Abstract

The questions to be investigated in this research are as follows. (a) How do teachers' skills and performance improve when applying attention to bibliographic reading? b) What is the impact on teacher competence and productivity after maintaining enthusiasm and interest in learning? Furthermore, the objectives of this research are as follows. (a) After increasing interest in reading study guides in the library, the level of understanding and mastery of skills and teacher performance is known. (b) Want to know what impact your library will have on implementing educational promotions to increase interest in reading. This research uses two stages of action research. Each round consists of four stages: design, action and observation, reflection and iteration. This object is the MTs Islamiyah YPI Batang Kuis teacher. The data obtained is presented in the form of formative test results and study and learning activity management sheets. One. With the introduction of a program development model to organize the hobby of reading reference books in the library into educational effectiveness and comfort, new experience was gained in implementing the program and making education implementation plans for MTs Islamiyah YPI Batang Kuis teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss strategies for using media in education to enhance learning. This type of research is a literature review research, which uses the opinions of various experts in this study and analyzes various theories about teaching media and their impact on learning outcomes. The definition of educational media is anything that can channel and convey messages from sources such as people, materials, equipment or activities to create conditions for recipients (students) to successfully complete the learning process. Principles of teaching: 1) The method used by the teacher must be appropriate and oriented towards achieving learning objectives. 2) The media used must be relevant to the subject matter. 3) Teaching tools must be in accordance with the interests, perseverance, and circumstances of students. 4) The media used must focus on effectiveness and efficiency. 5) The support used must be in accordance with the work ability of the teacher. Teaching is more effective because teaching tools make it easier for students to understand and deepen the material presented to them and create coherent understanding that maximizes achievement and improves student outcomes and skills.

Abstract

Computer training plays an important role in improving human resources (HR) of village officials. This research aims to explore the impact of computer training on the ability and work efficiency of village officials. The methods used include surveys before and after training, direct observation, and in-depth interviews. The research results show that computer training significantly improves the technical skills of village officials, which contributes to increased productivity and services to the community. This training also builds self-confidence and increases technological understanding, which is important for adapting to increasingly digital work demands. Thus, computer training has proven to be an effective strategy in developing the human resource capacity of village officials, which, in turn, contributes to overall village progress and development.

Abstract

A business that is quite in demand is the clothing business. The need for clothing today is very important for humans. A person can look fashionable and more confident if they wear good clothes. In Indonesia, the fashion business is growing rapidly, as seen from the many stores and distributions that sell various kinds of clothing. Along with the development of the type of clothing, the competition for profits and customers is also increasing. Toko Andre is a type of trading business engaged in fashion and household needs, where this store sells women's, men's and children's clothing also sells other household needs, this study focuses on fashion. This business has many competitors with the same type of business, for it to influence consumer purchasing decisions is very necessary in the progress of this business, Andre stores must pay attention to how to attract consumers. Researchers see that there are several things that need to be considered to attract consumers, so that consumer purchasing decisions become more improved, such as price, product quality and brand image. These factors can be used as a strategy to improve consumer purchasing decisions in the face of competition and the sustainability of Andre's store business during this pandemic, especially.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to discuss the Implementation of the Counseling Guidance Program in Improving Career Decisions in the Economics Field for students at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the counseling guidance program at MAS YPI Batang Kuis has had a positive impact on students in making career decisions in the economic field. Individual counseling sessions, career seminars and industry visits have proven effective in increasing students' understanding of various career options and assisting them in the decision-making process. Although there are several obstacles such as limited human resources and lack of support from parents, overall this program has succeeded in achieving its goals. Analysis of the factors that influence the effectiveness of counseling guidance programs reveals that the availability and competence of counselors, support from the madrasah, active student participation, parental involvement, and the provision of accurate career information are key factors that need to be considered. Strong support from all related parties and a conducive madrasah environment also play an important role in supporting the success of the counseling guidance program. Based on the results of the case study at MAS YPI Batang Kuis, several recommendations for improving the counseling guidance program in other madrasas have been identified. Increasing the number and competence of counselors, support from madrasas and parents, as well as providing accurate and up-to-date career information are very important to achieve optimal effectiveness. Apart from that, active student participation and the quality of guidance activities must also continue to be improved to provide maximum benefits for students in the career decision making process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian Dimsum Rayyan Aek Nabara (Labuhanbatu). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode analisis regresi linier. Subjek penelitian ini adalah konsumen Dimsum Rayyan Aek Nabara yang berjumlah 60 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y secara parsial dan simultan. Nilai R-square koefisien determinasi penelitian sebesar 0,926% yang berarti keputusan pembelian (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2), lokasi (X3) dan kualitas pelayanan (X4) sebesar 92,60%, dan sisanya sebesar 7,4% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan uji statistik dengan sig. 0.000. Nilai Fhitungsebesar 172,963 lebih besar dari 2,39 dan sig. 0.000 < 0,005 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2), lokasi (X3) dan kualitas pelayanan (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Dimsum Rayyan Aek Nabara (Labuhanbatu).

