Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, the use of endorsements, influencers, marketing and social media has become an increasingly popular marketing strategy and is believed to be able to influence consumer behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of endorsements, influencers, marketing, and social media advertising on consumer purchasing decisions towards Pondok Hijau restaurants. The method used in this study is quantitative and data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 98 respondents who are customers of Pondok Hijau restaurants. The analysis method applied in this study is the multiple linear regression technique using SmartPLS as a tool. The research findings indicate that endorsements, influencers, marketing, and advertising on social media platforms have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, both individually and simultaneously. From this study, the most dominant is endorsement at 0.276 or 27.6%. The results of the R2 test as evidence that it is able to explain the dependent variable that has been studied, namely the consumer purchasing decision variable of 0.722 or 72.2%. This finding provides important implications for business actors in designing effective promotional strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

In creating engaging learning experiences, educators need skills in using digital media in teaching. One effort that can be implemented to address the conditions present in the school environment during this era of advancing digital technology, and to attract students' interest in learning, is designing and developing multimedia-based instructional media. To achieve this objective, it is necessary to conduct training and provide assistance to educators. This training is conducted by introducing and offering tutorials on the use of Microsoft Office software and educational film screenings. The results of this community service include improved understanding among educators regarding the development of multimedia-based instructional media, enhanced ability to apply software in creating learning materials through discussions and Q&A sessions, and increased student interest in the teaching and learning process at school.

Abstract

Performance in human resource research is always a reference or choice of topics with quite high intensity, so that almost all academics and universities in the world are favorites to choose this topic. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Agency. The number of people registered at this Agency is 67, consisting of Civil Servants and contracts with sampling using a census. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (Google Form). The data analysis tool used is path analysis with SmartPLS. The results of the hypothesis testing show that the variables of competence and work motivation in this study do not have a significant effect on employee performance at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Agency. At the same time, the work discipline variable is a variable that tends to strongly influence employee performance at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Agency.

Abstract

This study will discuss the phenomenon of symbolic ecology to describe the diversity of objects found in the poetry "Aku, Hutan jati, dan Indonesia" as well as to analyze the symbolic meaning and philosophy for each object deemed to imply the relationship between the diversity of objects and the environment in Indonesia. This study aimed to provide representations of the symbolic ecological phenomena found in the poem The Aku, Hutan jati, dan Indonesia" and uncover the philosophy of symbolic meanings about the environment and Indonesia's manner of viewing the symbols. This study analyzed the poem "Aku, Hutan jati, dan Indonesia" by Jacinta Kurniasih. This study used an ecolinguistic design, in which the data analysis process used an ecolinguistic framework, and the data interpretation used a cultural semiotics framework. The results of this study indicated that the poet's environmental concern was expressed through the adoption of macrocosm objects and flora. The results of this study proved that language can be used to inspire by conveying humanistic messages for protecting the ecosystems, which have provided benefits to human life and prevented natural disasters from happening. It is also suggested that people should care for fellow human beings and the surrounding nature that has contributed to the continuation of human life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan administrasi, transparansi biaya, dan kenyamanan lingkungan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Bilah Hulu. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peningkatan mutu pelayanan publik dalam rangka mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari sejumlah responden yang pernah mengakses layanan di kantor camat tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen kualitas pelayanan administrasi, transparansi biaya, dan kenyamanan lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagian perencanaan pemerintah kecamatan dalam merancang strategi peningkatan pelayanan yang lebih efektif yang berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat.
