Abstract

Payageli village hamlet 1 is a village in Deli Serdang with a majority Muslim community. However, most Muslims in this village still do not understand sharia-based banks. Sharia banks are commercial institutions whose function is to collect public money and distribute money to the public with commercial operational systems and mechanisms based on Islamic law specified in the Al-Quran and Hadith. This research aims to provide information regarding the views of the village community regarding sharia banking. This research uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The conclusion of this research shows that the Payageli village community is aware of the existence of sharia banks. However, the people in this village still lack knowledge about the products and services available at sharia banks and there is a lack of education about sharia banking so that the people in this village are comfortable with conventional banks.

Abstract

Eksploitasi anak jalanan merupakan masalah sosial yang kompleks dan memerlukan perhatian serius dari berbagai pihak, termasuk dalam perspektif hukum Islam atau fiqih jinayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk-bentuk eksploitasi yang dialami oleh anak jalanan serta bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap mereka dalam kerangka fiqih jinayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pakar hukum Islam dan praktisi sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksploitasi anak jalanan dapat berupa eksploitasi ekonomi, seksual, dan fisik. Dalam fiqih jinayah, eksploitasi anak dikategorikan sebagai tindakan kriminal yang harus mendapatkan sanksi tegas. Perlindungan terhadap anak jalanan dalam fiqih jinayah mencakup hak-hak dasar anak, seperti hak untuk hidup, hak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan, dan hak untuk dilindungi dari segala bentuk kekerasan dan eksploitasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara hukum positif dan hukum Islam dalam upaya memberikan perlindungan yang komprehensif bagi anak jalanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan bahasa gaul di media sosial yang menyebabkan pergeseran makna dan eksperesi identitas dengan kajian semantik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang ditandai dengan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui simak dan catat. Metode penyimakan digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana makna kata berubah. Dalam konteks ini, kata "menyimak" mengacu pada pemahaman bahasa tertulis daripada bahasa lisan. Data tingkat kalimat yang termasuk pergeseran semantik digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Sumber data didapat dari media sosial seperti Instagram, X, dan TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pergeseran makna dalam bahasa gaul di media sosial banyak ditemui, bahkan pergeseran makna ini terjadi pada percakapan sehari-hari dan ekspresi Identitas penggunaan bahasa gaul dapat menunjukkan individualis dan kreativitas dari seseorang yang menggunakannya. Kajian semantik terhadap pergeseran makna bahasa gaul dan ekspresi identitas di media sosial memberikan wawasan penting tentang dinamika bahasa dan budaya di era digital.

Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan As-Syifa’ul Qalbi Langkat adalah sebuah Yayasan yang anggota Kelompoknya terdiri dari para Pemuka agama. Berdirinya Yayasan ini di prakarsa oleh Kepala Desa, yang merasa bertanggung jawab untuk menjalankan program Pemerintah dalam pemberantasan narkotika di Indonesia, khususnya di Desa Tapak Kuda. Desa Tapak Kuda yang merupakan jalur bebas terjadinya transaksi narkotika melalui laut. Dampak hukum bagi pecandu dan pemakai narkotik. Tidak mendapatkan pelayanan rehabilitasi dari negara, cara pencegahaanya dari bahaya serta penangananya, tidak adanya relawan narkotika  dan kurangya pengawasan dari pihak berwajib. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dengan melakukan : Metode pelaksanaan, Metode Implementasi, Metode Partisipatori dan Metode Pendekatan. Selain itu team juga melakukan  metode observasi atau wawancara pada kegiatan survey untuk mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang menjadi permasalahan. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas  serta Pentingnya pengabdian ini, maka tim pengusul menawarkan solusi permasalahan kepada anggota audiens yakni 1. Memberikan Edukasi dan mengsosalisasikan tentang Implementasi Undang-Undang Narkotik Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotik, 2. Memberikan edukasi dan mengsosalisasikan pentingnya komunikasi Terapeutik korban penyalagunaan narkotik. 3. Memberikan Sosalisasi dan Edukasi tentang pengaruh narkotik kepada perekonomian korban penyalagunaan narkotik

