Abstract

Introduction: Preparedness among vulnerable populations living on volcanic slopes faces serious challenges, given the high potential for disasters such as volcanic eruptions. Vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and pregnant women, often have limited mobility and access to information, which makes it more difficult for them to respond quickly in the event of a disaster. The impact on pregnant women and the elderly is more severe compared to other age groups. This is due to the limitations of both the elderly and pregnant women. This requires the preparedness of pregnant women and the elderly in dealing with disasters. Objectives:   research to determine the relationship of family support to the preparedness of pregnant women and the elderly. Methods: The research is quantitative correlation. The population is all pregnant women and the elderly who live in Balerante village, totaling 35 people. The sampling technique is total sampling with Kendall Tau analysis. Results:   The majority of mothers aged 20-35 years were 95%, high school education as many as 10 respondents (67%), multigravida as many as 8 respondents (54%) and had no complications as many as 14 respondents (93%).  The results showed that the family support of pregnant women was mostly good as many as 8 respondents (53%), and the majority in the elderly family support was good as many as 12 respondents (60%). The majority of pregnant women's good preparedness is in the moderately prepared category, namely 9 respondents (60%) and the majority in the elderly with the Ready category, namely a total of 12 respondents (40%). The results of the p value = 0.001 for pregnant women and for the elderly the p value = 0.009. Conclusions: Family support plays an important role in the preparedness of vulnerable groups, as families can provide emotional support, information, and resources needed to prepare for volcanic eruptions.

Abstract

The clothing industry at Piala Tanggul Store has developed into a necessity for the community. One of the driving factors for the growth of consumers buying clothing products at Piala Tanggul Store lies in the clothing industry through price, Digital Marketing, Store Atmosphere and Product Diversity. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, Digital Marketing, Store Atmosphere and Product Diversity on purchasing decisions at Piala Tanggul Store. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 96 respondents and uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained show that price, digital marketing, store atmosphere and product diversity have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, as well as a simultaneous effect.

Abstract

The problems that occur at Osing Barbershop, seen from the level of customer trust, innovation and quality of service indicate problems that need special attention, as well as the low level of customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop, from several factors it is necessary to conduct further research with the aim of increasing customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of trust, innovation and quality of service on customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop, Jember Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 195 respondents and uses the Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach with the help of a questionnaire as the main tool in collecting respondent data. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained show that trust, innovation and quality of service have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop, Jember Regency. The results of the f test have a simultaneous effect and the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test with a contribution level of influence of 0.411 or 41%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of raw material planning, raw material control, and raw material quality on the production process at the Tofu Home Industry in Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. This study used a sample of 106 Tofu Home Industry employees in Kaliwates District, Jember Regency, who were selected using a census technique. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the three factors had a significant effect on the production process. This study has a novelty by focusing on the Tofu Home Industry and integrating three main variables in the analysis of the production process. The suggestions from this study provide practical direction for employees so that the industry always pays maximum attention to raw material planning, including monitoring its quality and quantity, to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and produces good quality products. Thus, the industry can meet market needs and increase customer satisfaction. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of production process theory in small industries and opens up opportunities for further research.

Abstract

Good and quality learning is learning that is able to make students interact actively during the learning process. One of the learning in question is learning using the Synectik Model. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Using the Synectik Model on the Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students of MTs. Raudlatu Wathani NW Taman Sari in Social Studies Subjects. This type of research is experimental research, with the number of populations and samples of this study being class VIII with a total of 43 students. The experimental class has 22 students and the control class has 21 students. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests using the t-test formula. The results of the study obtained an average value for the experimental class = 84.54, while for the control class the average value = 76.67, there is a difference or difference in the average value between the experimental class and the control class of = 7.87, and the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test formula = 3.38. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence in the use of the synectics model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students of MTs. Raudlatu Wathani NW Taman Sari in the subject of Social Studies.

