Abstract

Purpose –This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment together and individually on the performance of J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. Design/methodology –This type of research is associative, using a saturated sample of 50 J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination.  Findings - The research results show that work discipline, work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of J&T Express employees, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of Station CCTV Palembang Branch.Design/methodology–The type of research used is associative research. The independent variables in this research are motivation and work environment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study included all permanent employees at the Station CCTV Palembang Branch, totaling 50 people, with a sample of 33 respondents using the Slovin 10% formula, with a sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling. Primary data in this research was obtained from questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from documentation. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), and coefficient of determination.Findings - The results of the F test (simultaneous) prove that there is a significant influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of Station CCTV Palembang Branch. The results of the t test (partial) prove that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance, and there is a significant influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of Station CCTV Palembang Branch. The results of the coefficient of determination show that motivation and work environment are able to contribute to increasing the performance of employees at Station CCTV Palembang Branch, amounting to 78.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Proses terhadap Keputusan Pembelian kartu XL Axiata di Desa Pengabuan Timur. Jenis penelitian ini Asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Keputusan Pembelian, Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Proses. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 sampel yang diambil dengan metode cluster sampling. Data utama yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji F dan t serta Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian dari regresi linear berganda membuktikan bahwa Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Proses berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu XL Axiata di Desa Pengabuan Timur. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Proses terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. secara parsial membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Proses terhadap Keputusan Pembelian kartu XL Axiata di Desa Pengabuan Timur. Hasil Koefisien Determinasi membuktikan bahwa variabel Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Proses mampu berkontribusi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 59,4 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used is associative. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Population in research at PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas has 102 employees, and the sample number is 51 employees. The analysis of data used in this study is qualitative quantitative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, f Test, t test and coefficient of determination with a significant level of 10%. The results showed that there is a significant influence of workload and work environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Partially shows there is a significant influence of workload or work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas. The result of the coefficient of determination adjusted R square is 0.529, this means that the workload and work environment are able to contribute to Employee Job Satisfaction by 52.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak e-commerce in Baturaja Timur District simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative research. The population is infinite and the sample is 100 respondents. The data used are Primary and Secondary data, using questionnaire and documentation data collection methods. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, F and t Hypothesis Tests, and the Determination Coefficient. The results show that there is a positive influence of Product Quality, Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak e-commerce in Baturaja Timur District.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and competence on employee performance in Bukit Asam, Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. This type of research is associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Kertapati Jetty Unit, South Sumatra, totalling 113 employees, and the samples taken in this study were 84 respondents with the sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. The analytical method used is qualitative, which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test and coefficient of Determination. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the Kuesioner method. Data analysis techniques are performed with multiple linear regression. The Results showed that (1). there is a significant influence on work discipline (X1), organizational culture (X2) and competence (X3) on employee performance (Y) of PT. Both simultaneously and partially, Bukit Asam Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. (2). The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Competence have a positive relationship direction for employee performance in Bukit Asam Tbk company, Kertapati pier unit, South Sumatera (3). The results of the coefficient of Determination of work discipline, organizational culture and competence can only contribute to changes that occur in employee performance with a significant contribution of 79.5%.
