Abstract

Purpose — The study aimed to analyze the content on Instagram and to examine the relationship between the content categories and the reach and impressions of the posts.Method — This study analyzed 58 content posts from the Instagram account @Generasi_kenzu using purposive sampling, divided into five categories and measured based on accounts reached and impressions, using descriptive statistics, a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality, and a Kruskal-Wallis test for comparison of mean reach and impressions across the categories.Result — The content analysis revealed that promotion was the most prevalent category, followed by information and education, with a mean reach of 64.22 and a significant proportion of views from the user's profile, and found hashtags to be an effective method of increasing visibility, though with a considerable degree of variation among individual posts. The Kruskal-Wallis test showed no significant difference in the distribution of accounts reached, reach from follower, reach from non-follower, impressions, from profile, from hashtags, from home and from other across the five content categories.Contribution — This study contributes by adding knowledge about content categories' effectiveness on social media platforms, providing valuable insights into content and reach of Instagram posts, and suggesting the need for further research to explore impacting factors.

Abstract

Smart Laundry is a laundry service business located in Padang City, offering single-item and bulk laundry services. Based on observations and interviews, several issues were identified in the current business processes, such as manual data recording, long ironing queues due to limited equipment, and unscheduled procurement of operational materials. This study aims to analyze and redesign the business processes of Smart Laundry using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Business Process Management (BPM) approaches. The methods applied include Value Added Analysis to classify value-added activities and queue analysis to assess service efficiency. The results show that the laundry intake process and monthly data recapitulation are the most critical areas requiring improvement. The redesigned process includes the implementation of a digital system for data recording and monthly recaps, as well as recommendations to add ironing equipment, washing machines, and human resources to accelerate the service flow. With these improvements, Smart Laundry is expected to enhance operational efficiency, reduce customer waiting times, and support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan pemahaman agama siswa, sehingga dibutuhkan metode pengajaran yang efektif agar siswa aktif, memahami materi lebih dalam, dan senang belajar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas lebih jauh bagaimana cara menggunakan metode artikulasi dan make a match dalam pelajaran PAI, serta apa saja manfaatnya bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research yang merujuk dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel jurnal, website, dan lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode artikulasi dan make a match dalam pembelajaran PAI memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan keaktifan, motivasi, dan secara langsung berkorelasi dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Wasting (gizi kurang) merupakan masalah dengan kategori malnutrisi akut yang secara tidak langsung dapat mengakibatkan risiko kesakitan bahkan meningkatkan risiko kematian pada balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pola Asuh Makan, Riwayat Pemberian ASI Ekslusif Dengan Status Gizi Kurang Pada Balita Usia 2-3 Tahun Di Puskesmas Gempol Kabupaten Karawang Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang mempunyai balita dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 429 responden. Besar sampel yaitu 81 responden dengan rumus slovin. Hasil Analisa data menggunakan Chi Square didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh makan dengan kejadian status gizi kurang pada balita usia 2-3 tahun dengan nilai p value (0.000) dan terdapat hubungan antara riwayat pemberian ASI Ekslusif dengan kejadian status gizi kurang pada balita usia 2-3 tahun dengan nilai p value (0.005). Disarankan kepada orang tua balita agar lebih memperhatikan pola asuh makan yang baik dan benar terutama responden yang mengalami masalah gizi seperti gizi kurang, sedangkan untuk yang status gizinya normal tetap pertahankan pola makan agar anak yang awalnya normal tidak sampai jatuh ke masalah gizi seperti gizi kurang bahkan gizi buruk.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the selection of permanent employees at PT.PN IV Tinjowan using several criteria including Attendance, Number of Harvests, Age, and Education by applying the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity toIdeal Solution (TOPSIS) to provide a decision. TOPSIS is a decision making method using several criteria which are used to select the best alternative from several alternatives based on previously determined criteria. The results of the ranking of the selection of permanent employees at PT.PN IV Tinjowan who received rank 1 with a value of 0.570 was an employee with the name Arditya, rank 2 with a value of 0.553 was an employee with the name Juli Sundari, rank 3 with a value of 0.547 was an employee with the name Indra Junanda, ranking 4th with a value of 0.544 is an employee with the name Julfhan, 5th with a value of 0.528 is an employee with the name Ranto Adi Irawan, 6th with a value of 0.517 is an employee with the name Raju Kusuma Saputra, 7th with a value of 0.478 is an employee with the name Roni Anggara, ranked 8th with a value of 0.452 is an employee with the name Siswandi.        Keywords: Alternatives; Decisions; Systems; Criteria; Employee; CompanyAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pemilihan karyawan tetap pada PTPN IV Tinjowan dengan menggunakan beberapa kriteria diantaranya Absensi, Jumlah Panen, Usia, dan Pendidikan dengan menerapkan metode Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity toIdeal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk memberikan sebuah keputusan. Abstract

Herbal medicines are increasingly used due to the presence of bioactive compounds with antibacterial and antifungal properties. This study aimed to evaluate the antibacterial and antifungal effects of Mentha piperita L. extract against Porphyromonas gingivalis and Candida albicans. A laboratory-based experimental study with a post-test only control group design was conducted. The test organisms were exposed to M. piperita L. extract at concentrations of 3.125%, 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50%, and 100%. The antibacterial and antifungal activities were evaluated using the agar well diffusion method to determine inhibition zones, followed by broth dilution tests to identify the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC), Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC), and Minimum Fungicidal Concentration (MFC). Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA with a significance level of p<0.05. Results showed that all concentrations inhibited the growth of both microorganisms, with MIC values of 12.5% and 25% for P. gingivalis and C. albicans, respectively. The MBC for P. gingivalis and MFC for C. albicans were both observed at 100%. There were significant differences (p<0.05) in the inhibition zones across the concentrations tested. In conclusion, Mentha piperita L. extract demonstrates significant antibacterial and antifungal activities against Porphyromonas gingivalis and Candida albicans, suggesting its potential as a natural antimicrobial agent for oral infections.