Abstract

Total Asset Turnover on the stock price of PT Ramayan Lestari Sentosa Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach and the data used is secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. For 12 (twelve) years that have been made into time series data. Data analysis in this study uses classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study are multiple linear regression equations of Y = -3.041,598 + 97,357X1 + 75,435X2 + 349,385X3. So Return On Assets has a significance value of 0,021. This value is smaller than 0,05. While the calculated t is 2,852, its value is from the t table of 2,306 so that Return On Assets has a significant effect on the stock price variable. While the results of the Debt to Equity Ratio have a significance value of 0,055, the value is greater than 0,05. While for the calculated t 2,245 is smaller than the t table of 2,306 so that this Debt to Equity Ratio does not affect the stock price variable. Same as the Total Assets Turnover, the significance value is only 0,181, which is greater than 0,05 so that the partial significant results on the stock price variable are accepted. But the calculated t 1,463 is rejected because it is smaller than the t table of 2,306. So that Total Assets Turnover has no effect on the stock price. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat menjadi sebuah tantangan dan problematika tersendiri bagi generasi muda. Salah satu problematika tersebut adalah gaya hidup berlebihan. Hal ini terjadi salah satunya pada anak usia dini. Kecenderungan anak pada usia dini masih belum bisa mengatur keuangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mereka cenderung untuk menghabiskan uang saku saat disekolah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan manajemen keuangan bagi anak usia dini. Sasaran kegiatan adalah siswa-siswi SDN Tamansari 1 dengan peserta yang telah duduk dibangku kelas III. Kegiatan pelatihan manajemen keuangan terhadap anak sejak usia dini dilasanakan dengan empat skema. Skema tersebut terbagi menjadi empat yaitu tahap persiapan, identifikasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan adalah peserta memahami manajemen keuangan dan berkomitmen untuk menyisihkan sisa uang saku untuk di tabung selepas pulang sekolah. Hal ini akan membentuk karakter pada anak untuk membiasakan diri menabung sejak usia dini dan menumbuhkan motivasi untuk mandiri dalam mendapatkan suatu hal yang diinginkan melalui keuangan sendiri tanpa meminta kepada orang lain. Selain itu, hal ini memberikan pembelajaran tentang kemandirian dan komitmen pada anak dalam hal perilaku terpuji.

Abstract

The culinary industry in Banyuwangi is experiencing significant growth with the emergence of many new cafes, leading to increasingly fierce competition among businesses. DKINGS Café, as one of the players in this industry, faces challenges in maintaining and increasing its customer base. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and interior design on customer purchasing decisions at DKINGS Café Banyuwangi. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to DKINGS Café customers who had visited and made transactions more than twice. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling with a minimum number of 77 respondents, determined using the G*Power 3.1.9.7 software. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests with the assistance of SPSS 27 software. The results of the study indicate that service quality does not have a significant effect on customers' purchasing decisions. In contrast, the price variable has a significant negative influence, meaning that the higher the price, the lower the customers’ purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, interior design is proven to have the strongest influence on purchasing decisions, where the more attractive the interior design, the higher the customers’ interest in making purchases.

Abstract

Bisnis futsal yang ada di Indonesia semakin banyak dan persaingan antar pebisnis semakin ketat, Strategi Pemasaran Melalui AnalisiscStrengthaWeakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) Pada Bisnis Penyewaan Lapangan Futsal Mega Futsal Genteng Banyuwangi merupakan permasalahan yang mengemuka dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan pendekatan pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Genteng Futsal Mega Kabupaten Banyuwangi. memaparkan strategi pemasaran di Mega Futsal Genteng analisis SWOT Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengamatan langsung terhadap objek yang diteliti dan wawancara dengan partisipan. Mengenai analisis data SWOT, dengan mendeteksi atau menilai elemen internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Kekuatan dan kelemahan perusahaan membentuk elemen internalnya. Selain itu, pertimbangan eksternal perusahaan mencakup peluang dan bahaya bisnis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi perusahaan MEGA Futsal Genteng di Kabupaten Banyuwangi mengadopsi Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan. Hal ini dikarenakan menurut analisis SWOT diagram Kartesius, kuadran dengan skor keseluruhan tertinggi adalah kuadran yang memiliki peluang dan kekuatan terbesar di MEGA Futsal Genteng Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sehingga berada pada posisi yang tepat untuk memanfaatkan peluang saat ini sambil meminimalkan kelemahan dan menangkis ancaman.

Abstract

Pengukuran bulan kamariah yang didasarkan pada peredaran bulan atau hilal digunakan sebagai penentu waktu ibadah. Hal ini merupakan salah satu kajian ilmu pengetahuan khususnya astronomi atau ilmu falak. Oleh karena itu, ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologinya tidak dapat diabaikan begitu saja bahkan mutlak menjadi dasar pertimbangan dalam menentukan awal bulan kamariah tidak hanya bersifat individual, tetapi justru lebih bersifat universal. Namun di sisi lain dimensi sosial dalam pengamalan agama yang waktunya mengacu pada bulan kamariah lebih menonjol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akurasi aplikasi astrodox untuk menghitung awal bulan kamariyyah. Metode peneltian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif karena penggunaan Analisa dan mengukur keakurasian perhitungan astrodox. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan disiplin ilmu falak dan astrology terkhusus pada bagian perhitungan aplikasi astrodox.