Abstract

Introduction: One of the important academic issues is in the form of a judge's decision in Case Number 811/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Medan, in the form of ratification of inherited objects. Its implementation is contrary to Article 24 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, The highest judicial power is exercised by the Supreme Court in UU no. 5 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law Number 14 of 1985 concerning the Supreme Court, Law Number 5 of 2004, due to Pergub) Number 117 of 2019 as executor of Minister of Finance Regulation Number 32/PMK.03/2005 regulates profit sharing central and regional governments, Number 186/PMK/07/2010 and Number 53 of 2010 concerning the application of tax rates for the acquisition of land and building rights (BPHTB), as well as stipulating Regional Regulation (Pergub) Number 60 of 2021, not all of which can be processed as objects inheritance.Purposes of the Research:  To analyze the Legal Basis for the Electronic/Online Integrated Service System Organized by the National Land Agency of North Jakarta Administrative City based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of National Land Agency RI Number 5 of 2017 concerning Electronic/Online Land Information Services , regarding the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister (Permen) of Agrarian and Spatial Planning of the Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2017 as the legal basis for the electronic/online Integrated Service System organized by the North Jakarta Administrative City Land Agency.Methods of the Research: This research method is normative-empirical with a case approach, statutory approach and comparative approach. The theories used are the theory of legal certainty, the theory of justice and the maqashid syari'ah theory. Primary data used are interviews, documentation and observation, secondary data is the Koran Hadith, laws, books and journals.Results of the Research: The results of the research are based on a. The legal basis for the Integrated Electronic/Online Service System Organized by the North Jakarta Administrative City National Land Agency (BPN), b. Implementation of the Integrated Service System (SiPandu) at the North Jakarta Administrative City National Land Agency (BPN), c. Abstract

This study aims to explore teachers’ reflections on the use of animation media in teaching Islamic Religious Education at SMP Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, where data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the use of animation media has a positive impact on student engagement, understanding of religious concepts, and creates a more engaging learning atmosphere. Teachers also faced challenges related to technological readiness and limited resources. Nevertheless, they believe that animation media effectively helps convey Islamic teachings in a more visual, interactive, and contextual manner. The study recommends enhancing teacher training in digital media usage and developing animation content aligned with the Islamic Education curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the planning of Islamic educational media to improve young children's understanding of the concept of Tawheed at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings revealed that teachers and curriculum planners adopted a collaborative, thematic, and developmentally appropriate approach to media selection and usage. Media such as nasheeds, illustrated storybooks, and visual aids were intentionally planned to simplify the abstract concept of Tawheed for early childhood learners. The study also highlights the role of parental involvement, repetition, and the alignment of content with children's daily experiences. Overall, the research confirms that well-planned Islamic educational media significantly enhance children’s comprehension and internalization of core Islamic beliefs, particularly the oneness of Allah (Tawheed).

Abstract

ASN is an abbreviation for State Civil Apparatus. ASN is a term for professions that work under the auspices of government agencies at both the central and regional levels. This regulation of rights and obligations is a form of state intervention in the regulation of ASN. In implementing the AAUPB (general principles of good government) ASN Law, it was found that there were differences in the rights and obligations of PNS and PPPK. According to Article 21 of the ASN Law, civil servants have the right to receive salaries, allowances, holidays, old age security, protection, and increased qualifications. Meanwhile, according to Article 22, PPPK has the right to receive salary allowances, holidays, protection, and competency development. A very significant difference in the rights that PPPK does not receive is pension and old-age security. Based on this law, this research aims to provide a general overview of the pension calculations that will be received by PPPK using the EAN and PUC methods, so that of these two methods, which method is better for the number of normal contributions and actuarial obligations for participants and agencies between EAN and PU? Based on the calculation results, the method PUC (Project Unit Credit) is more suitable to use because there is no significant difference between normal contributions and actuarial obligations, so it can be profitable for both parties.

Abstract

General Background: Investment decisions are often influenced by macroeconomic variables, among which commodity price fluctuations, such as gold, are prominent. Specific Background: In the context of Islamic banking, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) offers a gold installment product that has seen varied customer responses amidst volatile gold prices. Knowledge Gap: Despite the popularity of gold-based investment products, limited empirical studies address how gold price fluctuations affect customer investment behavior in this specific setting. Aims: This study aims to analyze the extent to which gold price fluctuations influence customer decisions to invest in the gold installment product at BSI KCP Medan A.H Nasution. Results: Using a quantitative method with 71 randomly selected respondents from a population of 250, and applying various statistical tests including hypothesis testing, the findings indicate that gold price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.597. Novelty: The study provides empirical evidence linking gold price volatility with investment choices in Islamic gold installment products, a relatively underexplored area. Implications: These results underscore the importance for Islamic financial institutions to monitor gold market dynamics closely, as they significantly shape customer investment decisions. Highlights: Fluctuating gold prices significantly affect customer investment decisions. 59.7% of investment behavior is explained by gold price trends. Abstract

This qualitative research, using the analytical description approach, aims to analyze the role of the media in matching a past tense verb and its pronoun with singing methods in training students’ speaking skills. Observations were made by collecting data on the problems faced by students in learning past verbs and pronouns, as well as designing the media to match past verb with pronoun with the method of singing in the process of recognition, pronunciation and comprehension up to the articulation stage. The results of the research were that out of 20 students in the eighth grade of MTS Dar Al-Ihsan, only 5 people understood the past tense verb and its pronoun and could answer correctly. After applying this method, almost all students were able to correctly identify the verb whose use corresponds to the pronoun and were more fluent in pronouncing a past tense verb with the pronoun using the singing method.
