Abstract

Pengukuran kerja merupakan metode untuk menentukan waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh karyawan yang mempunyai kualifikasi yang baik dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya untuk bekerja pada keadaan normal dan wajar. Pengukuran waktu kerja menggunakan jam henti (Stopwatch ) diperkenalkan Frederick W. Taylor pada abad ke-19. Metode ini baik untuk diaplikasikan pada pekerjaan yang singkat dan berulang (repetitive) [10], [1]. Tujuan dari penentuan waktu baku antara lain sebagai usulan bagi perusahaan bagi penentuan rencana dan jadwal kerja, Standar biaya dan penentuan kebutuhan budget, estimasi biaya produk, rencana kebutuhan mesin dan penentuan upah standar operator dan lain-lain. Penentuan waktu baku dengan metode stopwatch efektif diterapkan pada industri skala [1].Pengukuran waktu baku pada PT. Cipta Lestari Ideanusa dilaksanakan secara langsung dengan jam henti (stopwatch) dari hasil perhitungan terhadap waktu baku pada operator Packing Folding kain Tetoron dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat keyakinan (k) sebesar 95% = 2, tingkat ketelitian sebesar 0,05 serta faktor penyesuaian dengan metode westinghouse system rating dan pertimbangan objektif serta faktor kelonggaran sebesar 40%, maka diperoleh waktu baku 152,98 detik atau 153 detik per unit produk. Dari hasil pengukuran waktu baku untuk menyelesaikan suatu siklus pekerjaan akan dipergunakan sebagai waktu standar penyelesaian suatu pekerjaan bagi semua pekerja yang akan melaksanakan pekerjaan yang sama dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan sikap kerja 5S [6].

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a mapping application for waterfall tourism locations in Banten Province, using the Geographical Information System (GIS) approach. The research methodology used in this study includes data collection taken with literature studies, interviews, and observations then analysis, system design, programming, testing, and implementation. System design is by using Unified Modeling Language (UML), MySQL database with PhpMyAdmin as a tool for managing MySQL databases, creating program code using Notepad ++, with programming language PHP version 5.6 23, javascipt, database integration with Google Maps API to display map, as well as the browser to check the display generated by the program code through the local server, the results of the application development will be tested for the black box system. The results of this research are the formation of a waterfall tourism mapping application system in Banten Province, which includes information on waterfall tourist locations, facilities and infrastructure around the tour, waterfall features, general information about the waterfall, facilities on the waterfall, information on the route to the waterfall tourist location.

Abstract

Internet users continue to grow. However, there are still many who have not experienced the Internet. One of the contributing factors is the cost of the Internet which is not cheap. Most Internet users get Internet access by subscribing to their respective ISPs. In addition, today more and more crimes are committed via the Internet. This study aims to provide a solution to reduce the cost of subscribing to an ISP and provide healthy Internet access. At Ciruas Center Shops, all traders and buyers use the Internet. Even if it's just for entertainment or even for buying and selling. The system applied in this research is where Internet users can get Internet access only by subscribing to one ISP. That way the fees paid to the ISP can be paid by mutual cooperation. The result of this research is an Internet provider system in which there is Zabbix Network Monitoring System (NMS) software as a network traffic monitor and Squid Proxy as a barrier as well as security when connected to the Internet.

Abstract

The quality of midsole products significantly impacts the quality, durability, and comfort of the users of shoe products manufactured by ABC company. The high percentage of the average number of product defects based on product yield data for 12 months is 3.1% which exceeds the average number of product defects required by the company by 2%. There are six types of defects in the midsole: yellowing, porous, bubbles, broken, over left material and trimming. Three types of midsole product defects from six types of defects are the focus of improvement based on the Pareto concept, the name of the type of defect is yellowing. Porous and over left material with a total defect percentage of 82.9%. This study aims to evaluate flaws in the midsole production process using a method that combines failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), fuzzy logic, and Pareto diagram analysis. FMEA is used in shoe manufacturing to identify failure modes, their causes, and their effects. In contrast, fuzzy logic methods for input factors, such as occurrence (O), severity (S), and detection (D), are used to obtain a fuzzy risk priority number (FRPN). The assessment using rule-based FRPN provides strong evidence that the proposed methodology is logically useful for prioritizing the value of the RPN.

Abstract

Penentuan pemasok merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam aktivitas pembelian bagi perusahaan. Pemilihan Pemasok merupakan masalah multi kriteria yang meliputi faktor-faktor kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk pemilihan Pemasok adalah metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Penelitian dilakukan pada sebuah perusahaan baja PT. ABC yang akan mengembangkan hubungan kemitraan dengan pemasok produk Slab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria prioritas, subkriteria prioritas dalam menentukan Pemasok terbaik menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) di PT. ABC. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara dan kuisioner terhadap karyawan dan pakar bidang pemasok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP dengan perangkat lunak Expert choice. Dari hasil penilaian tingkat kepentingan kriteria dalam pemilihan Pemasok menghasilkan skala prioritas/bobot sebagai berikut: prioritas I harga (0,45), prioritas II kualitas (0,28), prioritas III layanan (0,17), prioritas IV pengiriman (0,10). Dari hasil penilaian tingkat kepentingan alternatif dalam pemilihan Pemasok menghasilkan skala prioritas/bobot sebagai berikut: prioritas I Pemasok A (0,346), prioritas II Pemasok B (0,341), prioritas III Pemasok C (0,313). Penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengurangi subyektivitas penilaian responden melalui pemetaan persepsinya ke dalam angka-angka numerik sehingga diusulkan untuk menggunakan metode fuzzy AHP.

