Abstract

Goyang Karawang is one of the nicknames given to the city of Karawang, apart from "Granary Rice", and "Industrial City" Can "Goyang Karawang" be used as a brand for the Karawang Tourism City? The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether "Goyang Karawang" can be used as a brand of Karawang tourist city. The research method used a qualitative single case study method, namely; collecting, presenting, analyzing, triangulating, and testing validity and making conclusions and suggestions. Data analysis in the field used the Milles and Hubberman model, with the number of informants consisting of 6 internal informants and 10 external informants taken randomly from Karawang tourist visitors. The results of the study showed that "Goyang Karawang" is not a brand of Karawang tourist city but only a nickname attached to Karawang due to cultural factors, traditions, and customs of a region that always presents the charm of jaipong as a dance art in Karawang. "Goyang Karawang" cannot be used as a brand of Karawang tourist city because it does not reflect the elements of tourism in Karawang. Goyang Karawang as one of the identities of jaipong dance culture is expected to be one of Karawang's tourist attractions.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu desa wisata yang terkena dampak pasca covid 19 yang menjadi sepi. Terutama turunnya partisipasi masyarakat untuk sadar wisata terhadap potensi desa wisatanya. Mitra pada pengabdian ini menggandeng Bumdes Buana Mekar, Pokdarwisa, Masyarakat lokal dan ibu-ibu PKK desa Mekarbuana. Metode pengabdian berupa edukasi dan sosialisasi mengajak masyarakat mengenai pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan desa wisata. Tujuan akhir yang diharapkan adalah kembalinya partisipasi masyarakat untuk sadar wisata dan dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat desa Mekarbuana.

Abstract

This study aims to understand effective planning in terms of sales and expenses to generate profit at UMKM Deni Jaya. To achieve optimal profit, business operators need to implement Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis. During its operation, UMKM Deni Jaya's broiler chicken business has never conducted CVP analysis, resulting in suboptimal profits. This research focuses on CVP analysis in the broiler chicken business of Deni Jaya. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a case study approach, where researchers collect financial data directly from UMKM Deni Jaya and analyze it. CVP analysis includes Break-Even Point, Contribution Margin, Margin of Safety, Degree of Operating Leverage, and profit planning. The research results for UMKM Deni Jaya show that in 2024, the BEP (units) requires selling 5,470 kg, and the BEP (Rupiah) needs to achieve revenue of Rp 19,450,000 to avoid losses. The Contribution Margin ratio is 26%, the maximum allowable Margin of Safety decrease is 81%, the Degree of Operating Leverage indicates a Contribution Margin 1.23 times the operating profit, and UMKM Deni Jaya's profit planning aims for a 10% profit increase, reaching a profit of Rp 273,930,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pada karyawan imigrasi kelas I Non TPI Karwang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner dan skala pengumpulan data dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang yang berjumlah 40 orang karyawan, sampel yang didapatkan sebesar 37 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan alat analisis PLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan hubungan negatif, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The current phenomenon is that quite a few students in private higher education act as workers which will have an impact on the balance of their personal and work lives. This work-life balance will certainly affect student achievement both in terms of time and role. However, student motivation can provide reinforcement for this balance in order to achieve academic achievement. This research aims to analyze the moderation of motivation on the influence of work life balance (WLB) on student achievement. The method used is a descriptive verification method with a purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples of students with worker status only. Meanwhile, the number of samples was 196 with the Lemeshow formula. The data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. And data analysis uses SEM PLS analysis and descriptive statistics. The research results show that student WLB is balanced, student motivation is in the high category, and student achievement is good. WLB can influence student achievement positively and significantly by 23.23%. Student motivation cannot moderate the influence of WLB on student achievement because students' desire to study is not due to job demands. But because of parental demands or just getting a degree. So students don't pay too much attention to their work-life balance. Which has an impact on student motivation and cannot strengthen WLB in influencing student achievement. However, the partial test results are surprising that student motivation can influence student achievement.

Abstract

There needs to be a way or strategy to market a product, both goods and services. The marketing strategy through personalized advertising carried out by Arminareka through marketing or its team leaders has succeeded in attracting its pilgrims or customers, and through personalizing WhatsApp media advertising, it has proven that consumer loyalty, in this case Umrah pilgrims, can be created more effectively and optimally in attracting potential pilgrims. The method used in this research uses qualitative methods with triangulation analysis tools. The marketing mix created with the 7 Ps can maximize the satisfaction of the congregation. High prices are a standard benchmark that proves that the facilities and services obtained are in accordance with what the congregation has spent "there is a price and there is quality"

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, mengkaji dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Karawang Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa primer dan sekunder, data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner skala likert. Model yang digunakan adalah model analisis jalur, dengan mencari nilai koefisien korelasi, koefisien jalur dan koefisien determinasi, untuk uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Sampel berjumlah 62 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Berikut ini adalah hasil dari analisisnya : (1) Terdapat hubungan positif, kuat dan juga signifikan antara Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.637, (2) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial positif dan juga signifikan akan tetapi sedikit rendah dari Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.270, (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial positif, cukup kuat dan juga signifikan dari Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.503, (4) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan positif, cukup kuat dan juga signifikan dari Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.499 atau 49,9% dan sisanya sebesar 0,501 atau 50,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut kesimpulannya terdapat suatu hubungan, terdapat suatu pengaruh dan nilai signifikansinya < 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh tentang kreativitas, efikasi diri, dan kinerja UMKM pada Komunitas UMKM Pengusaha Mebel Madura Di Kabupaten Karawang. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif veripikatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Komunitas UMKM Pengusaha Mebel Madura Di Kabupaten Karawang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji coba instrumen dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 4,258 > t tabel 1,291. Kreativitas dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 10.285 > F tabel yaitu 3,11. Untuk nilai determinasi dihasilkan R square yaitu 0,717 atau 71,7% (0,717 x 100%) perubahan kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen (kreativitas dan efikasi diri) dan sisanya sebesar 28,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Kreativitas, Efikasi Diri, dan Kinerja UMKM

Abstract

The main objectives of this study are to ascertain, examine, analyze, and explain the production costs of Semprong Pusaka Jaya. (2) to ascertain, study, debate, and explain the process of determining the cost of goods by the Semprong Pusaka Jaya company using the overall costing approach. (3) know how to study, discuss, and explain how to calculate the cost of production to determine the selling price of the Semprong Pusaka Jaya business. The research method used is a type of quantitative descriptive research. Primary data in the form of interview data in the form of an analysis of the cost of production as the basis for determining the selling price of the product was collected directly from the company and used in this study. Regarding the secondary data used in this study collected from publications, websites, books, and other sources. The results of data analysis affect the selling price. Companies should use the whole costing strategy to determine the selling price of Semprong according to the cost plus percing method. In particular, the price per ball must be changed from Rp.18,000 to Rp. 20080 initially.

Abstract

Internship is a compulsory subject in the form of student internship placement activities, to provide insight into the application of knowledge in the business/work world. Students practice their abilities and knowledge in analyzing problems related to the field of study program that occur in the business/work world. The implementation of internship began on January 20, 2020 until February 20, 2020 at a subsidiary of PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company, namely PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is a company that manages products such as urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, nitrea fertilizer, and ammonia. The problem that arises in the company is that there is an employee acceptance that is not appropriate or not based on where the employee lives. Which is where the recruitment process procedure through the website of PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company.
