Abstract

ABSTRAKGaleri merupakan ruangan yang digunakan untuk mempamerkan karya seni. Galeri dapat dijadikan sebagai tempat untuk kegiatan rekreasi, hiburan, edukasi, bisnis, serta apresiasi kepada seniman. Galeri foto merupakan ruangan yang mempamerkan karya-karya fotografi dari para fotografer. Dalam ruang galeri, peran pencahayaan buatan terhadap karya yang di pamerkan cukup penting. Dengan pencahayaan buatan dapat menonjolkan serta memfokuskan para pengunjung ke karya. Dengan pengaturan pencahayaan buatan, juga dapat menimbulkan kesan-kesan tertentu terhadap karya. Penggunaan pencahayaan buatan lebih baik dibandingkan pencahayaan alami, dimana pencahayaan alami lebih rentan dapat merusak karya dari sinar ultraviolet. Pada studi kasus perancangan pusat fotografi ini, pengaplikasian pencahayaan pada ruang galeri dapat memberikan kesan-kesan tertentu terhadap karya, dengan pengaturan dari arah cahaya, jenis, dan teknik yang digunakan pada ruangan.Kata kunci: pencahayaan, galeri foto, pusat fotografi ABSTRACTThe gallery is a room used to display art. The gallery can be used as a place for recreation, entertainment, education, business, and appreciation for artists. The photo gallery is a room that shows artworks by photographers. In the gallery space, the role of artificial lighting in photos is quite important. Artificial lighting can highlight and focus the visitors to the artworks. it settings can also make impressions on the work. The use of artificial lighting is better than natural lighting, where natural lighting is more vulnerable to damage the photos because ultraviolet light. In this case, the application of lighting in the gallery space can give certain impressions to the work, with the setting of the light direction, type, technique, and the amount of lumens used in the room to comply with the standards.Keywords: lighting, photo gallery, photography center

Abstract

Most of the current university students are born in Z Generations (1995-2010). Z Generations are unique, especially on their behavior and determining what they like. It included when they want to study around the area of their university. One of the most common study on universities is the academic library. The current academics library are also demanded to be able on adapting and presenting what Z generations want. The ideal academics library can accommodate the learning activities of this generation. This study aims to find the preferences of Z Generations in determining any learning space which come from the library. It also determining the frequency, duration, favorite floor and with whom visitor usually come to library. This preference refers to the theory of learning space attribute. The research method uses quantitative methods by using the survey and questionnaire of 185 students at the ITB, ITS and Unpad. The results showed that Z generations students agreed with the order of preference theory in learning space attribute. This means the academic librarys on university recently should refer to the theory of learning space attribute, so the library can increase the level of the visitors.

Abstract

Arsitektur tradisional sebagai sebuah tradisi harus dijaga keberadaannya dengan mengembangkannya. Menjaga atau meneruskan tradisi dalam arsitektur tradisional tidak berarti dengan mengulang bentuk yang sama, karena di dalam arsitektur perkembangan desain dan struktur berlanjut seiiring dengan perkembangan/ perubahan budaya dan teknologi. Hal ini perlu dijaga agar kreativitas tidak mati. Hal ini bisa terwujud dengan meneruskan tradisi kebijakan lokal sebagai konsep dalam membangun. Kebijakan lokal yang diteruskan memberikan banyak memberi manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia. Karena kebijakan lokal sendiri adalah bagian dari budaya yang dihasilkan dari pengalaman- pengalaman dan tindakan manusia secara trial dan error demi mendapatkan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Kebijakan lokal tidak hanya merupakan suatu tradisi yang harus diteruskan tetapi membentuk identitas dak karakter kewilayahan manusia sendiri, terutama di dalam budaya dan arsitektur. Kebijakan lokal ini juga menjaga keseimbangan hidup antara manusia dan lingkungannya. Nenek moyang kita belajar dari pengalaman mereka hidup bersama dengan alam dan belajar bagaimana memberi kepada dan menerima dari alam sehingga alam tetap terjaga kelestariannya. Hal-hal ini lah yang dijadikan kebijakan lokal dan tradisi ini perlu diteruskan karena dengan menjaga tradisi ini maka kita akan tetap hidup seimbang bersama lingkungan kita.

