Abstract

As technological developments become more advanced, more and more universities are emerging with computer technology-based study programs. One of them is the Computer Science (Software Engineering) Study Program at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). In this study program, students gain several skills and one of them is the ability to carry out data analysis, where these skills have great opportunities in work and business. In running a business, participants need to gain knowledge of management and financial management both in theory and practice, so that the data analysis business they run can achieve profits. Pamulang University and UMT have collaborated in the field of Tridharma of Higher Education with number: 041033/MOU/2021/4158. Based on this, Pamulang University and UMT carry out Community Service (PkM) activities. In this activity, participants gain insight into the key to success in running a data analysis business as well as skills in making simple financial report books consisting of: cash book, income statement and balance sheet.

Abstract

Penentuan rute optimal sangat penting dalam pendistribusian barang atau jasa karena dapat menekan biaya dan waktu pada proses pendistribusian. PT. ASSA Logistics merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang logistik/pengiriman barang-barang konsumen belum menyadari pentingnya penentuan rute yang optimal. Metode saving matrix merupakan salah satu metode dalam Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) untuk mendapatkan rute yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukkan rute, perbandingan total jarak, dan penghematan biaya transportasi sebelum dan setelah menerapkan metode saving matrix di PT. ASSA Logistics. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh rute usulan sebanyak 4 rute, dari yang sebelumnya 8 rute. Lalu total jarak yang ditempuh sebelum menggunakan metode saving matrix adalah 244,8 KM. Namun setelah menerapkan metode saving matrix adalah sebesar 155,3 KM. Didapatkan penghematan jarak sebesar 89,5 KM atau 37% dari total jarak yang ditempuh dengan menggunakan rute/solusi awal. Dan penghematan biaya transportasi sebesar Rp. 216.794,- atau 43% dari total biaya transportasi dengan rute sebelum menggunakan metode saving matrix.

Abstract

Semburat Digital Printing mengembangkan bisnisnya pada usaha percetakan, pada jaman sekarang bisnis percetakan mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat, hal ini mengakibatkan persaingan pada usaha percetakan semakin ketat, sehingga konsumen semakin teliti dalam membeli serta memilih produk dan jasa yang dibutuhkan dalam memenuhi apa yang diinginkan. PT. Semburat Digital Printing beroprasi dengan memberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan semua pelanggan. PT. Semburat Digital Printing merupakan usaha percetakan yang menyediakan berbagai keperluan cetak untuk pelanggan, dan memberikan pelayanan untuk pelanggan, namun tidak seluruh pelayanan mendapatkan respon dengan baik oleh konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan dan bagaimana cara menurunkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan oleh PT. Semburat Digital Printing di Kabupaten Tangerang Provinsi Banten, dengan menggunakan metode service quality (SERVQUAL) dan importance performance analysis (IPA). Hasil yang dicapai adalah tingkat kepuasan secara keseluruhan sebesar 92% atau di sebut dengan kategori sangat puas, tetapi ada beberapa sisi pelayanan dari beberapa nilai gap yang diperoleh sangat tinggi antara persepsi dan ekspektasi, sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan pelayanan dengan analisis 5W + 1H agar manajer perusahaan dapat bekerja sama dengan customer service sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

The plumbing installation process often harbors potential risks that can lead to workplace accidents. Considering the serious consequences of workplace accidents both in terms of health and economy, there are six types of workplace accidents in the plumbing installation process: foot crushed by a pipe, hand cut by a cutting tool blade, eyes exposed to welding smoke, burnt by hot welding slag, sparked by friction between iron and a cutting blade, and leg scratched by the edge of a pipe. This study aims to analyze workplace accident incidents during the plumbing installation process using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method with the hope of identifying the root causes of the accidents and formulating recommendations to improve work safety. The FTA method allows for the development of a systematic model that illustrates the cause-and-effect relationships of system failures and their components. The primary advantage of using FTA is its ability to provide a comprehensive understanding of complex accident scenarios by breaking them down into simpler basic events. The novelty of this research lies in its application of FTA specifically to the plumbing installation process, which has not been extensively explored in previous studies. The results identified that the cause of eyes exposed to welding fumes led to 11 basic events, while the mocus analysis revealed 7 basic events with 11 failure combinations.

Abstract

Sumber Maju Motor is a service workshop for making custom motorcycle frames that modify the original form of a manufacturer's motorcycle frame to suit the wishes of the motorcycle owner. In the Sumber Maju Motor Workshop, there are various kinds of problems that occur. One of them is the problem that occurs several times, namely work accidents when working on the manufacture of motorcycle parts due to the K3 program not yet running. The research entitled ANALYSIS OF HAZARD CONTROL USING JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS AND FAULT TREE ANALYSIS METHODS INCUSTOM MOTOR FRAME MANUFACTURING (Case Study at Sumber Maju Motor Workshop). This study aims to identify the causes of work accidents that occur and apply the K3 system during the process of working on a custom motorcycle frame with the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method in an effort to control hazards or risks arising from the work carried out and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to find the source of the most basic cause of an accident at work. Based on the results of the JSA, control of work accidents by procuring PPE for its employees in order to support occupational safety and health when doing work for each employee and the discipline of each employee in prioritizing work safety. While the results of the FTA analysis on the risk of being scratched by sharp edges, shortness of breath, and hearing loss are caused by various factors including equipment factors, work environment factors, and human factors that can cause work accidents.
