educate him in a way the good one. So, with the role and responsibility of parents in their children's Islamic religious education, children will become a successful generation in the afterlife and be able to serve their parents, homeland and nation.