Abstract

This article reviews electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) and the economy's changing business and workforce culture according to the digital paradigm. Based on the definitions and initial framework, the review analyzes the theory used. In diagnosing the ongoing transition to changing work relationships and business culture in the digital age, the study reveals an initial collection of work from a variety of disciplines, the majority of which employ diverse empirical methods and draw from various levels of analysis and e-HRM focus topics. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. The study's findings indicate that e-HRM offers significant advantages for organizational success, particularly in terms of work efficiency and effectiveness. E-HRM is intended for workers outside the HR department, as well as employees and organizational management. E-HRM enables HR applications to be accessed by personnel outside of the firm at any time and from any location. E-HRM is a transformation in an organization's business and worker culture. These changes include business process activities, workforce planning, recruitment, employee/payroll/employee leave information systems, evaluation and remuneration, performance and training, and employee development.

Abstract

Enhancing digital literacy is a crucial step in empowering MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in rural areas to face challenges and seize opportunities in the 5.0 era. Digital literacy equips business actors with the ability to effectively utilize technology, such as conducting online marketing, managing digitally-based businesses, and accessing relevant information for business development. Through computer training, MSME actors can improve their skills in operating technological devices and optimizing the use of digital platforms. This training also supports MSMEs in adapting to technological changes, expanding market access, and increasing competitiveness. Thus, computer training for digital literacy serves as a strategic initiative to drive the development of rural MSMEs, ultimately contributing to local economic growth and strengthening the digital ecosystem in Indonesia..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Teacher Learning Communities (TLC) in enhancing pedagogical competence and teacher professionalism in secondary schools in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection methods such as in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that TLCs play a significant role in assisting teachers in developing creative teaching strategies, improving classroom management skills, and expanding educational technology literacy. Additionally, TLCs encourage the development of teacher professionalism by increasing engagement in training and ongoing professional activities. Despite challenges such as time constraints and varying participation levels, structural support from schools, particularly in time management and motivation, is crucial to ensuring the sustainability and effectiveness of TLCs. This study concludes that TLCs hold great potential as a sustainable teacher professional development model, positively impacting the future quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam sebagai sarana penanaman nilai hukum Islam di MAS YPI Batang Kuis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam di madrasah ini telah berjalan dengan baik melalui pendekatan integratif, di mana nilai hukum Islam diajarkan tidak hanya dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih, tetapi juga dalam Akidah Akhlak dan Al-Qur'an Hadis. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan, seperti diskusi, studi kasus, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa dalam memahami hukum Islam. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran, di antaranya perbedaan latar belakang pemahaman siswa, kurangnya keterlibatan lingkungan keluarga, serta keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi inovatif, seperti optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi digital dan peningkatan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat, untuk mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran hukum Islam. Dengan perbaikan dalam aspek-aspek tersebut, diharapkan peserta didik tidak hanya memahami hukum Islam secara teoritis, tetapi juga mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai bagian dari karakter dan kebiasaan mereka.
