Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan hi-tech active learning ke dalam sarana ruang di Fakultas Informatika Gedung TULT Universitas Telkom yang dapat berperan untuk membantu pengguna agar lebih semangat dalam proses belajar-mengajar, menyegarkan pikiran, dan lebih interaktif menggunakan teknologi tercanggih saat ini dalam menunjang aktivitas pembelajaran yang ada di Fakultas Informatika. Implementasi dari hi-tech active learning ini yaitu berupa perancangan ulang pada interior bangunannya yang dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif untuk pengguna Fakultas Informatika (FIF) Universitas Telkom. Dan hi-tech active learning ini menjadi media dan fasilitator yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan produktivitas belajar-mengajar. Dengan demikian, penerapan hi-tech active learning pada interior diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kembali konsep desain ruangannya serta membantu menumbuhkan movitasi dan keaktifan pengguna terhadap kegiatan belajar-mengajar.

Abstract

The Efrata Baptist Church in Bandung was established in 1967 planning renovations to increase the congregation's capacity. Building renovations put more emphasis on optimizing the existing buildings. For this reason, it is necessary to redesign, among others: seating capacity, interior atmosphere, baptismal pool, and building facades. The design objective is to prepare a church design that is functional and has a narrative of Christian values. The method uses a design method with a semiotic approach. The design stage starts from data collection, data analysis stage, synthesis stage to the application of the design concept. The redesign concept was inspired by the lyrics of the Cwm Rhondda hymn. This is because music and church cannot be separated. And one genre of church music that is familiar with the Baptist church is hymns. The lyrics of the Cwm Rhondda hymn are applied through the architectural elements of the church.

Abstract

High sunlight and poor air quality in the city of Bandung affect the level of visual comfort. In designing bus stops, space is needed that has visual comfort so that the facilities are maintained and can function well. This research was conducted to determine visual comfort as measured using the Daylight Factor (DF) at bus stops in Bandung. The method used is a quantitative experiment using Drajmarsh and Ladybug software. To identify a bus stop design with stable visual comfort, analysis was conducted at various times and places. The results of the study are guidelines for creating publicly accessible spaces, such as bus stops, in Bandung that make utilization of natural light from the sun from morning to night. This light is crucial for visual information, thermal comfort, and building energy efficiency.

Abstract

Universities play an important role in advancing the nation. This role is described in the Tridharma of Higher Education, including: teaching, research, and community service. Each dharma has its own form and goal but is interrelated. Lecturers and students can collaborate in implementing the Tridharma of higher education. The aim of the paper is to examine the implementation of the Tridharma in higher education through collaborative projects. The method uses the design method with data collection, surveys, interviews, and measurements of existing buildings. The next stage is analysis and synthesis to drafting the design concept. The Efrata Baptist Church in Bandung acts as the target community. Design projects are interesting learning tools for students. Students are able to develop their potential and explore lecture material through real cases. Design is also related to research activities. Research provides knowledge for design while design provides insight for future problem solving. The results of collaborative projects between lecturers and students are concrete evidence of community service activities. The output result is a redesign preliminary drawing that will be used in carrying out the renovation of the church building.

Abstrak: Kota Bandung termasuk dalam jaringan UNESCO Creative Cities Network sebagaisalah satu kota kreatif dalam bidang Desain. Terdapat faktor-faktor penting agar sebuahkota dapat disebut sebagai <Kota Kreatif=, salah satunya adalah faktor Urban space and facilities. Terdapat Bandung Creative Hub sebagai urban space and facilities, namunBandung Creative Hub masih belum cukup mengakomodasi kegiatan kreatif di KotaBandung dengan alasan kapasitas dan fasilitas yang kurang. Dengan membangun Creative Center baru dengan fasilitas yang dapat berfungsi lebih baik dan standar yang sesuaidengan kegiatan ekonomi kreatif sehingga dapat mengakomodasi kegiatan ekonomikreatif di kota Bandung serta memberikan peran sebagai faktor Urban space and facilitiesuntuk Bandung Kota Kreatif. Dalam pelaksanaannya, perancangan baru ini menjadikanBandung Creative Hub sebagai studi banding untuk membuat fasilitas berdasarkan minatdan kebutuhan pengguna, serta dengan kajian literatur dan dengan menggunakanpendekatan teknologi untuk merancang Creative Center dengan sistem audio dan tatasuara yang baik, sistem pencahayaan terotomasi yang sesuai dengan standar kegiatan diCreative Center serta standarisasi umum yang lebih baik untuk kegiatan dapat berjalandengan lebih optimal. Abstract

