Abstract

Abstrak – Dengan adanya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh para guru dan pendidik lainnya diharapkan dapat membangkitkan semangat belajar dan minat belajar serta motivasi belajar yang akan muncul dalam diri siswa. Maka dari itu pentingnya ada media pembelajaran yang harus diterapkan dalam setiap proses pembelajaran karena selain sebagai alat bantu dalam mengajar, media pembelajaran juga akan menjadikan proses pengajaran lebih menarik, lebih jelas, informasinya juga dengan cepat dipahami. Tahapan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dan observasi, identifikasi, pembuatan storyboard, pembuatan media, dan pemberian bantuan media kepada pihak sekolah. Dengan menggunakan fasilitas teknologi, pembuatan media pembelajaran berupa media audio visual dan media grafis atau media gambar yang dimana audio visual dan media gambar. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada guru, membuat guru senang karena sudah memiliki media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran, dan perkembangan peserta didik.Kata kunci: media belajar, guru, audiovisual, storyboard

Abstract

Abstrak – Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan bagi para siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Polman untuk dapat membuat daftar pustaka secara otomatis menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Melalui penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley yang baik dan tepat, maka siswa dapat mencari referensi dari artikel- artikel ilmiah sekaligus membuat perpustakaan online. Untuk kedepannya, dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang aplikasi Mendeley diharapkan siswa mampu mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang cara penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pertama yakni tahap persiapan yang terdiri dari observasi lapangan, pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi pelatihan dan penyusunan bahan/materi pelatihan; tahap kedua yakni instalasi dan penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley; dan tahap ketiga yakni evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh pemateri. Indikator kegiatan ini dikatakan berhasil adalah apabila peserta mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa, siswa sudah mengetahui fungsi dari aplikasi Mendeley dan juga sudah mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley.Kata kunci: Mendeley, aplikasi, otomatis, pelatihan

Abstract

Service quality is a condition where a dynamic relationship is created between users and service providers. This research aims to determine the views or perceptions of the community in receiving administrative services at the Pattaneteang Village Office, Dusun Bungeng, Bantaeng Regency. Using descriptive qualitative research with the type of field research. Researchers use data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data used includes the Village, Village staff, and the community. Meanwhile, secondary data is data sourced from the Village Office which is related to the research. The research results found that the benchmark indicators for satisfaction are simplicity, certainty of time, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, then access and discipline. The influencing factors are supporting factors with the existence of guidelines for implementing administration, as well as being supported by data-based village development innovations and digital maps which make it easier for village officials to publish village books. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are limited facilities and infrastructure and low public awareness of the importance of completing personal identity documents. This research can be used as a reference for knowledge, and understanding, and also a benchmark in knowing the community's views on receiving administrative services in Pattaneteang Village. The service process at the Pattaneteang Village office applies a digitalization system. Of course, this is unique considering that the label "DESA" has become a polemic when discussing technology. Services with this system are continuously developed from year to year by Village officials to ensure community satisfaction is a priority

Abstract

Archives role an important role in the smooth running of organizational activities, namely as a source of information and as a memory center for members of the organization. This study aims to determine how the management of electronic archives at the PT. Makassar Grace Service. To find out these objectives, the researchers set 3 (three) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection through the interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques that include three simultaneous activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the management of electronic archives at the office of PT. Jasa Raharja Makassar, Overall, it is concluded that the management of employee records is not fully electronic. This is viewed from each indicator starting from the archive arrangement indicator whose results are arranged based on the date classification code on the system, the archive storage indicator whose results show employees store data in two places, namely the application and database, the archive retrieval indicator whose results are inputted into the system. and the required files will appear, archive maintenance indicators whose results do not exist specifically to maintain this electronic archive, archive security indicators whose results are contained in the system and include part of IT tasks, archive shrinkage indicators whose results have not been carried out because the system is still new and The data is still active.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the discussion learning method, the description of students' learning interests, and the effect of the discussion learning method on students' learning interest at SMKN 1 Watansoppeng. This research is a quantitative research with a symmetric associative ex-post facto design that uses descriptive and inferential statistical tools. the sample in this study amounted to 80 people with random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The test results show that the discussion learning method is in the very good category and the students' learning interest is in the good category. In the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate and there is influence between the two variables. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant effect of the discussion learning method on students' learning interest at SMKN 1 Watansoppeng.