Abstract

Dalam kondisi ketidakpastian pelaku industri berusaha untuk menggunakan metode yang optimal untuk memperkecil tingkat resiko kerugian, Pada penelitian ini metode Fuzzy Mamdani diterapkan pada penentuan Jumlah produksi dengan mempertimbangkan variabel input berupa tingkat permintaan dengan variabel output persediaan. Metode Fuzzy Mamdani dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan sehingga pelaku industri sepatu dapat memprediksi jumlah produksi sepatu Type BOOTS 350 V2, Penerapan dari metode ini melalui beberapa tahapan proses yaitu pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, penentuan fungsi keanggotaan, penentuan aturan fungsi fuzzy dan penegasan. Pada proses pengujian ini di masukkan nilai variabel permintaan sebanyak 2.756 pasang dan variabel persediaan sebanyak 300 pasang, Berdasarkan nilai variabel masukan Tingkat permintaan dan persediaan tersebut maka didapatkan nilai keluaran jumlah produksi sebesar 4.400 pasang. Penerapan metode fuzzy mamdani merupakan solusi yang optimal dalam menentukan jumlah suatu produksi.

Abstract

Ninetynine store is a trading business engaged in women's fashion that sells a wide range of teenage to adult women's clothing that has been established since 2014 until now and is located in Ramayana City of Serang. Currently the sales media used at Ninetynine stores are with social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp or come directly to the store. This is still considered lacking in increasing the high mobility available to customers. Existing sales transactions are still recorded manually, starting processing report data such as reports on transaction results and recording of goods to be sold which are only copied on the book because there is no media interface / interface in the form of a website as a place to sell the products in the store. Therefore it is possible to make a web-based women's clothing sales application. This application was built using the prototype method, using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as a database. This website-based application aims to help shop managers make reports on women's clothing sales transactions and women's clothing data reports and is expected to provide convenience when purchasing women's clothing for the public.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of office light control automation implementedin the PT. TELECOMMUNICATION MENES BANTEN Banten Province, using googleassistant and adafruit.io based on nodemcu esp8266. In this era of developingtechnology, controlling automation is very much needed, because it can control andcontrol electronic devices easily and more efficiently. The problems faced by the PT.Telkom Menes Banten, namely still using the manual system on the push button switch on/ off to operate the lights and the lack of utilization of technological devices such as relays,nodemcu esp8266 and internet service providers. In this regard, the author tries to takeadvantage of technological devices and implement a tool, namely the automation of officelight controllers in the PT. Telkom Menes Banten. This research will explain about theimplementation carried out until the final result of the automation of office lightcontrollers in the PT. Telkom Menes Banten, so that it can be applied and used as areference for the future.

Abstract

Currently, a good entrance management is needed to make it easier for vehicle users to get comfort and security. Management of the gate system that is not good will cause a negative image in the eyes of users going in and out. One indicator of a good gateway system management is a smooth service process and good security. Good creation requires the support of all existing components. The gate facility is a computerized system that makes it easier for vehicle users and provides security. The gateway system using Radio Frequency Identification Digital (RFID) is able to provide both the things that users need safely and efficiently. The purpose of this final project is to realize a prototype entrance using RFID as an opener and access rights to enter and exit the parking lot. The technology used is RFID as a user ID identifier, Arduino Uno as the controller, and Microservo as the driver of the existing gate bars. The test is done by attaching the RFID card to the RFID reader. The test results show that the distance limit for RFID detected is 3 cm.

Abstract

Kesegaran ikan adalah faktor terpenting dalam menentukan kelayakan dari sebuah ikan untuk dikonsumsi. Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang sebuah sistem yang dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kesegaran ikan secara cepat. Sistem ini diimplementasikan ke dalam Arduino Uno dengan menggunakan sensor warna sebagai alat pendeteksi kesegaran yang menggantikan indera penglihatan pada manusia dalam menentukan tingkat kesegaran ikan. Pada tugas akhir ini digunakan K-Neirest Neighbor sebagai metode untuk melakukan pengenalan tingkat kesegaran ikan yang diuji. Input yang digunakan pada K-Neirest Neighbor adalah berupa nilai warna RGB yang didapatkan dari sensor warna. Terdapat 3 buah kondisi kesegaran ikan yang diuji yaitu ikan segar, ikan cukup segar dan ikan busuk. Penggunaan sensor warna pada sistem telah berhasil mendapatkan pola yang khusus untuk setiap tingkat kesegaran ikan yang diuji. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap tiga buah sampel yang mewakili tingkat kesegaran ikan, didapatkan tingkat keberhasilan dalam proses identifikasi mencapai 73,33 %. Error terjadi pada identifikasi cukup segar dan busuk yang mempunyai pola yang tidak terlalu berbeda, bagaimanapun ikan ini tidaklah layak untuk dikonsumsi.