Gedung Pusat Kebudayaan Alaya Dharma Negara diresmikan pada Februari2020, gedung ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan kreatif warga Denpasar,termasuk pertunjukan, pameran, diskusi, dan lokakarya dengan berbagai topik untukmengisi kegiatan tersebut. Selain itu juga dilengkapi dengan perpustakaan sebagai bentukdukungan untuk tujuan pendidikan, untuk meningkatkan dan meningkatkan kreativitas,khususnya bagi warga Denpasar sesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing dan bidangminatnya masing-masing. Gedung Pusat Kebudayaan Alaya Dharma Negara konvensionaluntuk kegiatan kreatif warga Denpasar. Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of the immersive experience concept in the design of the Merapi Volcano Museum in Yogyakarta to give visitors the experience of Mount Merapi to feel like they are in the real world. Because this immersive experience makes learning or providing information interesting and memorable for museum visitors. The phenomenon of museum fatigue is also one of the factors in the decline in the number of museum visitors in Indonesia, which was first put forward in 1916 by Benjamin Gilman who discussed the phenomenon of the decline in the number of museum visitors that occurred over several time periods. Problems based on the interior design components for the Merapi Volcano Museum are as follows: 1. Lack of interactive display facilities. The delivery of information is still difficult to understand because the delivery of collection information is presented in long text so that visitors rarely read the information. 2. Too much use of natural lighting in the exhibition causes visitors to be distracted from observing digital displays. Data collection for the design of the Merapi Volcano Museum used several stages, namely interviews, observation, references, perception and design. The findings from this immersive experience include the use of 3D dioramas, the use of audio in the form of eruptions from the Merapi volcano, the use of XR, VR, interactive layers and earthquake displays.Keyword: museum, immersive experince, displayAbstrak: Implentasi konsep immersive experince pada desain Museum Gunungapi Merapi di Yogyakarta untuk memberikan experience gunung merapi kepada para pengunjung merasakan berada seperti dalam dunia yang sesungguhnya. Karena dengan adanya immersive experience ini membuat pembelajaran atau pemberian informasi menjadi menarik dan juga berkesan bagi para pengunjung museum. Fenomena kelelahan museum atau museum fatigue juga menjadi salah satu faktor menurunnya jumlah pengunjung museum di Indonesia, yang dikemukakan pertama kali pada tahun 1916 oleh Benjamin Gilman yang membahas mengenai fenomena penurunan jumlah pengunjung museum yang terjadi dalam beberapa periode waktu. Permasalahan berdasarkan komponen perancangan interior untuk Museum Gunungapi Merapi adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, kurangnya fasilitas display interaktif. penyampaian informasi yang masih sulit dipahami karena penyampaian informasi koleksi dipaparkan dalam bentuk teks panjang sehingga pengunjung jarang yang membaca informasi. Kedua, terlalu banyaknya penggunaan pencahayaan alami di dalam pameran yang menyebabkan terganggunya pengunjung dalam mengamati display yang ditampilkan secara digital. Pengambilan data perancangan Museum Gunung Api Merapi ini menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu wawancara, observasi, referensi, perencanaan dan perancangan. Metoda pembahasan adalah perencanaan dan perancangan. Abstract

Pada umumnya orang lanjut usia dalam meniti kehidupan yang ia jalani dikategorikan kedalam dua macam. Pertama, masa tua tersebut akan diterima dengan wajar melalui kesadaran yang mendalam, sedangkan yang kedua, manusia usia lanjut dalam menyikapi hidupnya cenderung menolak datangnya masa tua, kelompok ini tidak mau menerima realitas yang ada (Hurlock, 1996). Terdapat banyak kasus dimana pasien lansia justru merasa depresi dan mendapat tekanan stress ketika harus dirawat di fasilitas panti wreda. Namun hal ini diperburuk dengan kenyataan bahwa pada beberapa kasus panti wreda tidak memiliki sistem yang dapat memfasilitasi masa transisi pasien lanjut usia. Interaksi sosial diharapkan menjadi salah satu jawaban untuk menjawab permasalahan adaptasi diatas, sedangkan budaya duduk Jawa digunakan sebagai langkah pendekatan yang mengarah pada emotional design . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka. Dengan pengembangan teori interaksi sosial pada budaya duduk Jawa yang diterapkan pada pasien lansia di panti wreda, akan ditelaah lebih jauh terkait pengembangan teori di atas, sehingga hasil kajian berupa konsep-konsep dan arahan dalam merancang ruang dengan dasar environmental psychology, diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat menjadi jembatan untuk mereaktualisasikan budaya duduk Jawa sebagai stimulus interaksi sosial di panti wreda yang dapat membantu proses adaptasi pasien lansia.

