Abstract

The payment system has undergone transformation due to technological advances in the financial industry, especially with the introduction of e-money or electronic money. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, the entity responsible for issuing banknotes in Indonesia, promotes its products under the BNI TapCash brand. The main purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the perception of benefits and perceptions of convenience in the decision to use BNI TapCash. This study uses a verifiative descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. The methodology used is multiple linear regression techniques. The population sample of this study consisted of 102,706 BNI TapCash registered users in Indonesia who are members of the Nctzen Indonesia Facebook page. A sample of 104 people was selected using a random sampling approach known as direct random selection. The participants were BNI TapCash users who were given questionnaires to collect primary data. Data and related discussions display the perception of benefits and perceptions of convenience from BNI TapCash have a considerable influence on its utilization decisions. This can mean that users tend to use BNI TapCash when they have a positive perception of the convenience and benefits provided by the system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. This research design uses a quantitative method on the customer population of Djody Motor workshop from August 2022 to December 2022 totaling 134 people with a sample of 100 consumers based on the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. Data collection through a Google form questionnaire was processed using SPSS 22.0. The results of the study showed that the effect of price on service quality was 89%, which means it has a very strong and positive relationship, the effect of price on customer satisfaction was 39.3%, service quality on customer satisfaction was 36%, the results of the analysis of price and service quality had a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction of 53.58%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction at CV. Arsana Sentosa, manufacturer of ASTA brand fire extinguishers in Karawang. Using descriptive quantitative methods and multiple linear regression analysis, this research found that of the three independent variables tested, only brand image had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality, although having a positive relationship, do not show a statistically significant effect. These results indicate that a strong brand image plays a more important role in increasing consumer satisfaction than product and service quality. Therefore, CV. Arsana Sentosa is advised to focus on strategies to improve its brand image through effective marketing campaigns, product innovation and improving service quality. With this approach, companies can increase consumer satisfaction and maintain a competitive position in the market.

Abstract

Students who study while working need to have a work-life balance. This is to ensure a smooth balance between their study and work lives. This study explains how online learning impacts the work-life balance of students who study while working and whether students are able to achieve work-life balance when faced with concurrent coursework and work assignments. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Participants were selected using a purposive sampling method on a homogeneous sample. The participants were three students. Data collection techniques included observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis used coding, categorization, and themes. The results of this study explain the existence of work-life balance strategies among students who study while working, the various reasons why students want to study while working, and the difficulties experienced by students while working. Thus, each individual has a work-life balance strategy when carrying out study while working.

Abstract

This study aims to identify competency gaps among employees at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek and to design relevant training programs based on a Training Needs Analysis (TNA). A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, using interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the training programs previously implemented have not fully addressed the actual needs in the field. Several issues were identified, including limited understanding of ISO-based risk mitigation, difficulties in troubleshooting machinery, insufficient knowledge of renewable energy technologies, and weak business risk analysis and environmental compliance. Based on the TNA, this study recommends five training programs: machine inspection and maintenance, ISO-based risk analysis, energy audit and industrial efficiency, business and financial risk management, and sustainability strategies and environmental regulation. These training programs are regularly designed to align with the specific needs of each division. The results of this research are expected to support the company in improving the effectiveness of human resource development and training, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and industrial sustainability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh akurasi, disiplin, dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja karyawan di The Grand Outlet Karawang Store. Masalah timbul akibat fluktuasi pencapaian kinerja dan rendahnya disiplin serta profesionalisme sebagian karyawan. Ketiga variabel ini diduga menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja di lingkungan kerja ritel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 164 karyawan, dan sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Isaac & Michael dengan jumlah akhir 122 responden melalui sampling acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akurasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, disiplin dan profesionalisme memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa akurasi, disiplin, dan profesionalisme secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,600 menunjukkan bahwa 60% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara 40% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

Goyang Karawang is one of the nicknames given to the city of Karawang, apart from "Granary Rice", and "Industrial City" Can "Goyang Karawang" be used as a brand for the Karawang Tourism City? The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether "Goyang Karawang" can be used as a brand of Karawang tourist city. The research method used a qualitative single case study method, namely; collecting, presenting, analyzing, triangulating, and testing validity and making conclusions and suggestions. Data analysis in the field used the Milles and Hubberman model, with the number of informants consisting of 6 internal informants and 10 external informants taken randomly from Karawang tourist visitors. The results of the study showed that "Goyang Karawang" is not a brand of Karawang tourist city but only a nickname attached to Karawang due to cultural factors, traditions, and customs of a region that always presents the charm of jaipong as a dance art in Karawang. "Goyang Karawang" cannot be used as a brand of Karawang tourist city because it does not reflect the elements of tourism in Karawang. Goyang Karawang as one of the identities of jaipong dance culture is expected to be one of Karawang's tourist attractions.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu desa wisata yang terkena dampak pasca covid 19 yang menjadi sepi. Terutama turunnya partisipasi masyarakat untuk sadar wisata terhadap potensi desa wisatanya. Mitra pada pengabdian ini menggandeng Bumdes Buana Mekar, Pokdarwisa, Masyarakat lokal dan ibu-ibu PKK desa Mekarbuana. Metode pengabdian berupa edukasi dan sosialisasi mengajak masyarakat mengenai pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan desa wisata. Tujuan akhir yang diharapkan adalah kembalinya partisipasi masyarakat untuk sadar wisata dan dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat desa Mekarbuana.

Abstract

This study aims to understand effective planning in terms of sales and expenses to generate profit at UMKM Deni Jaya. To achieve optimal profit, business operators need to implement Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis. During its operation, UMKM Deni Jaya's broiler chicken business has never conducted CVP analysis, resulting in suboptimal profits. This research focuses on CVP analysis in the broiler chicken business of Deni Jaya. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a case study approach, where researchers collect financial data directly from UMKM Deni Jaya and analyze it. CVP analysis includes Break-Even Point, Contribution Margin, Margin of Safety, Degree of Operating Leverage, and profit planning. The research results for UMKM Deni Jaya show that in 2024, the BEP (units) requires selling 5,470 kg, and the BEP (Rupiah) needs to achieve revenue of Rp 19,450,000 to avoid losses. The Contribution Margin ratio is 26%, the maximum allowable Margin of Safety decrease is 81%, the Degree of Operating Leverage indicates a Contribution Margin 1.23 times the operating profit, and UMKM Deni Jaya's profit planning aims for a 10% profit increase, reaching a profit of Rp 273,930,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pada karyawan imigrasi kelas I Non TPI Karwang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner dan skala pengumpulan data dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang yang berjumlah 40 orang karyawan, sampel yang didapatkan sebesar 37 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan alat analisis PLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan hubungan negatif, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