Abstract

Leadership is an important element in a company, because without leadership a company will experience setbacks. A leader has different characteristics in leading his subordinates. This leader's behavior is called leadership style. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on the performance of employees in PD. Greater Makassar Parking. This research is a quantitative research that shows causation. The sample in this study were 51 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique and 3 informants. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. The results showed that the democratic leadership style was in the "Very Good" category while the employee's performance was in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis it was concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of democratic leadership style on employee performance. Choosing the right leadership style will have a good impact on the company. The results of this study state that the democratic leadership style tends to be open with employees, this can improve an employee's performance because they are able to work together and provide direct opinions with leaders. Abstract

Good records management plays an important role in organizational effectiveness, especially in administrative governance, namely supporting the availability of information effectively and efficiently, as planning material, policy-making material, control function, decision-making, evaluation, and accountability material. In reality, there are still many agencies that pay little attention to archive management which deviates from archival regulations. This research aims to determine the archival system in administrative governance, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors in the archival system in office administrative governance at the Maccini Sombala Village Head Office, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research to explore all the information and information obtained in detail during the research process. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, reduction, data presentation, and verification. The test results show that the archive system in administrative management at the Maccini Sombala Village Head Office, Makassar City, which includes dynamic archive management, has not been implemented effectively. This is due to the archive storage process being not optimal, namely using only one filing cabinet for all types of archives so that the archives can get scattered. The lack of attention from archival staff regarding archive supervision also means that archives are still piled up on office desks. Supporting factors for fast archive services, so that incoming archives can be processed immediately. The inhibiting factor for the archive system is limited facilities and infrastructure for managing and maintaining archives

Abstract

Management is a series of activities carried out by someone who has the function and purpose of achieving a goal of the organization. Good records management supports the achievement of an organization's goals. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of records management at the Makassar State Administrative Court. This study used a qualitative descriptive research study, while the number of informants in this study were five people with data collection techniques using the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. the data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques in this study using data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of Archive Management at the Makassar State Administrative Court is seen as a whole good and effective. This can be seen from the fulfillment of the indicators that are aspects of the assessment, namely storage and arrangement of archives, securing archives, maintaining archives, preventing damage to archives, and an archive depreciation system

Abstract

The role of teachers in forming the entrepreneurial character of class x students at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali. This research aims to determine the role of teachers in forming the entrepreneurial character of class x students at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali. This research is quantitative research that shows cause and effect. The sample in this study was 51 students at Polewali State Vocational School 1 using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The research results show that the teacher's role is in the "Very good" category with 4 indicators, namely educator, mentor, teacher, and motivator. Meanwhile, the entrepreneurial character formation of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali is in the "Very good" category with 3 indicators, namely optimistic, responsible, and paying attention to quality. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the role of teachers in the formation of the entrepreneurial character of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Polewali

Abstract

Upaya optimalisasi dan peningkatan efisiensi proses pembelajaran, beberapa faktor yang membutuhkan perhatian guna memastikan proses pembelajaran terlaksana secara efektif, diantaranya: keberadaan kepemimpinan yang terampil, identifikasi kebutuhan individual yang beragam dari para peserta didik, ketersediaan tenaga pendidik yang memadai, serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan konteks pembelajaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh ketersediaan tenaga pendidik terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan tenaga pendidik berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik” meliputi tiga indikator yaitu kualifikasi guru, kompetensi guru, rasio antara guru dan murid. Sedangkan efektivitas pembelajaran berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan lima indikator yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran di kelas, penggunaan media pembelajaran di kelas, pengelolaan kelas, evaluasi pengajaran, dan interaksi antara guru dengan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara ketersediaan tenaga pendidik terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Pembelajaran, Tenaga Pendidik.