Abstract

This design aims to bring about significant changes to Pekalongan RailwayStation, focusing on the theme "Multi-Functional Space of Heritage" Recognized as anintegral element in the history of Indonesia's railway network, the station holds strategicpotential as a crucial regional transit hub. The applied designmethodology involves indepth analysis of historical station usage, user needs, and train travel trends. The theme "Multi-Functional Space of Heritage" is thoroughly implemented in the interior andexterior design of the station by creating harmony between contemporary design that maintains the authenticity of the existing elements of the building. The design approachused focuses on optimizing spatial planning in the behavior of space users, efficient circulation, and maximum utilization of space functions. The design results show thatthese design changes not only improve the aesthetic aspects of the station, but also have a positive impact on the user experience, space efficiency, and maintaining theauthenticity of the building. This design improves the functionality of the station as a transportation hub, meeting the needs of users while maintaining local values. This designfinding is expected to provide valuable guidance for developers and designers in the development of railway stations in various regions, by paying attention to and combiningheritage values and user behavior needs. As a result, the project is expected to be an inspirational model for the future development of the railway station, which harmoniously blends history and functionality. Abstract

In recent years, Bogor has seen an increase in the number of tourists coming to the city, which creates significant opportunities for the accommodation sector. Lodging accommodations are needed for such needs, hence the construction of a new branch of lodging accommodations in Tamansari. The area is well known for its natural beauty and cultural heritage. However, several issues arose when planning this new branch. First, there is no concept of locality in the existing interior design of Grand Cempaka Resort and Convention Hotel and similar resort hotels in the Bogor area, even though there are regulations from the government to promote the concept of locality in tourism venues. Second, there are problems in the comfort aspect of the existing hotel, which is related to sound conditioning, lighting, and ventilation. Third, there is a problem of facilities at the existing Grand Cempaka Resort and Convention Hotel which is not in accordance with 3- star hotel standards. Local government regulations emphasize the importance of local culture to increase tourism competitiveness. The design of this resort hotel has the aim that guests feel comfortable and have a different tourist experience in Bogor by using the local traditions of the Tamansari Bogor area, namely in the Sindang Barang Cultural Village, especially in the Serentaun Ceremony which is implemented in the form of interior space using the tradition transformation method, namely the ATUMICS method. Abstract

The redesign of the Tasikmalaya City Arts Building aims to create a multifunctional space that provides optimal facilities to support various arts performances as well as adding complementary commercial facilities for the community with the aim of ensuring the building remains active and functional even when there are no performances taking place. To overcome these challenges, it is necessary to redesign the Arts Building in Tasikmalaya City with an approach of applying flexible architectural technology to create spaces that can accommodate various activities effectively and eficiently, including the application of adaptive and appropriate technology such as sound, lighting and space flexibility. Sound technology includes acoustic ceilings, materials, variable acoustics, audio settings and controls. Lighting technology includes various types of lamps, lighting controls and scenario-based lighting tailored to specific activities, as each activity directly influences space requirements and conditioning, thereby impacting the redesign of the Arts Building in Tasikmalaya City. Abstract

There are a bunch of reasons why reading interest is low in Indonesia. Including a lack of activities that spark reading interest, limited reading materials, and low book sales. Because of this, the government really needs to focus on building facilities that match people's interests and prioritize social interactions. This is also true for the Tangerang Regency Library, which is trying to boost reading interest by making the library a hub for social interaction. The Tangerang Public Library is dealing with low reading interest and visitor numbers, especially among teens and adults, partly because of inadequate facilities and limited space. To tackle these issues, the library's interior needs a redesign to support activities like studying, discussing, and relaxing. By making better use of the space and improving security, these design changes are based on data from interviews, observations, field studies, and literature reviews to make sure everything meets the standards.