In the design of a space, daylighting related to space lighting standards, as well as the visual comfort of users are important to fulfill. In terms of lighting control, natural lighting is difficult to control because it always changes based on the weather, time of day, month, building orientation and inclination angle. Architecture, fullfill visual comfort through natural light and it is usually done through building orientation, use of types of openings, glass, landscape elements in relation to control the amount of light entering the room. Meanwhile, in the realm of interior design, the strategy for meeting the level of illuminance is usually carried out through arranging the layout and elements behind the windows such as curtains, vitrasse and roller blinds which are integrated with an artificial lighting system. Another phenomenon encountered is that many buildings use glass facades, thus implementing sun shading on the outside of the building, become a problem. It is necessary to think about other strategies for this problem. This is what researchers suspect is happening in the BTP Innovation Gallery, where the entire building facade uses glass. For this reason, it is necessary to develop interior elements to overcome building problems, especially those that use glass facades on almost the entire building. To provide development of existing technology in interior space, the research carried out was in the form of developing a strategy for controlling indoor light (interior shading system) statically through simulation tests using dialux software. The research method was carried out using quantitative methods by first analyzing the illumination that occurs inside the building. In the next stage, experiments were carried out with different shading system forms and with different opening angles. From the research results, it was concluded that the interior shading system that approaches the uniformity of illuminance ratio value is the interior shading system with a vertical shape of 45 degrees, although the resulting value cannot be said to be perfect because the value is still below the required standard.

Abstract

: In Indonesia, Christians as a minority group face limitations in developing church buildings. This has prompted the Christian community in urban Indonesia to develop a special typology that combines churches with malls or shophouses. Crane (2021) suggests that churches of this type have the potential to become multi-purpose spaces, such as, Businesses on Mondays to Fridays, small groups in the evenings, worshiping God on weekends. The diverse utilization of space based on function becomes important to discuss for the sustainability of the church as a community center. In addition to its spatial function, the church must also be able to give meaning and identity to its space. As Widyakusuma (n.d.) states, "Users define and give meaning to space, space also defines and gives meaning to users." The results of surveys and interviews showed several problems with JB3 Church Home For All, such as, circulation, acoustics, layout. Moreover, considering the new typology of church-mall/shophouses mentioned by Crane (2021), churches of this type experience confusion in defining their sacredness as the identity of a church building. Abstract

The redesign of the Indonesian Christian Church (GKI) Pengadilan Bogor intends to design the main worship space of the church that can facilitate as a whole, especially the main worship space used for worship activities every week, then this design also includes rooms used for church community activities in it, as well as solving technical problems such as lighting and sound that affect the sacredness in the church. Because of the existing problems, the redesign of GKI Pengadilan Bogor is needed. The approach used in this redesign is the Calvinism sacred symbolic religious approach to create a sacred worship space and in accordance with the teaching of Christianity, especially the flow based on Calvinism, but also in its application will be considered the function of supporting spaces for church community activities in order to be well facilitated. These spaces include multipurpose rooms, felllowship rooms, Sunday school rooms and small worship rooms. The technical problems of the church will be considered based on the function and use of the spaces in this church. Keywords: church, religious approach, sacred, community activities

Abstract

Stasiun Kereta Api Kota Bogor merupakan stasiun pemberangkatan awal dan pemberhentian terakhir dalam rute DAOP I sebagai stasiun kelas besar tipe A yang menunjukan pentingnya fasilitas dan pengkondisian ruang yang baik pada desain interior stasiun Bogor. Selain itu, stasiun Bogor memiliki area bangunan cagar budaya golongan A sehingga perlu adanya konservasi area bangunan cagar budaya dan upaya adaptive reuse pada desain interior yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan bangunan cagar budaya. Sayangnya, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu Fasilitas dan aksesbilitas Desain Universal yang belum sesuai dengan standarisasi, serta Konservasi bangunan stasiun Bogor yang perlu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan saat ini dan belum harmoninya karakteristik bangunan baru dengan bangunan lama pada stasiun Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara mengumpulkan data, dokumentasi, dan analisis data perancangan sehingga mendapatkan permasalahan dari stasiun Bogor. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah dengan melakukan perancangan ulang stasiun Bogor dengan pendekatan Teknologi yang sesuai dengan misi PT. KAI dalam melayani fasilitas publik berbasis digital dan diharapkan dapat membantu dalam melakukan upaya konservasi bangunan cagar budaya.Kata kunci: Desain interior, Stasiun Kereta Api, Teknologi

Abstract

Di Indonesia, banyak sekolah berasrama yang menawarkan pendidikan berkualitas danditujukan pada pendekatan agama yang kuat, seperti pondok pesantren, sekolah-sekolah gerejaatau sekolah pada lembaga institusi pendidikan kedinasan. Namun, dengan sistem asrama yangketat dan tuntutan akademik yang tinggi, banyak siswa mengalami tekanan dan stres yangberdampak pada kesehatan mental mereka. Kecemasan dan depresi pada siswa asrama lebih tinggidibandingkan dengan siswa yang tinggal di rumah. Salah satunya sekolah yang menjadi objek adalahMadrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Yogyakarta atau biasa dikenal dengan Mansa adalah salah satu SMAberbasis islam dan menyediakan asrama untuk peserta didik. Semakin melonjaknya peminat untukbersekolah di Mansa, maka fasilitas utama maupun pendukung pada gedung sekolah harus lebihditingkatkan kembali dengan mengadopsi desain biofilik dalam lingkungan asrama dan sekolahantara lain, memasang taman atau ruang hijau, memperhatikan sirkulasi udara dan cahaya alami,serta menggunakan bahan-bahan alami dan ramah lingkungan dalam pembangunan dan renovasigedung sekolah.Kata kunci: desain biofilik, MAN 1 Yogyakarta, sekolah berasrama, lingungan sehat.
